Power of friendship.
- Combined with Tear Jerker: If Siffrin and his allies get wiped out by a strong Sadness in a Total Party Kill, Mirabelle, Isabeau, and Odile are unconscious but doing okay, but Sif is already dying. The strong Sadness advances toward them in an effort to go for the kill, but Sif is not going to take it lying down; so he pulls off a Taking You with Me moment and uses the last ounce of his strength to pull out his dagger and strike at the Sadness while it strikes at him, showing that he does not go gentle in a saving act of bravery (though he does go through a Resurrection/Death Loop anyway). Talk about a Dying Moment of Awesome!(You died saving your friends.)
START AGAIN - At the end of Act 5, Odile somehow blocking Siffrin's attempt to loop with Time Craft. A theoretical-up-to-that-point form of Craft so powerful that usage would likely kill the user outright while also only being obtainable through Wish Craft, and Odile somehow managed to find a countermeasure both on the day she learned about it and without using Wish Craft - all to keep Siffrin from running away from his feelings again. She outright tells him he doesn't get to leave until they're finished talking.(You feel a tug on your stomach.)[Smash Cut to Odile performing Craft.]Odile: Oh no you don't.
- If Sif is forced to attack his friends during battle, Isabeau jumps in the line of fire to shield them all. And in good measure: Isa has developed some built-in resistance to a Level 99, 9,999 HP Sif's knife attack that would have surpassed even the King's "vision of the future" attack; with this fortified resistance, however, the attack merely deals a measly 100 points of damage to Isa, since he is a Rock-type that resists Scissors-type attacks, especially Sif's strongest Scissors-type attack. What a buffed-up badass.
- Before that, Mirabelle's ultimate Shield against the King. Not only does it prevent anybody from being harmed, it outright reflects the attack back, freezing the King with his own Craft. To top it off, she discovered it without Siffrin's help!
- Even before that, there's also the part when Siffrin survives the King's devastating attack known as the "vision of the future". Before Act 5, this devastating attack of the King's would wipe out Sif and his team via a Total Party Kill without Mirabelle's Adorable Moving Shield. But here, while Sif is alone? This attack only reduces his HP to 1, and yet he miraculously survives without her Shield Craft. This leaves the King amazed that Sif made it this far.
- The entire "The Reason You Suck" Speech the party gives the King during the fight against him, deconstructing his self-pitying mentality and ideal of a frozen world. It's a shame it will never work, as demonstrated in a loop where Siffrin convinces the King to stop fighting... and everything goes to hell the moment he lets his guard down.Bonnie: YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO CRY!
