It's not entirely out of the question for the player to play the opening scenes with them as a shy, lonely loser with no confidence to speak of, and then Kyu comes along and helps teach them how to be confident enough to bed all nine girls, the cat, the alien, and the Goddess of Love....who admits to having never allowed a human to woo her thus far.
