Go To

For both the Corruption and the survivors, they can all let out some pretty cool tricks whenever they encounter each other in rap battles.

Beware of unmarked spoilers for the full plot of Corruption Expanded and some late arrival spoilers for the original storyline of Friday Night Funkin': Corruption.

Prologue

Deathmatch

  • Even if the outcome of "Deathmatch" remains the same with Daddy Dearest losing to the Corruption, he puts up a much greater fight than what his original counterpart had done in Friday Night Funkin': Corruption.
  • Although Daddy Dearest is eventually overpowered by the grief of having to confront his corrupt family members, he doesn't immediately surrender to the Corruption. What Daddy Dearest does instead is to continue fighting Evil Boyfriend, until being too tired to rap any longer.
  • Before Daddy Dearest is finally defeated for good, he delivers a powerful attack to Evil Boyfriend, causing an alternate set of events to unfold, making Daddy Dearest's battle at the very least, not be a complete waste.

Week 2

Blasphemy

  • Just as it is heartwarming to watch, Ruv is prepared to risk his life in confronting the Corruption, just to make sure Sarvente is saved.
  • Before Ruv leaves, Kapi, Sunday, and Carol all show their bravery in wanting to help their fellow ally for whatever dangers Ruv might encounter on his journey to find Sarvente.

Presledovanila

  • During the Ruv's fight against Evil Pico in the song, the phone Ruv received from Sunday proved to be a useful accessory in the battle. With the phone, Sunday is able to communicate with Ruv and work together with him in gaining the upper hand in battle Evil Pico.
  • Despite Sunday's connection with Ruv having been cut off by Evil Pico, Ruv stays strong on his own without any backup, and it only when Evil Mommy Mearest appears is the moment Ruv really starts to struggle.

Intermission

  • Hearing the sound of walking from the distance, Carol, Kapi, and Sunday put away their fears to confront the situation because with all three of them combined, they believe themselves to be unstoppable in facing down the threat.
  • For each time Sunday unleashes her guitar rocking, she gives her teammates an advantage by refilling their health bar and by putting Evil Girlfriend into a state of screaming.
  • The battle between Evil Girlfriend is suddenly cut short in the end, but it comes at a price where the surviving characters achieve the first real victory against the Corruption.

Rebellion

  • Though most of the Tankmen soldiers refused to take action of helping Ruv, due to the intensity of the Corruption, Carl and Joe act as the exception by being Ruv's supporting allies for the song.
  • Rather than for Ruv to be truly worried over how much his body had been infected by the Corruption, he is prepared to stop running, just so he could ready himself to deliver his best against his final battle with Evil Pico.
  • Evil Pico starts taunting Ruv over the latter's beliefs that Sarvente is still okay, until suddenly, Joe hops into the battlefield to silence Evil Pico for insulting Ruv.
  • Before the starting the "Rebellion", Ruv delivers his Pre-Asskicking One-Liner for Evil Pico to prepare himself on their final battle. To counter Ruv's confidence over their incoming battle, Evil Pico delivers his own Pre-Asskicking One-Liner on how he will give him a fight he wants.
  • Ruv reaches Sarvente's church and despite the struggles he endured, it's still an achievement that he succeeded in reaching his destination.
  • Evil Sarvente makes her introduction to further the spread of Ruv's Corruption, and as for the latter, he raps harder than before to free Sarvente from her Corruption. Miraculously for Ruv, his intense singing begins to partially uncorrupt Sarvente.
  • When Ruv unleashes a barrage of his singing onto Sarvente for her to be uncorrupted, his voice ends up being so strong that he indirectly knocked out Evil Pico from the battle.
  • For at least a minute, Evil Pico spends his time in the battle acting disabled, until he evolves himself into a new sprite where he is stronger than before.
  • Evil Pico and Evil Sarvente both act as a Duel Boss for Ruv, yet the latter is so strong that he is evenly matched with them and presents the possibility of beating them both, if not for Evil Mommy Mearest appearing behind Ruv's back.
  • Ruv gets ganged up by Evil Mommy Mearest and her Henchmen, but is willing to continue fighting by turning his back around, just so they could directly confront each other.
  • In the midst of battle, Pico's willpower becomes strong enough that he is able to Boom, Headshot! himself, despite being fully consumed by the Corruption.
  • As Ruv reaches his lowest point from facing off too many corrupted opponents, he finds the strength to continue fighting forward from listening to Pico begging for death to come.
    • In addition to Ruv preparing himself to fight for a bit longer, his booming voice provides a way to fully refill his health and provide for an opportunity for Evil Pico to die, just in case the latter fails to sing.
  • Before Ruv is fully overpowered by the Corruption, he releases a Last Ditch Move Spam Attack to act as his final attempt to kill Evil Pico.
  • By the end of it all, despite having lost to the Corruption, Ruv proved himself to be a formidable opponent by having fought out three corrupted opponents at the same time, before his untimely demise.

Week 3

Last Agony

  • Tabi's confrontation against Evil Daddy Dearest fuels him with the rage to fight at full strength against his archenemy, and he shows no fears over Evil Daddy Dearest's status as one of the stronger corrupted victims.
  • For the majority of the fight, Tabi is mostly overpowering Evil Daddy Dearest through his fierce rapping against him.
  • Tabi unleashing a Blade Spam by charging close to Evil Daddy Dearest to deliver many knife slashes at him.
    • In contrast, Evil Daddy Dearest has his own fair share of power by dodging all of Tabi's Blade Spam.
