* AuthorsSavingThrow: Much like ''WesternAnimation/TransformersRobotsInDisguise2015'', Cartoon Network airs ''Cyberverse'' in a miserably early time slot. However, likely thanks to its shorter run time, Hasbro uploads every episode of the show to their official [=YouTube=] page a day or two after they air on TV.

On the main Broken Base page "A conflict should last for at least six months after the work's or episode's release to qualify; any shorter and it's probably just your average fan disagreement." The show premiere less than one month ago.

* BrokenBase: Creator/PeterCullen and Creator/FrankWelker not being brought back to voice their characters (due to the show employing New York-based voice actors). One camp is upset since they are the originators of their roles and have been voicing them more often than not since they first reprised their roles in 2007[[note]]Cullen has voiced Optimus almost entirely since the 2007 film besides the concurrently produced ''Animated'', while Welker voiced Megatron in the 2007 movie tie-in games, the latter films, and ''Prime''[[/note]]. The opposing camp cites this as why they're okay with the recasting, since it allows new blood to try their hand at the characters after an entire decade of mostly Cullen and Welker. Both sides have acknowledged that both Optimus and Megatron's new actors are clearly trying to emulate Cullen and Welker, with the more optimistic viewers suggesting that as time goes on, they can really grow into the roles just as Cullen and Welker before them.

* TheyChangedItNowItSucks: The news that each episode will only have an 11 minute runtime instead of the traditional 22 has not gone down well with the fanbase. Particularly since ''WesternAnimation/TransformersRescueBotsAcademy'' is also going to be this way, which means there will be no full length ''Transformers'' show on air for at least a few years. Others feel that the shorter runtime will allow for more tightly-paced stories, and that there's nothing to suggest each episode will be two-parters split into 11 minute segments.

** Nova Storm, another obscure seeker, appears as well. Nova Storm appeared in "Divide and Conquer" alongside Acid Storm, and wasn't named until 2015. Along with a third seeker named Ion Storm, they form a group known as the "Rainmakers", named for their creation of acid rain in the aforementioned "Divide and Conquer".

** Further crowd winning occurred after the official trailer appeared on YouTube, showcasing a fairly dark and violent story, with flashbacks to Megatron declaring war and even a scene where he propositions Bumblebee to join the Decepticons. Bumblebee also talks with his ''real'' voice quite a bit.

You cant put two tropes on a line like that. Plus im not sure Hype Backlash works if the show hasn't aired yet, so Internet Backdraft is the best option.
