* PortingDiaster: While the Plicy version of the game can be played online, it has some drawbacks (which to be fair, also plagues other RPG Maker 2000 games ported over there): You can't change the MIDI soundfont, and while the Plicy soundfont sounds cool, is a bit disappointing considering you can change the soundfont in the downloaded version, you cannot autobattle at all (though AI-controlled teammates compensate by being able to be controlled in this version), if any song has their tempo heightened or lowered, expect some disruptions with the music, and sometimes the sounds and graphics may not work correctly.

** Going under 20 seconds in F-MEGA Mini. Even if you don't use the hidden cheat, the problem is that you have to be very careful when using the speed boost, since colliding with an object will result in valuable seconds wasted. To add insult to injury, you can earn up to 3 Badges of Honor on Hard Difficulty by clearing it under 20 seconds, and since they're rare, good luck. The D'Arby version even moreso, since aside from also having a Badge of Honor if you defeat him, it also suffers from a ''GameBreakingBug'' as well, in which the speed boost button is broken, meaning that in order to even win against him, you have to [[BeatThemAtTheirOwnGame beat him at his own game]] by cheating as well.

*** Polnareff will be devastated regardless of whoever gets shot, but a female protagonist taking the bullet can be even more of a tearjerker when you think about it. ** The player can try take Abdul's place as the one who tries to fight Hol Horse and J. Geil himself, themselves, only to [[DisneyDeath seemingly]] die. While the player (and everyone else) knows he/she'll they'll be all right, Polnareff doesn't know this, and his anguish is actually pretty sad. Not helping matters is Kakyoin begging the player to wake up.

** The stand Wildhearts, with some preparation. While its stats other than speed aren't something to write home about, what sets it apart from other stands is its double attack. Meaning that if you get a handful of stat-up items (either by ItemFarming or spamming Carpenters' Customize), you get a SP free attack that easily surpasses 999 damage cap. Wildhearts also has an easy access to Endless Nameless, that lowers an enemy's stats, their accuracy ''and'' scrapes away a tenth of their Max HP for at least 3 turns. Combining all that with [[spoiler: SPTW's double attack]] and a handful of Push To the limits, you can easily inflict an ''insane'' amount of damage per turn, all of which would be necessary to defeat certain [[BonusBoss Debug Room bosses]].

The Red Stone of Aja only drops from Ult. Kars, who is fought in Sanctuary. The one found in Rolling Stone Maze is regular Kars.

*** Bonus points if the player's a girl and leveled up Polnareff's friendship beforehand. Even ''Hol Horse'' is distraught [[EvenEvilHasStandards (because he makes it a point to be nice to women)]].

*** Bonus points if the player's a girl and leveled up Polnareff's friendship beforehand. Even ''Hol Horse'' is distraught [[EvenEvilHasStandards (because he makes it a point to be nice to women)]]. Not to mention Polnareff has seemingly just seen yet another young girl die because of J. Geil, this time right in front of him.
