Each band member possesses their own [[ComedicSociopathy naively sociopathic]] tendencies, and they [[GeniusDitz generally fail at doing anything not related to music, partying, or contract negotiation. (Hell, they can't even get grocery shopping right.)]] The five generally [[OnlySaneEmployee leave most of their business and legal affairs]] in the hands of their longtime manager, CFO Charles Foster Offdensen. Once Dethklok gets on stage, however, they put on a hell of a show -- one which may or may not result in the violent deaths of their fans and other innocent victims, as the group tends to leave a trail of death and destruction anywhere they travel. (Dethklok even requires fans who attend concerts to sign "pain waivers" that absolve the band of legal liability for these occurrences.)

Two years after this, news would finally come that ''Adult Swim'' [[https://www.gamespot.com/articles/aqua-teen-hunger-force-metalocalypse-and-the-venture-bros-movies-are-coming/1100-6491397/ would be producing three movies based on their previous series, with Metalocalypse being one of them]]. The synopsis confirming it will finally follow up on ''The Doomstar Requiem” and [[GrandFinale end the series proper]]. Aside from animation, Creator/DarkHorseComics published a {{Crossover}} ComicBook ''Dethklok versus ComicBook/TheGoon'' in 2009 and a ''Dethklok'' series from October 2010 to February 2011. The series also received four albums, with the first three dedicated to music from the first four seasons and the fourth dedicated to ''The Doomstar Requiem''. A fifth album, which will feature new music will also be released.
