Suzy seems just as nice, if not nicer, on the outside, and we know how evil she can be. So who's to say that Jeremy doesn't do the same? He's had a lot more time to perfect his masquerade, and is probably helping Suzy with hers.

Isabella represents his sexual frustrations and fantasies, Perry is his superego (saving the world is pretty fantastic), Dr. D is his id (some people just want to watch the Tri-Stae area burn) and Ferb is his ego (level-headed). The activities the boys get up to represent wishful thinking and regret: in the real world, Phineas may not have spent much time with Ferb and maybe even despised him. The escapades serves as a mechanism to ease the guilt.

"The StarWars crossover has Phineas having to explain to his long-lost sister Candace that Ferb is their stepbrother. "The Best Lazy Day Ever" is open for debate since the only reminder there is a tv ad aimed for boys with stepbrothers.
