An art compilation of the sequel, ''Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel Я05'', was released during Comiket 84 along with a playable beta of the original game. The first game was released in English on Steam and the English Playism webpage on February 3, 2017, with ''Freudenstachel'' released on October 17.
