Absolutely not an example of this. This is an actual strategy used by real players too; the idea is that if your opponent eventually draws the card, you will get it from his hand before he can do anything with it, and the opponent won't know what other cards you have either which can greatly work to your benefit. It has varying degrees of effectiveness, but to call it "stupid" is just silly.

Mario's Game Gallery is a MS-DOS game released by Interplay in 1995. As the name suggests, it's a compalation of games you play with [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Mario]]. There's five to choose from: [[{{TabletopGame/Checkers}} Checkers]], Go Fish, Dominos, [[{{TabletopGame/Backgammon}} Backgammon]] and [[{{TabletopGame/Yahtzee}} Yacht]].
In 1997, a Windows 3.1 version was released as "Mario's [=FUNdementals=]" under Interplay's "Brainstorm" division.
Notable for being Charles Martinet's first role as Mario's voice.
