‘’Hylics’’ is a video game created by Mason Lindroth, described as "a recreational program with light JRPG elements". The world, from environments to battle sprites and animations, is made entirely from pastel claymation. You play mainly as Wayne (with intermissions between acts the Player Character is Dracula), a man with a waning moon for a head, on a vague quest to meet the King of the Moon, Gibby. The plot, if there can be said to be one, is heavily buried under symbolism and the general surrealism of the world.
The game can be downloaded here [[https://mason-lindroth.itch.io/hylics]], and can be completed in about ~2 hours.
