While still disturbing in canon, he's a GiantSpaceFleaFromNowhere that doesn't really leave a lasting impression on [[FearlessFool Boyfriend and Girlfriend]] with songs that are relatively easy. Here, he's a full-on KnightOfCerebus, pushes Boyfriend past the DespairEventHorizon in his second appearance and his [[LifeDrain gimmick]] will give him the advantage over Boyfriend for ''almost the entirety of their fight''.

* AdaptationalJerkass: Despite having no reason to go after Boyfriend besides being overprotective, Mommy Mearest was portrayed as no more evil than Daddy Dearest, and by all means, has good intentions for her daughter. However, Week 4 in HD shows that Mommy is a succubus who seduced and turned humans into demons who function as her henchmen, and blatantly makes passes at her daughter's partner (even making it clear that she'd get rid of Daddy Dearest for him) and ignores the visible hurt and distress that happens as a result.

** Pico, being the hitman he is, outright says "Murder fuckin' rocks!" before in the cutscene before "Philly".

** Daddy Dearest too since rather than a pure-blood demon, he is his wife's first victim, and according to WordOfGod, more than one Daddy Dearest, meaning he is not the only one around.
** Monster is a human-turned-living husk of fat and bones instead of a demon.
