* IllBoy: Ruse has long been a bit sickly because of his past as an orphan, but if Fraylia manages to finish the quest to kill Danny the Orc without failing any of the other missions, Ruse will suddenly fall deathly ill with "Neysterbey Syndrome", forcing Fraylia to suspend her career until she tracks down the cure.

In the war-torn land of Orocu, dark-elf Fraylia tries to make a living as a mercenary to support herself and her adopted little brother Ruse. Unfortunately, non-humans are discriminated against, and so Fraylia's employment options involve either dangerous or degrading work. Precisely how dangerous and degrading depends on the player's decisions.

* BlindIdiotTranslation: It's very obvious that the English translation was done by someone with a very poor grasp of the language. Grammar and spelling errors abound, and the names of characters and things is often inconsistent.

* CallAPegasusAHippogriff: Due to the poor translation, the English version uses the word "orc" to describe a wide variety of monsters, which can create confusion with weapons or skills that supposedly give you a special damage bonus against "orcs". The most egregious case of this trope in the game is "Danny the Orc", who is very clearly a werewolf.
* CelibateHero: On the "Normal" path, Fraylia reacts with hostility towards anything having to do with sex.

* PrisonRape: Failing certain missions results in Fraylia being framed for a crime (usually a crime she was hired to prevent in the first place) and getting sent to Kilitia, a secret prison. One of the first things that happens to her there is being forced to share a cell with a whole bunch of men, with precisely the results you'd expect. A cursory look around the prison shows that there are other prisoners forced to suffer this. [[spoiler:And one of the bad endings has her sentenced to prison for murdering the king.]]

* AmbiguousGender: The Dream Demons from the final dungeon resemble young women, but they have the same H-attacks as male monsters.

* GroinAttack: The the "good" ending for the Terma Village quest sees Fraylia castrating the village elder.

* VideoGamePerversityPotential: You actively have to ''work'' at screwing up enough to activate the "Sinner" storyline, but once you do, things get pretty far out there.

* EldritchAbomination: In the Dark Elf universe, using too much dark magic gradually turns men into monsters. [[spoiler:This is what happens to Timose if Fraylia fails to defeat him the first time.]]

* GuideDangIt: The game never gives an indication of how to access the naughtier parts, and thus it is possible to play through the entire game without encountering them.

* InformedAttribute: Fraylia is called a "dark elf" and all of the narration and dialogue insists that she has unusually dark skin, but the actual art makes her look like a white woman with a slight tan, and the presumably "normal" elves that we see in the game only look marginally whiter.

* GuideDangIt: The game never gives an indication of how to access the naughtier parts, and thus it is possible to play through the entire game without encountering them.
