* AxisPowersHetalia: Although I follow the darker fanworks more than the actual show, I still prefer the original WebComic than the anime.
* ''{{Baccano}}'': A great series, although I'm not such a big fan of it anymore. My favorite novels are ''1934: Alice in Jails - Prison Episode'' and ''The Rolling Bootlegs''. Graham Specter is awesome.

* DantalianNoShoka: Anime is beautiful and I love the slow and easy pace, although I wish they'd move the plot a bit quicker. Still searching for more volumes of the English translated Light Novels.
* TheGirlWhoLeaptThroughTime: Such a great anime movie. I really loved it.
* HaibaneRenmei: Beautiful and charming in its own way. I didn't cry that much, but I cried more times than I should have. Huh. Also, the doujinshi - I find it a bit too simple but it's cute.
* HeartNoKuniNoAlice: Manga. Because I'm a Peter White fangirl. Ha.
* MawaruPenguindrum: Not too crazy, but that's probably just me. Very interesting and full of nice twists to keep you coming back for more. Loveable characters, loveable quirks.

* ShakugannoShana: Terrible adaptation, good anime (in my opinion, at least). This was what started my anime spree. Will forever have a place in my heart.

* TheBookThief: I really underestimated it. It's gorgeous and full of {{Tear Jerker}}s. I love how natural everything seemed. The prose and the narrative is great, too. Lovely, lovely, lovely.
* TheLittlePrince: I admit that I cried while reading it. Again, another lovely little book.
* TheGraveyardBook: Silly old me cried again.

* TheXFiles: I'd die of joy if I actually found local shops that sold DVD's of this. The series.
