* WhatCouldHaveBeen: According to ''Super Robot Wars'' series producer Takenobu Terada, the original 1978 ''[[Anime/CaptainHarlock Space Pirate Captain Harlock]]'' was considered, but ''T'' producer Shouhei Mogami wanted ''Arcadia of my Youth''. The team eventually settled on the latter as the titular ''Arcadia'' battleship is more recognizable by fans due to its green color, including TheCameo in ''Anime/GalaxyExpress999''.
