Using his share of the wealth his countless clients earned, Parvos would found city of Corposium. Parvos then became a renowned scientist thanks to his work on Specter Particle theory, but would fall victim to an assassination attempt, which he'd survive at the cost of being stranded in the Granum Void. Centuries later, Nef Anyo, claiming to be Parvos' son, would break into the Granum Void in order to gain power over the Board of Directors, only for Parvos to [[EvenEvilHasStandards express disgust at the corruption that had consumed the Corpus in his absence]] and unleash a horde of Specters upon Nef's fleet. Although the Tenno would stop Parvos this time, he would not give up on his ambition, continuously seizing opportunities to increase his influence over the Origin System. Parvos Granum's intelligence, [[AffablyEvil politeness]], and principles make his stand out as one of ''Warframe'''s most charismatic antagonists, coming across as [[ALighterShadeOfBlack much less despicable than the rest of the Corpus]] despite his constant, ruthless hunt for wealth and power.

Utilizing the Dragon Knights, even Rukhmini, as [[UnwittingPawn pawns]] in her scheme when they arrive on Raipur. She plans out their near-successful [[TheHeist heist]] for Master Mastodon's amulet, warns Jayesh about it to gain his trust, then successfully keeps the group from ruining the wedding. Once her plan is completed, she returns the properties to the citizens while making Jayesh [[RagsToRiches work in her restaurant]] to pay off his debts. In the series finale, having married Rukhmini, Diya leaves her honest life behind to join her wife in her new life as the Pirate Queen.

Meanwhile having Roswaal attack Subaru and force him into a dire situation in the real world, Echidna nearly lures Subaru into signing a binding contract with her, only stopped by the sudden arrival of the other Witches. Saving her faithful Roswaal after he is injured and fighting on his behalf, Echidna even makes amends with her wayward "daughter" Beatrice, her soul resting in peace after accepting her.

** Selina Kyle, a decade after the death of Batman, is released from prison and sets out to uncover her lover's final secret. Despite her age, Selina remains just as wily a thief as ever, orchestrating several successful heists with the help of her fellow rogues. Breaking into and escaping heavily guarded facilities ranging from S.T.A.R. Labs to Ace Chemicals, Selina even enacts the theft of a sample of Clayface's mud from Arkham Asylum, using Poison Ivy's powers to stage a cover for their presence and escaping by using a remote-controlled truck to lead away security, before evading the corrupt Mayor Dent's enforcers when they lay a trap. Though her quest is ultimately in vain, Selina is fully willing to sacrifice herself to prevent Batman's secrets from falling into Dent's hands, before provoking Dent's psychosis to escape his murderous wrath and continuing to plan more elaborate plots by training an apprentice in Edie Nygma.
** Edward Nygma, having long since retired his wacky identity as the Riddler, has become a successful grifter and blackmailer with the help of his daughter Edie. Upon running into Selina, Nygma agrees to help in her heist of the Batcave, quickly proving himself an excellent actor able to provide cover for their schemes. Notably, Nygma volunteers his knowledge of abandoned underground rails as a getaway for their heist from Arkham Asylum, and later figures out the location of the Helmet of Fate in order to steal and gift it to Jason Blood in return for his assistance. In the climax, Nygma proves to be Selina's ultimate saving grace, deducing the entrance to the Batcave to save her life before joining her crew for good to plan future schemes.
* ''ComicBook/Marvel2099'' (Earth-928):
** [[Characters/MarvelComicsDoctorDoom Doctor Doom]] himself, displaced into a dystopian future, immediately claws his way back to dominance and transforms himself from a cruel tyrant into the bombastically brilliant, [[AntiHero yet no less megalomaniacal]], [[BigGood savior of the world]]. In no short order, Doom outwits and slays Latveria's new dictator; usurps complete control over Cyberspace, before directing an A.I. against an antagonistic corporation when she takes his powers; and steals Alchemax's floating city from under the noses of 2099's other heroes, which he then uses to take over another nation before cornering and destroying an imposter and his own former partner. Not content with this unstoppable rise to power, Doom resolves to save the world from the ruthless grip of mega-corps, orchestrating a brutally swift conquest of the United States in which he [[GoodIsNotSoft viciously]] restores free speech, equal rights, and environmental health while empowering numerous heroes to enact justice unmitigated. Though quickly ousted by the monstrous John Herod, Doom strikes back from the shadows to wipe out Herod's entire power base, leaving Herod himself in eternal pain before he travels back in time to undo the genocide of Latveria. Even when confronted by a Phalanx invasion upon his return, Doom reveals he had already been planning for them, using them to restore Latveria's broken land before sabotaging the invasion. Despite his unquenchable lust for power and control, Doom grows to truly care for others and proves willing to do anything to safeguard his people, ultimately sacrificing himself to save the world while entrusting his allies with leading the way to peace and prosperity for all.
** ''Ravage 2099'': [[TheStarscream Sophia Striker]], once the first lady to President Graeme Stryker, became known as "Seeress" after corporations ruined the entire planet. The Seeress became TheDragon to Dethstryk--the new Graeme--and, secretly loathing what her husband had become, plotted for decades to undermine him. After a number of failed uprisings she attempted by convincing would-be Mutroud rebels to attempt coups, the Seeress eventually turned to manipulating Ravage, trying to use him as a pawn in her attempts to thwart Dethstryk. In spite of numerous setbacks, the Seeress is the one to screw Dethstryk over once and for all, installing a [[ThanatosGambit posthumous "death program"]] to depower Dethstryk, leaving him to the mercy of Ravage, and using her last moments to try and ensure peace between the humans and the Mutroids.

* ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsResistance'' "The Engineer": Nenavakasa "Nena" Nalor is a charming saboteur hired by the First Order to track down and infiltrate the Colossus. Tracking the Colossus for days before sending a fake distress signal to be brought on board, Nena quickly sabotages the station's systems under the guise of fixing them so they would be left defenseless when the First Order attacks, all while genuinely befriending Neeku, almost confessing the truth to him. She frames pirates for stealing energy from the station to buy herself time before being found out and offering Neeku a partnership. Rejected, she remorsefully escapes with her payment, hoping that Neeku will figure out how to save the station from what she told him.
* ''[[VideoGame/AmericaRising2 America Rising 2: Legacy of the Enclave]]'': [[ALighterShadeOfBlack Colonel Morgan Whitehill]] proves to committed to the Enclave's vision of rebuilding America, yet [[EvenEvilHasStandards opposed]] to the xenophobia and genetic purism of the Enclave leadership that has led constantly to their defeats across the wasteland. Surviving on an Oil Rig that was the site of FEV experiments carried out by the Enclave leadership for years, Whitehill would be recruited by the [[Characters/Fallout4ProtagonistAndFamily Sole Survivor]] and General Ward once they reclaim the Oil Rig for the Enclave. Whitehill then plays a role in helping to recruit survivors of the Oil Rig to the reconstituted Enclave, showing affection for many of her men that were revealed to have survived. Throughout the Enclave's war in the Commonwealth, Whitehill favors tactics that reduces the casualties of Enclave soldiers. Upon finding out General Ward and Senator Matthews plans to wipe out all "mutated" humanity with the Forced Evolutionary Virus, Whitehill tasks the Sole Survivor in helping to prepare a coup against them. If the Sole Survivor assists Whitehill in assassinating the Enclave leadership, Whitehill will assume control of the Enclave; keeping Dr. Kane alive despite her role in the FEV as a means to create weapons that will reduce Enclave casualities as they seek to re-create a new America under their vision.

* ''[[VisualNovel/PhoenixWrightAceAttorneyDualDestinies Dual Destinies]]'': [[MadScientist Aura Blackquill]] is the [[AloofBigSister older sister of Simon Blackquill]], who deals with Robotics at the Cosmos Space Center. Having lost her friend Metis Cykes to the phantom, and her brother to the false conviction of her murder, Aura loses faith in the courts and decides to take justice into her own hands by manipulating Apollo Justice and Chief Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth into having a retrial with the person she thought was responsible, Athena Cykes as the defendant. To do this, she incites a robot rebellion, having programmed several of her and Metis' robots into kidnapping several hostages, including Trucy Wright. Despite being proven wrong by Phoenix that Athena is the killer of Metis and Clay, her testimony about seeing the killer in the current case holding the lighter-gun in the opposite hand from where Athena's prints are, allows the protagonists to arrest the phantom. After Simon is proven innocent for Metis' murder, Aura [[GracefulLoser gracefully]] turns herself in and releases the hostages, having gotten everything she wanted.

Winning many battles on sea and [[BadBoss killing her own men]] when they fail her, Artemisia comes to [[VillainRespect admire Athenian commander Themistocles]] and offers him a position as her lieutenant before the two have passionate sex. When Themistocles refuses, the next day Artemisia orders her men to pour oil in the sea while she shoots a fire toward Themistocles' armada, decimating his forces and nearly killing him. Learning of Themistocles' survival and battling him once more, Artemisia only loses to him due to the sudden reinforcements from Sparta and Xerxes' cowardly decision to abandon her, while she [[DefiantToTheEnd rejects Themistocles' mercy and charges at him declaring that she's ready to face death]].

* ''[[VisualNovel/PhoenixWrightAceAttorneyJusticeForAll Justice For All]]'' & ''VisualNovel/GyakutenKenji2'': [[ProfessionalKiller Shelly De Killer]] is a notorious assassin who always leaves a calling card so that the authorities do not suspect his clients, and he is discrete enough that few people ever knew what he looked like. Killing Juan Corrida on behalf of Matt Engarde, he kidnaps Maya and blackmails Phoenix into defending Engarde in court when his client's manager tampers with the crime scene to implicate him, and then shoots Franziska to remove her as prosecutor. He remotely testifies and frames Adrian Andrews as his client to exonerate Engarde. When Phoenix reveals that Engarde intends to blackmail him, De Killer, who values a trusting relationship with his clients, declares his intention to kill Engarde and releases Maya. Later hired by Simon Keyes to kill the president of Zheng Fa, he expertly infiltrates the president's guard detail and overpowers most of the bodyguards, only fleeing when the lead guard, Ethan Rooke, injures him. Learning that Rooke was killed, he demands that Edgeworth be allowed to investigate the murder of [[WorthyOpponent the man who bested him]]. Deducing that the president was an imposter and that Keyes lied about his identity, he aids Edgeworth in his investigation into his client's plot. When Edgeworth exposes Keyes, De Killer attempts to kill Keyes, but relents at the request of Sirhan Dogen and [[KarmaHoudini proceeds to evade Interpol's pursuit]]. Operating with [[AffablyEvil a charming demeanor]] and a strong code of honor, De Killer is a cunning and dangerous threat to his targets and any dishonest clients.
* ''VisualNovel/GyakutenKenji2'': [[BlindWeaponmaster Sirhan Dogen]] is an elderly [[RetiredMonster former assassin]] who was once put away by Miles Edgeworth. Killing President Di-Jun Huang twelve years prior as part of a conspiracy to get his body double to replace him, Dogen manages to escape his co-conspirator's attempt to off him with the assistance of Simon Keyes, whom he had saved six years prior. Upon being put in the jail overseen by one of the conspirators, Patricia Roland, Dogen uses the knowledge he has about the coverup to [[Main/{{Blackmail}} blackmail]] her into [[MightAsWellNotBeInPrisonAtAll letting him smuggle items into the prison for any prisoner that requests something]]. When his contact with Simon ceases abruptly, Dogen escapes prison to find out what happened to him, avoiding the police for several days in the process. Eventually meeting up with Edgeworth and his allies, Dogen tells them more about Huang's assassination as well as helping them discover the identity of the mastermind before escaping again, only to come back to save Simon from [[ProfessionalKiller Shelly de Killer]] and go back to prison with Simon in tow.
