** The short-lived revival of the original Kitakou scaled things back by focusing on the main cast, although Sanuki-san and an unknown girl (possibly a redesigned Wakasa) are also shown in the official artwork.

** Imari Hagakure originally had pink hair in Himaruya's early color illustrations, but it was changed to be a bright violet by the time of her ''PURE'' character artwork.
