** Himeno is one of Alice Fujii and Ai Kuramoto from ''Manga/{{Arachnid}}''. She combines the miserable backstories of both characters, Alice's looks and personality and Ai's mind control powers. However she's an ageless wasp person with parasitic powers like the Boss was instead of a tricky spider or an ant with sex powers.

** Serena's character design is from ''Majo ni Ataeru Tettsui'', but she has a significantly different personality and a role very similar to the Boss from ''Arachnid'', as she is an ageless superpowered girl who's been controlling the United States' politics for over a century. Her not-so-friendly rivalry with Himeno and her backstory involving poverty and thinking her ability is a divine gift is also reminiscent of Dinoponera.

Misuse. Bait And Switch Lesbians are characters that are implied to be lesbians, only to either be revealed to be straight or never confirmed to be lesbians. A character that is explicitly a lesbian, but doesn't form an Officila Couple for whatever reason doesn't fit. On the same note, Bury Your Gays means that the gay characters are singled out to die, which is not the case in this manga.
