* CorrectionBait: Senku needs knowledge of glassblowing, which has been lost for 3700 years. So he gets his friends to tie up the craftsman Kaseki and forces him to watch his failed attempts at glassblowing. Soon enough, Kaseki is infuriated enough to burst free from his ropes and show Senku how it's done... even though up until now, he had no idea what glass even was (even though he doesn't know precisely what glass is, he has enough general knowledge of crafting that can transfer over to glassblowing).

* DanBrowned: The science portrayed in the series is fairy accurate, if "sometimes" exaggerated for the same of being cool, and names the people consulted by the author for information. There are a few big inaccuracies in it though:
** ''Amanita muscaria'' mushrooms are not poisonous and can be legally gathered for consumption in most of the United States. They do contain psychoactive chemicals, but these can easily be removed during preparation. This is brought up again and corrected during Senku's conversation with [[spoiler:Tsukasa as he gets ready to freeze him]], where he doesn't describe it as a deadly poison, instead pointing out that it can cause hallucinations if eaten in large quantities.
** The crew travels to what would be Araxá on the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais to look for mineral resources, only to later need to gather iron ore elsewhere from the remains of the Perseus and from Isla Martin Garcia on Argentina. Chelsea outright claims that "there's no iron in this part of South America", which is not true. The [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Quadrangle Iron Quadrangle]] metallogenetic province right there on Minas was just completely ignored by the story.
