* The Chuck Lore Productions logo uses different vanity cards per episode they produced. They would sometimes run their 111th card, which explains its purpose as a placeholder in case Chuck has nothing on tap. Even then, the last sentence is different every time it is shown so far (the sentence immediately before being about having "freedom from the obsessive and relentless need to end each vanity card on a joke"):

* ''Series/FawltyTowers'': most episodes started with a shot of the hotel sign on which letters would be skewed, missing, or humorously rearranged. Each week was different.

* Kimiko from ''WesternAnimation/XiaolinShowdown'' has an UnlimitedWardrobe where she's always wearing a different outfit (and often hairstyle and sometimes color) in each episode the moment they leave the temple simply because she can. '''Everyone''' else in the show is subject to a LimitedWardrobe, with a few special occasions as the plot of the episode demands. (Like the other Monks, she has her own varation on the standard outfit which appears in every episode)

* The Marquee from WesternAnimation/MiloMurphysLaw.
* At the start of most episodes of ''WesternAnimation/MightyMagiswords, the narrator starts by bombastically announcing the setting that the story begins with, followed by a random quip.

* ''Series/BlackBooks'' had a blackboard in the book shop that always had different rules for the shop. Most of which were basically different ways of saying "Don't Do Anything".

** The pizza restaurant the characters visit each week always has an outlandishly different theme; ranging from a Medievel Dungeon theme [[LockedInTheDungeon (where Pizza is 'tortured' into slices)]], a [[SpyFiction Spy]] [[NoirEpisode Noir]] theme (where the Pizza is served in briefcases [[CordonBleughChef and contains microfilm in the crust)) and even having a 'Clearance Sale' theme one time... [[MindScrew for Pizza! Try and wrap your mind around that one]].

* On ''WesternAnimation/TheWeekenders'', the pizza restaurant the characters visit to each week always has an outlandishly different theme; ranging from a Medievel Dungeon theme [[LockedInTheDungeon (where Pizza is 'tortured' into slices)]], a [[SpyFiction Spy]] [[NoirEpisode Noir]] theme (where the Pizza is served in briefcases ([[{{squick}} and containing microfilm in the crust]])) and even having a 'Clearance Sale' theme one time... ** There's also the museum that offers a sample of different exotic food in most episodes, as well as Tino's Mom's [[NauseaFuel bizarre]] (yet apparently healthy) cooking.

* On ''WesternAnimation/BobsBurgers'', the Burger of the Day that is posted on the wall changes every episode. It will also change during episodes that take place over multiple days.
** Even the title sequence is different every episode, with the neighboring building accompanying a different business and the pest control van sporting a different livery.

* The chief of ''WesternAnimation/TheSecretShow'' changes his name every episode for security reasons.

** '''Cover Up''': After Carey mentioned that the base "incorrect" price that had been shown at the start of the game didn't really have anything to do with gameplay, he began having the spaces used for running gags or something nonsensical. The first of these were pictures of Carey in different poses used for the portrait space on the $25,000 bill prop (used in Punch-A-Bunch); these have changed every time.
** '''Punch-A-Bunch''': After about 2009, Carey's portrait on the $25,000 dollar bill prop had him making funny faces and all sorts of other expressions, replacing the formal shot that had been seen previously.

* In ''WesternAnimation/PhineasAndFerb'', Perry has a different entrance to his lair in nearly every episode. However, some episodes don't show the entrance, and the entrance from the first episode was re-used twice (the first reappearance, Perry couldn't get in due to [[ItMakesSenseInContext having a cone on his head]], and the second time was [[BookEnds in the series finale]]).

* In ''Manga/SayonaraZetsubouSensei,'' the writing on the blackboard in the classroom, and a lot of writing seen elsewhere, will change in every ''shot,'' mid-conversation.

* In ''WesternAnimation/PhineasAndFerb'', Perry has a different entrance to his lair in nearly every episode.
