* In ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventurePhantomBlood'', the vampire Dio Brando can freeze a person's blood with a touch. He apparently loses this power by the time ''[[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders Stardust Crusaders]]'' rolls around, having attached his head with his solar-powered ArchEnemy's body.

* Zombies in ''VideoGame/{{Earthbound}}'' can use their [[BreathWeapon arctic-cold breath]] to inflict the Cold status.

* Downplayed in ''VideoGame/ShinMegamiTenseiIVApocalypse''. Nanashi is undead, and looking at the flavor text for the thermometer VendorTrash reveals that he has a body temperature of 35.3 C (95.5 F). That's above room temperature, but barely above hypothermia.

* ''WesternAnimation/AdventureTime'': "Aren't you cold, Finn?"

* The zombies in ''Literature/GalaxyOfFear: City of the Dead'' are very cold. Doctor Evazam has one of them hold a "patient" down to immobilize him, in lieu of [[StrappedToAnOperatingTable conventional straps]], and Zak finds his hands icy and impossibly strong.

* Liches in ''VideoGame/WarCraftIII'' have entirely cold-based powers. Plus the Lich King sits on the Frozen Throne in [[GrimUpNorth Northrend]]...
** This eventually carries over to ''VideoGame/DefenseOfTheAncientsAllStars'' where one of the Liches, Kel'Thuzad, became one of the playable heroes. When the game becomes ''VideoGame/{{Dota 2}}'', the Lich is now named Ethreain and he still comes up with ice spells... and ice puns.

Please note that vampires aren't the only undead with ColdBlood, they're just the most commonly used examples. Any undead creature with an abnormally cold temperature counts as well.

* The ''ASongOfIceAndFire'' books have The Others, undead and cold, to the point where the ambient temperature drops when they're around.
** Also, the wights, the reanimated corpses of the Others' victims are also ice-cold to the touch, though they don't drop the ambient temperature.

* In ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure'', the vampire Dio Brando can freeze a person's blood with a touch.

* In ''TheDCU'', supervillain Kobra killed his brother Jason's girlfriend, then resurrected her as a zombie and sent her to kill him. Jason's last words were as he embraced her, remarking that her skin was as cold as ice. This sentence trailed off as realization dawned on him just before the zombie stabbed him in the back and threw him from the cable car.
