Demonstrated humiliatingly for the Kingpin during the OneMoreDay storyline when Spider-Man broke INTO prison to beat the crap out of him in front of all the other inmates. This time, Spidey didn't hold back so much because he was 1) Super Pissed-Off and 2) making a point (back in his black costume) that if you went after his family, the "friendly" neighborhood spider-man was not the one that would come after you.
