[[spoiler:LetsPlay/{{Medibot}} is also present, but for unknown reasons he refuses to speak until several videos in.]])

** Starting around ''Unleashed'', Sonic games introduced bosses and enemies that fire bullet patterns like those found in [=2D=] shooters. Whenever the group encounters them, expect calls of "BulletHell!" and "VideoGame/{{Touhou}}!" It does seem medibot has at least played ''Imperishable Night'', as the Dark Gaia Phoenix boss resurrecting mid-battle gives him flashbacks of Fujiwara no Mokou doing the same in her own game's Extra Stage.

* BigShutUp: Done by Kaz to medibot in ''Mario Party 5'' after the latter accidentally removes the former's Chain Chomp capsule from the game. It's PlayedForLaughs initially, but coupled with the painful-sounding slap he receives from Kaz in the same video, it actually causes medibot to grow despondent and eventually to [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness stop talking altogether]].

* DespairEventHorizon: Occasionally seen done by the player in last place, most often Kung-Fu Jesus, but the stand-out example is medibot at the end of ''Mario Party 5'', where he goes over a dozen turns with almost no commentary. While winning.

* HourglassPlot: At the start of ''Mario Party 5'', Kung-Fu Jesus is bitter and pessimistic and Medibot is his old kooky self. By the end, Kung-Fu Jesus is drunk and loopy and Medibot is silent and wishing that the game would just end.

* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: medibot, in ''Mario Party 5''. After spending more than a fifth of the game completely ''mute,'' the first thing he says makes it perfectly clear that he is '''''fuming.''''' Which, in turn, leads to another OOC moment where Kung-Fu Jesus puts the entire LP on hold and sincerely asks medibot to speak up and see if he's alright. Despite medibot's answer, [[spoiler:("I don't want to be here.")]], the LP resumes as normal.

** Anytime a mini-game involves plants and/or flowers (and sometimes even when it doesn't), medibot will tell everyone that he is a botanist.

* StealthPun: When playing ''VideoGame/SonicShuffle'', medibot selects E-102 Gamma as his character, justifying it as the robot choice. However, it's worth mentioning that the Greek letter gamma is written as Γ, the same as the symbol of his previous choice Waluigi.

** For the record, the "nothing" in question was Kaz smacking him for the third time that party over something rather minor.
* TranquilFury: medibot during the last few turns of Mario Party 5. The 50-turn playthrough was indeed too much for him to bear.

* RunningGag: Medibot saying "I accept this outcome" whenever he succeeds at making sure pokecapn doesn't get something good.

* ViewerGenderConfusion: medibot thinks that Specter Knight is female. pokecapn, since he hasn't played the game before while medibot has, assumes he must know what he's talking about and also refers to Specter Knight as if he were female.

* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: medibot gets angrier at "Sunset Rubdown" than at anything else he's come up against before, [[UpToEleven including]] ''[[UpToEleven Mario Party 5]]''.

* SelfImposedChallenge: pokecapn played ''Sonic 3'' with one of the layers removed, medibot played much of ''Subspace Emissary'' with almost all of his buttons unavailable, KFJ had his ''God Hand'' combo potential limited, and [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking Kaz had to put up with]] ''Castlevania III'''s Japanese gameplay and music.

** The group abuses its Series/{{Batman}} reference privileges in ''Mario Party 4''.
