* One of the reasons for Daenerys’s break is because of her love for Missandei. There are many epic stories about heroes and heroines going CrusadingWidow and on a RoaringRampageOfRevenge for the unjust deaths of aristocratic male figures but here we see an ordinary lowly slave girl's death being given the same treatment that [[Literature/TheIliad Patroclus]]' and [[Literature/{{Niebelungenlied}} Siegfried's]] death had in famous epics. Regardless of the excesses of her actions, Daenerys and Grey Worm ensured that Missandei will not be a ForgottenFallenFriend and the consequences of her death will be immortalized in Westerosi and TV history.

By establishing an elective monarchy, the world took the first step in breaking the wheel that had bound it for so long. Sorry but this is bullshit. Daenerys might have said she wanted to break the wheel, but given her goal was for her to be on the iron throne, she actually wanted to keep the wheel. So this is bullshit. Also, it only ended the way it did because Daenerys slaughtered an entire city. She deserves none of the credit.

* Crosses over a little bit into TearJerker, but Daenerys ultimately succeeded in one of her most important goals. By establishing an elective monarchy, the world took the first step in breaking the wheel that had bound it for so long. The cycle that she had sacrificed so much to destroy might finally be ending, even if there's a lot more work to do. It's just a shame that she wasn't around to see what she did to see it and know that, in a way, she ''did'' make a better world.
