* Creator/{{Netflix}}: Netflix Jail - While dedicated anime streaming services like Website/{{Crunchyroll}} release anime as it airs in Japan, Netflix waits until a series is completed before releasing it, to the frustration of many anime fans.

** EMK or Evil Manga Kaworu for Kaworu in the manga, due to him having several shades of AdaptationalVillainy, most notably his [[KickTheDog killing of a kitten by strangling the poor thing to death]] in his introduction scene.

* ''Manga/OnePiece'':
** The D Brothers - Ace and Luffy. And since they are both {{Determinator}}s, that would technically make them the Tenacious D's.

** The alliance between the Straw Hat and Heart Pirates is called the [=StrawHeart=] Alliance, with the members of the two crews collectively called the [=StrawHearts=]. When specifically referring to Luffy and Law, it's often called the Lawffy Alliance.
** Despite Luffy and Law being one of two Supernova alliances (the other being Eustass Kid, Basil Hawkins, and Scratchmen Apoo), only they are specifically acknowledged as the "Pirate Alliance".

Not to mention Amanda Winn Lee singing an off-the-cuff [[FilkSong filk]] of Barnes and Barnes' "Fish Heads". The name is a result of a quite few fans through time having attempted to cite certain quotes from it as an authoritative source in certain [[EpilepticTrees very-much-out-there fan-theories]], despite the dub crew not being in such a position of authority on the series as they know about as much as the average ''Evangelion'' fan, and as a result more "serious" fans have a negative view of it as they see it as responsible for spreading misinformation and constantly resurrecting and keeping several repeatedly discredited fan-theories alive.
