* MoralEventHorizon: We begin with the scientists engaging in torture and rape of the children in the Miloculos Project and go downhill from there. Dr. Blackwell seems to be going for the gold by reducing Italy's population to a few hundred at best on a whim and aiming to take over the world...so that he can go back to researching psychics, as inhumanely as he pleases.

* SmugSnake: All Miloculos Scientists show bits of this, but Dr. Blackwell takes the cake, turning out to simply be too much of a CompleteMonster to capture the magnificence involved in being a MagnificentBastard
