* DropTheHammer: Taelia carries a huge warhammer made of wood and reinforced with metal. Later on she changes to a hammer made of stone but similarly reinforced with metal instead.

* JumpedAtTheCall: Taelia has always dreamed of adventure and eagerly joins you in your quest to save Kul Tiras.
** Does this again in Shadowlands, [[spoiler: where she learns of her father's venture into the afterlife and goes with Calia to lend him a hand to find the abducted leaders of Azeroth]].

He's a wanted priate criminal with a massive bounty on his head per Flynn Fairwind's dialogue in the quest "Freehold: A Pirate's End"; and due to its status as a "free people's port", Freehold is well-known to be a haven for pirates and privateers, amongst other people. The pirate Irontide Raiders use the name "Sweete Enterprises of Freehold", identifying their allegedly legitimate organization by the name of a known wanted pirate captain (Harlan Sweete), with further association to a known pirate haven (Freehold), making it about as "poorly-veiled" as can be. Added further explaination to the entry.

Added DiffLines:

* TotallyNotACriminalFront: He uses "Sweete Enterprises of Freehold" as a legitimate front for his pirate crew's operations; he himself is a known wanted pirate with a bounty on his head, and Freehold is a well-known haven for pirates, mercenaries and privateers, making it a dubious cover for a supposedly legitimate shipping organization.

The two Pandaren subpages were merged into the main Pandaria page since they lacked content and were already mostly mirrored. Bring concerns to this thread.

* VillainHasAPoint: His attack on the still-building nation of Orgrimmar and its Horde allies was horrible, and he refused to surrender and stop when the opportunity was offered to him. Unfortunately, the actions of the Horde under Garrosh and Sylvanas (the repeated invasion of Ashenvale, the bombing of Therarmore, the genocide of the Night elves, etc...) make it pretty hard to say his assessment of the Horde as horrible monsters that would inevitably bring ruin to the Alliance again was entirely wrong.

insufficient context. per TRS, ship sinking now must be a scene or plot point which is designed specifically to show the characters will never get together

* ShipSinking: WordOfGod is that his crush on Talia was always intended to be unrequited, added merely for flavor and to add depth to his character. This fact was shared in advance of the novel ''Shadows Rising'', where the Flynn/Taelia ship is definitively sunk when he ends up with Mathias instead.

** Lots of fans also intepreted his interactions with Shaw (Listed below) as this, doubly so after the artbook, ''Exploring Azeroth: The Eastern Kingdoms'', uses the two of them as a framing device, showing their travels across the Eastern Kingdoms after Battle for Azaroth. This ends up being entirely intentional, and the two receive a RelationshipUpgrade in the ''Shadows Rising'' novel.

The soldiers that Daelin Proudmoore brought to Theramore to destroy the horde once and for all.

----
* BadassArmy: They are the same as human units, but with improved stats.
* BodyguardingABadass: Downplayed with the Elite Guard. Individually they are much weaker than his boss The Admiral Proudmoore, but they are still tough warriors who can keep waves of enemies at bay.
* BossInMookClothing:
** Admiral's Elite Guards, they look almost the same as the standard footmen, but are much stronger than a knight or a tauren.
** Captain Thornby in the second act of Rexxar's campaign. He looks like an ordinary human Captain, but he is strong enough to give your Hero party a challenge, if they don't have a high Level.
* EliteMook: Although the entire army can count due to being humans with increased stats, they have their own elite in the form of Admiral's Elite Guard, who can kill a Tauren in seconds.
* PraetorianGuard: Admiral's Elite Guard, the Chief Petty Officer and the Chief of Chaplains.
* PurposefullyOverpowered: The Kul'tiras forces are thought to be a threat to Rexxar and his party who at this point are high level heroes, all with outrageously powerful items, thus having much higher stats than standard human units.
* WolfPackBoss: As Rexxar and his group try to escape from Theramore they end up facing a Paladin, an Archmage and a Mountain King at the same time.

* NeverMyFault: If you ask the Kul Tirans about Admiral Daelin's death, he was "betrayed by his daughter he selflessly went out to rescue". They pay little heed to the fact that he launched an unprovoked assault against a non hostile power, took no prisoners, destroyed the countryside, violated a parley and attempted to assassinate Rexxar, forcibly seized the city of his daughter when she attempt to protest based on Theramore and the orcs' shared history, refused all attempts at diplomacy and finally was killed in a direct frontal assault. His death was totally avoidable yet he refused to listen.

They pay little heed to the fact that he attacked the new Horde nation that Jaina had made a fragile peace with ''and'' was given multiple chances and opportunities to leave in peace from all parties. His death was totally avoidable yet he refused to listen.

** During the Horde war campaign in Battle for Azeroth, a Kul Tiran officer out to avenge Daelin Proudmoore scoffs at Rexxar's request for an honorable duel, implying it's hypocritical for him personally to ask that because he killed Daelin Proudmoore. Bear in mind that Daelin launched an unprovoked assault against a non hostile power, took no prisoners, destroyed the countryside, violated a parley and attempted to assassinate Rexxar, forcibly seized the city of his daughter when she attempt to protest based on Theramore and the orcs' shared history, refused attempts at diplomacy and finally was killed in a direct frontal assault with nothing dishonorable about it.
