* Expy: Though not nearly as overt as his original counterpart, he remains one of Vegeta. He has spiky hair that sticks outwards, a widow's peak, the ability to shoot ki blasts, and serves as a smug rival to the kindhearted main character. His outfit in Season 1 takes cues from Vegeta's armor in the Saiyan saga, with similar shoulderguard and boots, where his outfit in Season 2 goes for a guardless shoulder strap look, not unlike Vegeta's appearance in the Cell saga.

* FantasticFragility : The recharge time needed to use his beam attack, and give it it's potent power also leaves him open for other finishing moves to decimate him.

* MasterOfAll: Zetto was designed to be incredibly balanced in everyway and his abilities reflect this. Thanks to his being one of the most skilled players in all of [=TOME=] due to his history as the combat beta tester, he has the skill to use his entire arsenal to his advantage and the only time he technically loses a non Forbidden Power related fight is when he uses Breaker Beam on a Drain Edge equipped Nylocke.

* TheReveal: On the final remastered episode of the TOME compilation series "TOME: A2Z", Zetto's real name was revealed to be Zeke in a phone-call from Kizuna.

* [[AdaptationalVillainy Adaptational]] [[AntiVillain Anti-Villainy]]: In the original, she was solely a protagonist, and at the very least disapproved of Zetto's involvement with the Hackers. Here, she's the hacker leader (although not the [[TheManBehindTheMan creator of the organization]]), is much more cold and calculating, and is just as much a part of the hackers as Zetto is. However, everything she does is out of a somewhat misguided attempt to protect Zetto, and she's unaware of Rubirules's true intentions.

* CuteKitten: In the form of the Mysterious Red Cat. If you just look at it you know it's adorable. Part of the reason it was used as a Scenery Joke. Since it's very out of place from the rest of the show's characters.
* FreezeFrameBonus: You'll miss her first appearance, in her Mysterious Red Cat form, completely if you're not looking at the foreground in "Highest Form of Flattery" while Flamey and her friends are talking.

* GoodWeaponEvilWeapon: In a game that allows players to use energy attacks, swords or even their fists, Kizuna specializes in gun use, which lends to her more questionable alignment.

* ImprobableAimingSkills: The facebook page states that she's a professional gunwoman who never misses.

* NiceJobBreakingItHero: Kajet's creation, Zetto getting hurt by it's power, and ''everything that happens to the main cast over the course of the series''. All because she snapped at [=SOFTDI=] over an innocent question and exposed her to negativity.

* SlapSlapKiss: With Zetto. Implied by [=SOFDTI=] when she and Zetto are testing the new battle system and bug checking. Outright confirmed by Kizuna as she's about to try and shoot [=SOFDTI=] to prevent another Forbidden Power from being born.
* TheReveal: On the final remastered episode of the TOME compilation series "TOME: A2Z", Kizuna's real name was revealed to be Lily which the IRL Zetto referred to Kizuna as such when she called him.

* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: Her snapping at [=SOFTDI=] over her question about her and Zetto's relationship caused her to experience negativity for the first time, and that built up negativity wound up becoming Kajet and kicking off the entire plot of the series.

She cuts Kirb down a peg, when needed, brings Nylocke down to earth when he's too into his roleplaying, and helps Alpha learn about TOME, due to his inexperience. That said, resents Ravenfreak and Neomutant for suggesting she should be protected, and she can clearly kick anyone's butt as well as or better than any of the boys, as shown in the episodes she's focused in. She seems to be more skilled than Alpha in particular due to playing the game longer than he has.

* TheHeart: She's pretty much the moral center of the group. Keeping the boys in line.

* BareYourMidriff: Her shirt cuts off at the belly. After the events of episode 7, it was no longer the case, but the bare midriff returned in episode 11.
