Here, Kabuto is presented as a very reasonable individual, even offering to help Naruto get set up for the annual Hyuga family ball, to which Hiashi and Neji have sent the blond boy an invitation with the intention of publicly humiliating him--only Kabuto is also nice enough to warn Naruto about this.
