* [[AdaptationalVillainy Ivan Ivanovich Sakharine]] in ''WesternAnimation/TheAdventuresOfTintin'' seeks to claim the treasure of the Unicorn, and carries out a blood oath against the Haddocks from his ancestor, which leads him to conflict with Tintin and Haddock as he pursues several boat replicas.

** [[KnightTemplar Judge Claude Frollo]] from ''WesternAnimation/TheHunchbackOfNotreDame''. He's not only the cause of Quasimodo's isolation and desire to see the outside world, which then leads into his meeting Esmerelda, but he's the driving force of Esmerelda's plot as well- his lust and hatred for her forces her into hiding while he burns down Paris looking for her.

** [[WickedWitch Ursula]] from ''WesternAnimation/{{The Little Mermaid|1989}}''. Convincing Ariel to give up her voice to be human, and then doing everything in her power to prevent her from never getting her voice back so she can acquire the power of her father Triton, Ursula is the driving force of the story.

*** ''WesternAnimation/IceAge3DawnOfTheDinosaurs'' has Rudy the Baryonyx, an AnimalNemesis to Buck who caused his eye injury, and in return Buck knocked a tooth from his mouth in return to use as a knife. He is considered TheDreaded by everyone in the dinosaur world, even the Tyrannosaurus Mother, and while built up by foreshadowing by his powerful roars and Buck's story, only has one encounter with the Herd in the climax (though he also attacked Sid a little while earlier than that). [[spoiler:When defeated by the Tyrannosaurus Mother, Rudy later performs a HeelFaceTurn now working with Buck]].
*** ''WesternAnimation/IceAge4ContinentalDrift'' has [[SalvagePirates Captain Gutt]], who spends the movie hunting down Manny with the intent of [[RoaringRampageOfRevenge destroying everything he ever loved]] after he rejects his offer to join his crew, sinks his ship, and steals his second ship.
*** ''WesternAnimation/IceAge5CollisionCourse'' has [[RaptorAttack Gavin]], who serves as the Herd's main obstacle in stopping the meteor heading for the planet. He starts off with this plan because he is clouded by RevengeBeforeReason towards Buck thwarting him and his family's egg thievery, believing he and his children can fly over it and become the dominant species. [[spoiler:He pulls a HeelFaceTurn when the TokenGoodTeammate of his family, his son Roger, convinces him to not put revenge on Buck over his family's safety]].

He fakes LoveAtFirstSight with Anna, only to reveal he doesn't actually love her and leaves her to die and then [[MoralEventHorizon tries to kill Elsa]] by claiming that Anna is already dead and striking her at her moment's weakness.

** [[NephariousPharaoh Pharaoh Rameses II]] shares the antagonistic role from his predecessor Seti I from ''WesternAnimation/ThePrinceOfEgypt'', becoming the Cain in a CainAndAbel dynamic to Moses while Moses seeks to set free the Jewish people.

** [[OffWithHisHead The Queen of Hearts]] from ''WesternAnimation/AliceInWonderland'', although she only gets involved at the very end of the film. She leads the charge against Alice after she accidentally (thanks to the mishaps of the Cheshire Cat) gets in trouble with her.

** Captain Gantu from ''WesternAnimation/LiloAndStitch''. Though he's only an agent of the government, he's the brutish leader of the Galactic security force that does all the work to try and capture Stitch, acting as a direct threat against him and Lilo.

** [[MagmaMan Te Ka]] [[spoiler:the ''tatari-gami'' form of Te Fiti when her heart was stolen by Maui]] from ''WesternAnimation/{{Moana}}''. Having caused Maui's disappearance and the lost of his hook, she is the biggest and last obstacle Moana and Maui face in returning Te Fiti's heart.

** [[BigBadDuumvirate The Carnotaurs]] from ''WesternAnimation/{{Dinosaur}}'', SuperPersistentPredator{{s}} who are the biggest threat to Aladar and the other dinosaurs.

** "Bowler Hat Guy" and DOR-15 are the BigBadDuumvirate in ''WesternAnimation/MeetTheRobinsons''. "Bowler Hat Guy" steals the Robinson's time machine, then stalk and try to capture Lewis, then uses stolen technology to drastically alter history, [[spoiler:in the process making DOR-15 clones take over the Earth. It turns out [[TheDogWasTheMastermind DOR-15]] is TheManBehindTheMan and Bowler Hat Guy, originally a vengeful future incarnation of Lewis' roomate Mike Yagoobian who was angry that Lewis' inventing made him fall asleep in a baseball game and cause his team to lose, was only someone she used as a human host.]]

*** Jack and Jill appear to be the main antagonists in ''WesternAnimation/PussInBoots'', as they guard the Magic Beans that Puss, Humpty, and Kitty are after, but they're [[spoiler:really in cahoots with [[TheChessmaster Humpty Dumpty]], who was still angry at Puss for leaving him and planned to get him arrested while he came across as a hero. However, when he performs his HeelFaceTurn, [[TheStarscream they reveal that they were planning to betray him from the start]], seeking to steal the Golden Goose, and end up being the real villains again before being crushed by the Great Terror.]]

** A major BigBadEnsemble between Dwayne [=LaFontant=], [[NeatFreak Gladys Sharp]] and [[BearsAreBadNews Vincent]] in ''WesternAnimation/OverTheHedge'', though Vincent [[TheHeavy is the one driving the plot for the most part.]] Vincent forces RJ to reclaim all the food for him, leading RJ to swindle the other main characters and eventually grow closer to them, while Gladys, as the head of the neighborhood, leads the strongest move to get rid of all the animals by hiring the exterminator Dwayne from [=VermTech=] to get rid of them.

* The farmers known as [[BigThinShortTrio Boggis, Bunce and Bean]] form a three-way example in ''WesternAnimation/FantasticMrFox''. They destroy the homes of the woodland creatures, and later try to hunt them down, in relatiation of Foxy Fox stealing their produce.

* Dr. Schadenfreude and Malbert serve as a BigBadEnsemble from ''WesternAnimation/{{Igor}}'', the former a fraud who steals other inventions and seeks to steal Eva from Igor, while also desiring to take the title of King from the latter, who is desperate to maintain his rule and had caused the dark clouds so he could manipulate everyone into being evil to survive.

** Randall Boggs [[BigBadDuumvirate and]] [[spoiler:Mr. Waternoose]] from ''WesternAnimation/MonstersInc'', both of whom are willing to kidnap children and forcefully extract their screams to stop the energy crisis (the former for personal recognition, and the latter [[spoiler:out of desperation to save his company]]).

*** ''WesternAnimation/IceAge2TheMeltdown'' has [[SuperPersistentPredator Maelstrom and Cretaceous]]. While they'e PlotIrrelevantVillain{{s}} who only have two encounters with the Herd, they act as their most persistent and dangerous threat as the melting ice gives these [[SeaMonster sea monsters]] more water to hunt in.

** ''WesternAnimation/{{Rio}}'':
*** While psychopathic cockatoo [[TheHeavy Nigel]] is the one that directly engages the heroes in the first film, he answers directly to [[EvilPoacher Marcel]], who has him track down and capture Blu and Jewel as apart of his illegal bird smuggling ring.
*** ''WesternAnimation/{{Rio 2}}'' has Big Boss, the leader of the illegal loggers who are deforesting the heroes' home of the Amazon. [[BigBadEnsemble in addition]], [[DragonAscendant Nigel]] returns for revenge, now a flightless bird as a result of his injuries at the end of the first film, and working with a giant anteater and a poison dart frog to achieve this goal of revenge on Blu.

** The [[AllThereInTheScript Macawnivore]] from ''WesternAnimation/TheCroods'' is set up in advertising, given its active pursuit of Grug, but he's nothing compared to the ''world itself'', as earthquakes and volcanoes drive the conflict of the Croods finding a new home when their cave is destroyed.

** Snowball [[BigBadEnsemble and]] the Animal Control duo from ''WesternAnimation/TheSecretLifeOfPets''. The former develops a vendetta on Max and Duke after they unintentionally [[spoiler: kill one of his friends]], while the latter are [[AntiVillain just doing their job]], trying to nab the two because they think they're strays.

** ''Franchise/ToyStory'':
*** Al [=McWhiggin=] from ''WesternAnimation/ToyStory2'', the JerkAss toy collector who wants to sell Woody to a museum in Japan to make money, is the main antagonist for most of the film. By the end of the film, this role has been usurped by Stinky Pete the Prospector, who tries to convince Woody to accept his fate as a museum exhibit, and after he changes his mind tries to take matters into his own hands.
*** [[spoiler:[[BearsAreBadNews Lotso]]]] from ''WesternAnimation/ToyStory3'', who runs Sunnyside Daycare like a dictator, harshly abuses the other toys, and tries to stop Woody from saving his friends and the others.

* No longer a HarmlessVillain, Plankton from ''WesternAnimation/TheSpongebobSquarepantsMovie''. He steals King Neptune's crown and frames Mr. Krabs. While Spongebob and Patrick are off trying to retrieve the crown and save Mr. Krabs, Plankton begins to turn everyone in Bikini Bottom into hypnotized slaves and sends a bounty hunter to kill Spongebob and Patrick.
* Burger-Beard from ''WesternAnimation/TheSpongebobMovieSpongeOutOfWater''. He wants to steal a magic book that makes any text written on it to become real, which causes the Krabby Patty secret formula to disappear. [[spoiler: It is later revealed that he used this book to steal the formula to make his own burgers on a food truck.]]
* King Posiden from ''WesternAnimation/TheSpongeBobMovieSpongeOnTheRun'', who sends his goons to kidnap Gary so he can use Gary's slime to moisturize his face. This sets in motion the plot to search for and rescue Gary.
