The city of Krawen was wants a horrible place. It had violence, crime and was an overall bad place tas free from any type of crime. By the year 2028 other cities around the country followed in Kravin’s footsteps creating their own cities of severe law enforcements as well as strict policies. 4 years befo live. This town's bad nature had a negative effect on the economy. Thus the city was torn down and rebuilt. This time only the desirables were allowed to inhabit it creating a utopia where the city wore this the church discovered magic and advantageously took control of the state turning many into Catholics. After this discovery children were being born with magic and passed it down for generations to come. Unfortunately there were some people who were born without magic and were deemed unblessed and discriminated against. However even with this status the children blessed or unblessed go to a school where they would learn to use and enhance their powers as well as get their education.
It is now the year 2102 and Kraven has had more peaceful days. Though the city still seems to be a stable living environment, like other cities people have used magic and other tools to go into a life of crime. Negaimasu High is a high school that resides in Kraven and focuses on molding it’s students into strong moral people. Students are put into specific classes representing their rank which is determined by their abilities and intelligence. The Unblessed are automatically put in the lowest group being Class F. The smarter more capable students are put in the higher level classes. These students run the school and have more jurisdiction when it comes to school policies. The ranks are chosen by a physical and intellectual test during enrollment. Magic ability is also tested and ranked playing a huge role in this ranking. The overall scores are listed below.

Class X: These students are only made up a few but it is said that if they band together they can take out everyone in the whole city. These students have magic scores over 1000 and are highly dangerous individuals when it comes to combat. There scores greatly surpass other classes and often strike fear in other students.[Unmeasurable]

Class A: Strong Students with high intelligence and High magic scores. The student council resides here and the students are often overbearing and will make it a point for you to recognize their superiority. [800-1000]

Class B: Powerful students who have high magic scores as well as above average intelligence. These students usually enforce rules like Class A however are outranked in comparison. [500-799]

Class C: Average students who have access to magic however aren’t anything special when it comes to using it. Their combat ability as well as intelligence is satisfactory making these students rarely stand out. [300-499]

Class D: Underachieving students who get low to average grades and are overall looked down to at Negaimasu High. These students have small access to magic and receive little to no respect from other classes at the school. [100-299]

Class F: The lowest Rank in the school, these students have zero magic ability so there scores are mostly based off their intelligence. Most teachers treat them as equals however students in upper classes look down on this group and usually spend their free time degrading their status.
