openPlease help me find this webcomic!! Webcomic
So I remember this funny cartoonish type fantasy webcomic about a young blond boy during medieval times who like attends knight or hero school with this other brown-haired tan guy. The blond's mother was a witch and so he was pretty weak and did not pass his knight classes. he was always sheltered and protected by her while the brown haired kid was more of a "peasant" class and had to do chores all day and had like 6 siblings to feed. The story is basically about how the blond boy keeps trying to become friends with the other kid but the other kid has more important things to do, however, there are cases where the blond boy unknowingly puts his life in danger and so the brown-haired boy always ends up saving his life and just kind of puts up with being annoyed by the kid just as long as he is safe.
I remember reading this comic in like 2014 and I just recently thought about it again and tried everything to find it but couldn't. It would be so great if someone could help.
Edited by sarahjakkopenKind of Old Manga with an Iguana? Anime
It wasn't popular or anything and I don't think it got an anime adaptation either but it had a decent length, like 60+ chapters? I'm not sure but it was completed. Its main character was a guy with glasses and he had a contract with iguana or a lizard of some kind that gave him air powers of some sort that let him sort of fly. He was really loyal to this one girl I can't remember anything about except that she's really strong and there was a whole group of people with contracts with different animals that he was a part of.
The setting wasn't fantasy or anything but there was an end of the world scenario. Near the end I remember the main character has to fight that girl.
There was also another girl in that group that also liked him but ended up with the fat dude in the group.
I tried really hard to find this but I either find nothing or Popcorn Avatar, it's driving me crazy. Sorry if this was too vague or if I got some of the facts wrong. At this point everything is starting to blur together. The talking iguana contract is the thing that stood out the most.
Edited by RedskaopenName of animation show to do with an amulet Western Animation
(unsure where and how to post this in specific places) Medieval world where everyone has a unique superpower, a bit like boku no hero. Main character, a boy with black hair with couple of red stripes, wears red attire and has forging abilities but then finds an amulet with 3 abilities: a shield and sword, wings and something to do with time. He has two sisters, one which looks like a female him I forgot her ability but she uses a stick as a weapon , another who has blonde hair and wears blue things, she an apothecary. They live in with their grandfather. They also have a troll friend who is like a milk chocolate brown and is enchanted so he wont attack them and is friends with them. Main villain had a name like thanatos or thanos but I am not very sure and has the ability to teleport.
Some episodes I remember: One where the villain's base (a castle on a giant dragon's back) the dragon is sick r something and they need the tear of some elder dragon and so do the protags for something else. The troll goes to their home with the protags to fight his brother who is not very supportive with the idea of him being friends with humans. somethings happen and the twin sister and troll use a type of pepper to make the entire troll place go to sleep. The antag and protag are trapped in a limbo with a colossal titan and need to coop to find a way out, only ending up the villain double-crossing him.
openKids in a submarine? (Not Little Einstein's) Western Animation
I used to watch this cartoon show when i was young, it's similar to Little Einstein's but these kids are out at sea in this like 'castle-like' place and whenever there's trouble they'll look into a telescope or something before loading onto a submarine and launching into the sea and going to the island to save whoever was in trouble. I just can't seem to remember the name. Anyone? :)
openWeird old stop motion animation?
At least I think it was stop motion. It's a show I remember watching as a child, so my memories of it are crappy, but I do remember a few distinct things. It was set on a different planet, I think? A very colourful one at that with many other-worldly plants and stuff. One of the characters (an alien?) received a knitted sweater which was much too large, so they proceeded to flap the sleeves around their hands to demonstrate the length of the arms. The sweater was orange. In another scene a character (possibly the same one) complains about being hungry and says "Look, I've gone all limp!" and dramatically flails around. I think the plot point was that there was something wrong with the food machine... thing. The whole thing looked like Fraggle Rock if Fraggle Rock were a stop motion animation.
I'm sorry, but these are literally the only things I remember about the show and I have no idea where to even start looking for it. It's driving me insane. I know it was English because of the accents but that's about it. I'm not even sure what I'm going to do with this information when I get it. I just *need* to know. Thanks!
openOishi High School Battle Web Original
It was a show I watched long time ago in youtube, like in 2014-2015 that I'm not really sure but I think the protagonist was a pink haired girl who fought demons/monsters in the school and was the daughter of the devil, but it was like she was the only character drawn in the show, and the other characters and backgrounds were real, besides the part where she travels through a locker (I think) to hell or something like that, and there was this boy in college who was her crush, and that's all I can remember. please help
Edited by SukeBanchoopenflying balls? Western Animation
i watched this probably 6 to 8 years ago. It had some weird balls with helicopter propellars who lived inside a volcano i think. then they would get a mission of some kind every episode, and they'd all fly out the top of their volcano. i think their purpose might have been to save the environment or jungle or something, but i can't really remember
openCartoon Show Western Animation
I watched this show nonstop when I was young. It was about 3 kids, 2 boys and 1 girl. They would go on missions and they would each have 3 different monsters/creatures they would be able to transform into during the mission. There was also tournaments, where the kids fought against others.
openName of cartoon similar to Thundercats.(solved) Western Animation
I remember about the same time as the original Thundercats came out that there was a very similar cartoon which I could tell was either by the same people or a rip off of it. Similar team make up, and similar sounding voices. The only other similar cartoon I've found is Silverhawks, but unless I'm just remembering one episode I don't think that's it. The team lived on a floating base on a water world and when they had to go on missions they would dive through a ring that would change their legs into a tail like a mermaid so they could swim underwater. Anyone know what it was called?
Never mind. I Suddenly recalled it was called tiger sharks.
Edited by Randallw201238openAnimated show Western Animation
I don't remember much of the things that were in there, but I do know that: it was an animated cartoon, there was an episode that happened in winter and I think the characters went skiing? not sure about that... Also, in that episode, they went into a wooden house that had a slide hidden under the floor and the main cast triggered some trap that activated it and I'm pretty sure that one of antagonists made an appearance there. In another episode, the plot had something to do with gravity and/or electricity, not sure which one. Any idea what show that could be?
Edited by Bell998openWeird aside? Videogame
So I believe this was not the plot of an actual thing. I think it was mentioned in a game like Frog Fractions, where the game is comedic and switches between game play sections (Beginning of the game, then swimming underwater, then the courtroom scene, etc., To use frog fractions as an example). It was a joke, I believe on a computer, about the kid of a space trucker docked at (I believe) a space diner. While talking on the CB radio, the other truckers start to talk about what they're going to do to the son (Rape him, fuck him in the butt, etc.). This enrages the father, who leaves the ship and (I believe) attacks, and is killed by, the other truckers. This was from the son's point of view. I believe the son tried to stop his father, but the dad ignored him. This was presented completely serious in the game, but it wasn't supposed to be serious. Either this was a biography, or it was a story in-universe. Thanks!
openold flash game I've been looking for Videogame
for some reason I got a sudden urge to play some old flash game last week, don't remember much about it but i'll post what i do • sandbox • mostly water • 2D • on kongregate at some point (might not be now) • posted some time between 2006 and 2013 • fairly certain that the main character looked like one of those old diving suits bioshock's big daddies were based off of • crash from space at start of game and damage engine • jellyfish are enemies • four or five items including mining laser glove, oxygen tank, and something that lets you resist more pressure • goal of the game is to get these items to their max level through crafting to combine them and craft an engine and leave the planet
openHelp me please! Western Animation
I’ve been looking for this kids tv show about dogs and cats. It’s animated and I’m pretty sure it’s newer. There’s a girl who can talk to them and I think the main dogs name is magic. There’s magic in the show and I can’t remember the name. I don’t remember much else about it tho. The main dog had brown fur
openBalloon Movie. Live Action TV
Hi. I was hoping someone could tell me the name of this film. It's about some sort of Magical average Joe that befriends a little girl. Everything about the guy is ordinary except for the fact that he literally grows balloons as if they were plants and can accomplish feats by "Just using what he has." At one point he makes a Pecan pie using only a single Pecan and gives said pie to a police officer who was going to Repo his vehicle. The Balloons he grows also have some measure of sentience and at one point everyone in town gets one. The guy with arthritis feels better after the balloon he got brushes up against his knuckles. A portly woman ends up chasing hers around the house and loses weight. Everyone is content with their balloon but the town ends up going through a really bad drought which means that the balloons can't grow anymore. They all blame the farmer that grew them and the little girl teams up with her balloon to grow more but ends up using a large amount of the town's water supply. I don't know how it ends. Any help is appreciated. It was a live action production.
openCrime show with crazy twists Live Action TV
So the show was about why the criminal committed the crime and there's always a huge twist with a different story every time. The only episode I remember really well is this pilot was a passenger on a plane sitting next to this girl and she was really nervous about flying. He held her hand and was really nice to her, and it was like he was trying to flirt and sleep with her. In the show, you could see he had another girlfriend and he was trying to keep her from finding out about the girl on the plane. It all seemed as if she was "the other women" and that he was cheating, but in the end, he ended up killing her and we find out she was really a crazy stalker. He was just being polite on the plane and she took it too far and wouldn't leave him alone. It was awesome! I really want to watch more of it because the episodes always had crazy twists like that and I loved it! Please help! Thanks!!
Edited by lanie1196openHelp with an episode of some kind?
I remember it being an episode to an animated show. Here is a list of what are things I Definetly remember and things I might be getting wrong Definitely: At the beginning of the episode there is an opening scene where a male person breaks into someplace, he looks straight up evil and steals this straight up evil looking weapon that can only be wielded by the pure of heart. He can wield it because he is pure evil. He killed his own sister to be pure of heart. Maybe: The girl returns as a spectre who can only say one thing that connects with her death and helps two superhero women to stop her brother
openAn old educational show. Live Action TV
I remember watching a science show when I was very little (so around 2006 or so). I'm pretty sure those were reruns and the show was older than that, because before starting the commercial break the main presentator said "And after the break, we'll show the phone number you can call to send us your questions!" (paraphrasing), but the actual number never appeared. It might've also been because I was watching it dubbed into Spanish, though. There were three presentators: a guy in a rat suit who played the lazy fool, the main guy who looked like a typical mad scientist (spiky brown hair and a labcoat) and a redheaded woman with curly hair in a ponytail and, I think, blue overalls. Each episode was dedicated to answering questions about science, supposedly sent by the viewers. I think it was several questions each episode (maybe one before the commercial break and another after?), but I'm not sure. The segments I remember are about how it's especially important you wash your teeth after dinner because the bacteria reproduce best when you're asleep, and one about why birds don't get electrocuted when they sit on cables, with an explanation on how electricity works in general (path of least resistance and such). I remember in the last one there was an illustrative cartoon showing that a bird sitting in a single cable would be fine, but if it had each leg on different ones it would die (with the dead bird being depicted as a cooked and plucked chicken, like you'd find in a dinner table).
openCursed cabbages?
An animated show featuring a scene where a young man comes across a cabbage patch, eats one of the cabbages and turns into a donkey because of a curse or spell put on the cabbages to punish people who eats them without asking.
I remember a shot of the guy dropping the cabbage because his hands turn into hoofs.
I vaguely recall seeing it on Nick Jr. This was during the early 90s. It was also probably a standalone story.
Edited by HarpieSirenopenMystery Nu Metal(?) Music Video Music
I remember seeing this on Yahoo music back around 2003-2004.
It was live action, but had some animation on a revolving cube (like this: https://youtu.be/T0RvPYRRRbE?t=40s) that showed a dude picking his nose and eating his boogers and then his finger.
Can't remember the track, but it was metal or hard rock?
I only saw a couple scenes from this show but never fully did because it was my old friend who watched it (I don't talk to her anymore so I can't ask her) but she would watch it on hulu, I don't remember much about what it was about but I think it was mainly about 2 people, a guy and a girl who were together (or not together? I don't remember if they were a couple or friends who really liked each other) but there were two other characters who were married, the wife was like a compulsive cheater and her husband was this tall awkward looking guy, and I think one day he caught her cheating and he was filing for divorce, but then she came up with this plan to trap him by her getting pregnant so she convinces him to have sex with her, but he's smart and uses a condom, afterward he throws the condom away and leaves, so she digs through the trash to look for it and when she finds it she heats it up. Lmao that's all I basically remember from this show. I saw this back around 2013 or 2014 (maybe 2015)
