Hey, can anybody tell me all the episodes where Joey is kidnapped or tied up. On the page it just says it happens a lot, but no specific episodes
openOld Asian Cartoon Movie/Short (possibly appeared on Cartoon Network) Anime
So I remember watching this cartoon short as a kid. It seemed to have an Asian setting and Asian looking characters. It didn't have a big-eyes sort of anime look to it, though.
What I remember most are parts of the plot. Three kids (two boys and one girl) are standing before an old man with a scroll. He throws it up in the air and the little girl catches it.
Later, I remember two thieves coming into a witch's house. She feeds them 'pancakes' and they turn into donkeys.
And then even later, the old man, the two boys, and the little girl show up at the same house to rest. The witch ends up tying them up and tries to force feed them the pancakes.
It ends up that the two thieves get turned back into humans and the witch gets turned into a green donkey herself.
That's all I remember.
open90s-2000s Comedy Movie with headless guy. Film
I remember watching the movie multiple times when I was young, it seemed like a dark comedy and I remember a scene where the main character walks in his friend's house and his friend is a normal disembodied head, I think I remember something about the head being in the microwave or fridge. There was a bunch of other weird stuff going on.

Edited by Ejfairlinesopensitcome with male nanny who can talk to dogs, 3 kids Live Action TV
This is a sitcom from the 90s. I only remember one episode. There is an alien who becomes the nanny/baby sitter. He can talk to dogs and when dogs bark, he can understand them. For example, on tv advertisements for dog food, when the dog barks, in the ad, they say "the dog approves" but the nanny says, "that's not even close to what the dog actually said".
There are 3 kids in the family. The oldest is a boy, a teenager, next a girl (a year or two younger) and the youngest is a boy who wore glasses. This one episode, The older boy wants to go to a party but he's not allowed to. He tells his younger brother and goes anyway. What he doesn't know is that the sister also is at the same party. When he walks in, he sees a girl with long black hair dancing from the back and tells his friend "that's my kind of girl". So he goes and says hi. When the girl turns around, she's the sister. She was sitting on a tall box or something and dancing. He's shocked because he never thought his sister anything other than annoying.
Back home, the baby sitter asks the little brother where everyone is, he says he can't say where the older brother is. So the babysitter says, "that's true, you made a promise, you should not break it". Then he miniaturize himself to talk to the dog (barking with each other), and the dog rats out both the brother and sister. Little brother says, he didn't know the sister was also at the party. Babysitter says seems the dog is the only one who knows what's going on at home. He then proceeds to go to the party and bring the siblings home. Brother asks little brother why he ratted him out, but he says, it was the dog.
I can't remember if the babysitter was alien or just with the ability to talk to dogs. I can't remember if the parents were both alive or just single parent. The kids do know he can talk to dogs, but the parents probably don't.
Could have also been a kids show and not a sitcom. But it was real people acting. Kind of like ALF and nanny and the professor. Thanks a lot for helping.
Edited by MechPrincessopenPointing robot named Vonus? Film
This was a live action thing, the scene I remember is a goofy human-looking robot named something like "Vonus" (or something that rhymes with "Bonus") being followed around by two guys who ask: "can you tell us where [...] is?" "No, but I can point!"
Pretty sure this was a movie and not a TV show... probs from the 70s or 80s. Might have been a sequel. One of the main characters may have been a much less goofy human-looking robot young man treated like his creators sun.

Edited by BatteryPoweredAmpopenAnimation where a duck becomes a dictator Anime
It's an animated series from the late-80's early-90's featuring a duck or some other bird, and at one point in the series, another duck who turned out to be the main character's enemy becomes some kind of dictator, and acts really similar to Hitler.
I also remember that at one point, the main character finds out that the island he had been on for a few episodes is actually a giant turtle.
I also remember the main character going deep under the see where there is a really futuristic city.

openRobo battle game from the 90's Videogame
There was a game released for the Super Nintendo somewhere between May 1994 and May 1995. Basically, you guided a mech through a level, basic platforming. If you found another mech, you could get out and use the new mech, but it was advisable to destroy which mech you didn't use, so the enemy couldn't use it against you. While outside your mech (and there were times you would need to), you could only take 10 hits.
open3D Retro Tank Game Videogame
I know what the name of this game is, it's called Combat, but theres so many games out there that likely have that name it's probably flooded out, so I'll just describe it's gameplay, you're this floating tank thing that shoots other floaty tanks through a synthwavy-esque futuristic world, the game ran on Windows XP and I think only ever saw a CD release.
openChildren's survival show
2 kids (maybe more) that we're traveling around Mexico. There were a couple of adults with them but I can't remember how they were related. One episode they were camping out in the wild and they had to check their shoes for scorpions. In another episode they were stranded somewhere and the only water available was salt water so they rigged up a piece of plastic to catch the steam from a pot of water they boiled over the fire.
openKids cartoon about a robot...
I remember watching this kids cartoon about a robot made of squares that transformed, i think it aired between 2003 - 2010 but thats just a guess. The first episode, if i remember correctly, had a boy lookiny for a robot, i kinda think that was the norm, and there was an old one in a workshop that didn't work. The next day the robot was working, it was made of squares and could transform into anything. And no before you type it, it wasn't transformers.
openUnknown Western Animation
Does anyone remember this show on CBC that was animated and the main girl had short brown hair, white blouse with a red cardigan, and two red bows in her hair? She had two friends, one was a girl with short red hair with a daisy in it and a yellow long sleeved top and the other was a blonde boy with glasses, freckles, and a green t-shirt. I saw a picture from it but I can’t remember the name of the show.
openFantasy Book about Girl who uses Telepathy through Rocks Literature
I read this book so many years ago I can't remember what grade I was when I read it. It was a fantasy book, probably, about this girl who goes to a special school, or maybe it's a regular school in a fantasy world, I don't know. There's a lot of books like that, but what made this book's story stand out was a unique thing the main character could do. She finds out that she can send psychic messages to people through a type of rock or soap or whatever, and I think she carves animals out of the material. The only part of the story I remember is the climax: All the students have to pass this test, and of course all the kids are really nervous about it. So the protagonist sends those psychic messages to all the kids during the test with all the right answers through the rocks. That's all I can say.
openOld RPG with different stories depending on class Videogame
My memories about this game are very fuzzy, so it might not be exactly as I remember it. I played this game around 2005 or 2006 on Windows XP. I don't know when it was made, but it didn't look really dated. When you start a new game, there are three pictures representing the three classes you can choose. First is a warrior or something like that, I don't remember the second, and the third is a wizard or a mage or something. Every class gives you a different story, but I only played a little bit as each one, so I don't know whether there are three completely separate campaigns or they all eventually lead to the same plot, like Dragon Age: Origins. Anyway, in the game you control a single character in a top-down perspective in real time. The camera is un-moveable and un-rotatable and follows your character.
In the "warrior" campaign you start in a village with some NP Cs, and a bit later you go to a cellar or some room like that, and there are big poison spiders (their attack caused you to take damage over time). In the second campaign you start somewhere outdoors, but then you spend a lot of time going through some winding tunnels of a cave or a mine. And in the "mage" campaign you are on path going through some forest, and as you go, wolves attack you and kill you very quickly (or at least me, who sucked at games back then). In all campaigns, the environments were more or less linear, but you could explore a bit and find equipment or food. I know this is not much but it's all I can remember.
openI have no clue Film
It's an old movie, the background was simple and black, and all the characters resembled stick people. There was no sound other than the music, and the n character was a blue stick boy that worked really hard trying to get up to the surface, from the society that lived deep underground. At the end, he escaped with a girl, and they saw the sunset for the first time at the end.
I know this is really obscure, but I would love to find this movie again.
openNo Title Live Action TV
I saw it in Russian, not sure what the original language was. It was probably a part of non-interconnected series (not long enough for a movie). The plot was that a woman hires an assassin to kill her brother. They go to the house where he is supposed to come next day and spend the night there (together). The next day, the brother arrives... in a wheelchair. The assassin says he can't do this, to which the woman replies it's fine - the plan wasn't to kill the brother. It was to kill the assassin, who was the one to put him in that wheelchair.

So for a long time I've been wrecking my brain trying to remember the name of an old show from my childhood. I believe it was eastern European in origin but can't be sure. It only ever showed two characters who were almost identical except for wearing different colour sweaters. Each episode was fairly short and centred around the characters encountering some minor problem and in their attempt to solve it would go about doing so in the worst way possible. It almost always ended with the two standing in the mess they made but with the initial problem solved and then they excitedly shook hands. The two characters had these oval heads with a round nose and very simple dot eyes as well as some kind of beanie hat.
