UB-04 Blade aka Kartana. It has absurdly high physical attack, one base point more than Mega Rayquaza and Primal Groudon. However, it's exceptionally weak to fire.

The arcade game from the second installment of Submachine that the first installment was apparently played on, which implies that the events of the first game was just a game and not part of the main story. It wasn't until Submachine 10 that it turns out to be an actual portal to the area of the first game, meaning it was part of the main story after all.
