This is the thread to use if you feel that the page image itself is good but the caption needs help.
If you think that both the image and the caption are poor, please make a thread in Image Pickin' for the page, and we'll work on the image and caption both at the same time.
As with other TRS and IP threads, please state your reasons and make your case in your first post. Don't make the other posters spend time trying to pry it out of you.

The caption on Amazing Technicolor Population seems pretty worthless.
Yeah, kill that caption with fire. It adds nothing.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.Doug shows us how it's done.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Would this make a relevant caption for Become a Real Boy?
The caption for Five Nights at Freddy's 2 works fine, but there's a constant edit war on whether or not it should stay that way. It's been "Double the Freddy, still not ready!", "Are you ready for double the Freddy?", "Are you ready for twice the Freddies?" and other variations of those three in the last 10 edits alone. All of these would work, but apparently there's a little fighting over which one works better.
I do know what I'm doing. What I don't know is why.Nevermind.

Seems to be an Edit War between Elkhorn The Downtrodden and That Random Guy 42.
It had been "Twice the Freddy, still not ready!" originally.
Elkhorn changed it to "Are you ready for two Freddys?".
Cannox revised it to "Are you ready for twice the Freddys?" (emphasis mine).
Elkhorn revised it further to "Are you ready for twice the Freddies?".
ThatRandomGuy42 reverted it to the original.
Elkhorn tries a compromise with "Are you ready for double the Freddy?"
TRG42 reverts it again. This is where we currently stand.
Frankly, the original is the catchiest, so I'd stick with that.

Moon◊Five Nights at Freddy's 4's caption also changes frequently, per the discussion page.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanJust added a picture to the Alexandra Daddario page, but for some reason it's thrown the caption out of whack so that there's a big lot of space. I'm not sure how to fix it... a little help?
Fixed.
It was 656x823. The Image Uploader really needs to disallow (or resize) images over 350 pixels wide. That's a serious problem.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I'm not entirely convinced that's the problem; the site resizes >350px images to 350px just fine. The problem that I see is that the uploader spits out sizes for quoteright and caption-width-right that completely ignore the aforementioned resizing.

Moon◊No, that is only half right. There are two problems. The uploader doesn't do any resizing at all, but articles display their page image shrunk to 350 pixels wide, even if the image is actually larger than that. Also, it returns markup for greater-than-350-pixels-wide caption boxes.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. When I said "the site" did the resizing, I meant the wiki page parser, not the uploader.
Moon◊You don't think that's a problem? I think it's much worse than the wide caption box markup, which is also bad.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. No, I can't say as I do.
Moon◊Note that wiki pages have displayed images shrunk to 350 for years. That is not new. There have been zero positive changes (one, if the ability to crop an image when it's uploaded counts) and several negative changes to the uploader in the last six months.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. The caption in Troubled Fetal Position seems to have been removed a proper edit reason. Is there any reason for this removal, or may I put it back?

The old caption ("Er...do you need a hug?") wasn't bad but didn't really add anything to the page...doesn't really make a difference to me if it stays or goes.
The image on Creator.Kate Mara is fine, looks like a professional photograph taken at some special event or other, but I'm not entirely down with the caption: "Try finding a bad picture of this woman." It's a slightly less creepy way of saying "Man, she is super hot."
If you want to be really generous, it's just saying "Man, she is super photogenic." Which I still don't think is great caption fodder.
I say kill it entirely.
Works for me. Not sure how much there is to say about her—the page itself is just a three-second biography and a list of works.
Killing the caption.
Yo.
Can I add a pothole to Pokémon in the caption for OurDragonsAreDifferent.Video Games and change the Distaff Counterpart pothole for Latias into Ninja Pirate Zombie Robot? The DC pothole doesn't really work since the 'mon its the counterpart too isn't in the image while NPZR is more appropriate due to its design.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? The image itself is already captioned to the franchise. Gotta Catch Them All or Tagline would be more appropriate.
No idea about the other one.
Check out my fanfiction!I had completely forgotten that the images themselves doubled as links.
Nevermind then.

I agree with keeping it gone if it causes problems. A sufficiently neutral one could work as well. No sarcasm allowed.
