I think it's "Your Mom".

Before I got Feedly and was able to read lots of articles in quick succession without load-bearing elements, I would open up to twenty tabs on my Windows XP. Of course, it caused loading problems.

I always keep 9 tabs open (used to be 10 before the Hellfire Comms forums died).

I always have 7 pinned tags on firefox.

I have three pages with twelve tabs open at all times.

My tabs vary. I got my porn window with various amounts. Than the roleplay window. And the "other" window. Sometimes I have a fourth one with "other 2".

I have two tabs automatically open with my browser- fb and tumblr. Plain and simple!

My three tabs of choice are This Very Wiki, the Warriors Official Forum, and a spare in case I want to check something linked on TV Tropes.

I usually have at least ten tabs open. Don't ask me what I do with them. But they're there, and no matter how much I try to get rid of them, they keep popping back up.

I never have more than two tags open if I can help it. Just feels too cluttered otherwise.

Six tab's the minimum for moi.

At any given time, I have at least five tabs open. One for facebook, one for twitter, one for my go-to board (currently the TV Tropes Forums), one for stereomood and one for You Tube. I tend to not keep more tabs than that open, though the number may rise as high as a dozen tabs early in the weekdays, when I check webcomics, their TV Tropes pages, RPG Now.com, The Escapist and various other sites.

Six tabs open at the moment, and I consider that a fairly low number... Christ, no wonder my computer's always crapping out on me.

I keep at least eight at any given time whenever I browse at home.

I usually default to somewhere around 8, no matter what I'm doing.

At least it's improved since High School; back then I always had around 30-40.

I normally only have 2-4 open at a time. Occasionally, especially if I'm researching something...or going on a trope binge, I'll end up with many more.

Between two and eighteen

It depends on what I'm doing. I usually have one open, or two if I am copying and pasting or fact-checking. I will have up to three or four if I'm on my phone and participating in certain threads. If I'm in the WTF Fanfiction thread on my phone, there's always four tabs open: one to link me to the Tumblr page since I don't like bookmarking, one for the last page of the thread to make sure I don't post something already up, one to access the actual page, and one for making my post.

I tend to open more tabs if I have to wait for something but can't click out or am multitasking during my Internet class. I don't open more than 5 tabs at a time, though, since then everything just looks cluttered.

I'm currently using a computer which I often have to share with my parents, because my laptop died several months ago. Mom doesn't use it much. Dad tends to open things which I'm not sure if I should close or not (read: about 20 shopping-related tabs, webmail, and Arceus knows what else), and he almost never closes things after he's done with them. I tend to have several TV Tropes tabs, a Facebook tab, one or two Gaia Online tabs, and a few tabs for random other things (which sometimes include a couple tabs of Not Always Right)... and both my tabs and his then breed and multiply like bunnies in fast forward because this computer is often left on for about a week at a time, if not more. We can end up with up to about 90 tabs before someone (usually me) decides to just close Firefox and start over...

i am ashamed. i reached a peak of 30-50 something tabs. my average as of late is 15 or so tabs. :(

...and I thought my siblings kept too many tabs open.

(But to be fair, it's on the old Windows XP, and too many tabs does make it slow).

I tend to keep a minimum of 16 tabs open. Only 5 or 6 of these get much use, though.

I keep about 5 as the minimum. They sort of build up over time but I periodically clean it out.
