A thriller in a fantasy setting (with some doses of action here and there), with great deal of Dark Is Not Evil and Light Is Not Good, there are humans, demons, and angels, [some] angels are deceiving, [a sizeable amount of] demons are more down-to-earth and honest. Think of it as Shin Megami Tensei, but not as dark.

What happens after a horror film? In this action-packed sequel to Are You Afraid of the Dark?, one woman searches for her friends who were whisked away in the previous film. Kinda like if Taken met a Slasher Movie.

a grim survival story about a mother trying to lead her two children out of a war torn nation, intercut with flashbacks of their life before the war started. the mother turns out to be a full on Action Girl, but her children are less than capable survivors. the mother tries to lead them to the border, all while being told by what other survivors there are that she should just focus on her own survival as her children won't make it. they're not wrong...

Start with Goodbye, Stop with Hello

Memento meets romantic drama in this film about a young woman with short-term memory loss who attracts the affections of the same man throughout her life. Like Memento the film is all backwards with scenes taking place in the "present" spliced in between which slowly explain her predicament and reveal secrets of the man she keeps meeting. The ending reveals that the man is responsible for her injury and is wracked with guilt by it, driving him to orchestrate a series of scenarios to give her some semblance of a normal existence. Every time she learns of this her reaction is always different, but the man continues to do this for her in spite of her various reactions.

Four By Four.

four english majors decide to write four stories in the same "world"/ novel as their final project. they annoy the hell out of each other by analyzing and looking for symbolism, but end up with four solid stories that fit together very well, borrowing each other's settings and characters and by the last day of the semester are really good friends and at least two of them are dating and the proff. hates the book but they don't care, it was fun.
