Well, good thing I jumped ship on legal simulcasting back in Winter.
... does that imply you hate the idea?
Nah, Funimation is not available in my country.
-sees who voices Law=
Soooo how expensive IS it to travel from California to Texas on a regular basis???
... oh and look. David Vincent is now in a Funimation show.

It's actually David's second in-house Funi dub. First one for DC though, easily the biggest surprise of the lot since he normally does video games.
I LOVE DC Douglas! The guy is great in every he does,I can't believe they got him for One Piece. Then again,I couldn't believe they got Christopher Corey Smith either...
He's done a few animes before, but not many.
And, as someone who has never played a major video game ever, he's totally new to me.

Law doesn't really have that much screentime at this point in the story. It'll take another couple years before FU Nimation hits the arcs where he's a regular.
My Megaman and MegaTen liveblogsWell we got more news now:
Funi just licenced both live action Attack on Titan films and they're premiering the first film on July 14 at the Los Angeles' Egyptian Theater.
I'd say you lucky ducks, but Madman Entertainment licenced the films here in Aus too.
And lastly, we got simulcasts.
Their continuing line up being One Piece, Fairy Tail, Ninja Slayer, Ultimate Otaku Teacher and The Heroic Legend of Arslan.
And their new lineup:
- Snow White with the Red Hair
- Rampo Kitan
- Gangsta.
- Seiyu’s Life
- Bikini Warriors
- Prison School
- Hetalia: The World Twinkle
- Aquarion Logos
- Sky Wizards Academy (Kusen Madoshi)
- Junjou Romantica 3
- Over Lord
- Castle Town Dandelion
- SHIMONETA: A Boring World Where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn’t Exist
There's still another 2 left to be announced though.

I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can.-_- .... there's another Aquarion anime?
Yes there is, it's a Milestone Celebration for the original series' 10th anniversary.
Boy they sure love their Aquarion over there.
And still no sight of expanding to Latin America. sigh
Although by this point I've accepted that nobody cares about Latin America.

The live action AoT movie regional rights include Central and South America, so maybe that's changing a bit.
Bikini Warriors sounds like a good source of entertainment when not watching Fairy Tail.
Chaos Dragon is the penultimate announcement. Given that it is a tabletop replication, my mind immediately drifts to Critical Role (Matt and Taliesin being cast in OP has not helped).
That means that Dragon Ball Super is likely to be the final announcement.
That I figured from the get-go. AX is coming up, of course they'd save that for the con.
Does this mean that Sentai has Ushio and Tora?
[IGNORE THIS, WRONG TOPIC]

The history of Funimation as a dubbing company just fascinates me. They went from being the hated replacements for the Dragon Ball Z dub to making the most well respected dubs next to Viz. I just wish there was a timeline of Funimation dubs (with the years being when the dubs were made rather than when the actual anime was released) so I can see their progress.
They were hated before oh yeah most likely during the early or late 90's.
Also I wonder if some of Funi's actors will retire and if they can get some new blood...

Mileena Madness
I was watching the Neptunia anime and was surprised to find they dubbed 5pb.'s song in the first episode.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."
