General Page Quote Discussion:

I was going to put the quote in and put Yahtzee's in the Quote page, but the preview kept giving me a formatting error on the attribution line.

Well it was apparently resolved.

The quote on Future Slang isn'tt really informing the trope. This one is kind of spoofing it, but still helping to explain it:

• Teen in a flying car: "What the shock is that?"
• Linkara: Ah, it's always fun when we try to predict future slang words.
• 90s Kid, from the year 2099: This comic is totally 'rodolicious'!

I am not a fan of the quote on Interplay of Sex and Violence. It relies on the context in the quotee line. What about this quote from the quotes page?

I altered the quote on Remember the New Guy? to the version we agreed on and removed the pothole.

I'm not a fan of the AT4W quote either. Something about it just doesn't work for me, but I can't put my finger on it.

What if I just did the first two lines? The 90s Kid quote may be redundant.

That may work, but I'm still unsure.

Maybe cut out the first line instead? I know what you mean that its current form is too much. I'm just trying to see if it can work.

Since there's already a page image to illustrate it, I don't think a quote like the one you suggested is necessary since it's a bit redundant. I like this one from the quote page.

Do those types of pages even need quotes?

Most of the other pages have at least one quote.

Catch and Return's page quote references a scene that does qualify for the trope, but without the context (which would be kind of ugly to provide for a page quote, as it's easily much longer than the Bond One-Liner that's the current quote) the line is completely useless as an illustration of the trope.

Off the top of my head, I don't have any suggestions, however, as I'm kind of distracted by fixing 500-odd Bioshock wicks.

I don't understand the second one.

Can't say either of the current ones thrill me, but if pressed I'd say keep the Airplane! quote. Never mind that I'm not keen on Wheaton in general, IMO the second quote doesn't really illustrate the trope.

Not a fan of either quote. Since it's a work title trope, I think the page works fine without any quote.

Two quotes on No Intelligent Life Here. The second one sounds lame.
