I was actually thinking of a crowner for renaming, since the trope apparently is already only about one thing, if I'm not mistaken. Which would mean we can just make a ykttw for that kind of outfit already.

It turned out that Sexy Backless Outfit was by far the most common use for Sexy Back (there's almost as much flat misuse as there are actual examples of Toplessness from the Back), so I went ahead and launched it because I didn't really feel like going over 350 wicks twice.
