This seems very interesting.
Could I have a character that can read minds? He'd start off having to touch people to hear their thoughts, and even then it'd only be 'surface' thoughts. * Soon he'd be able to read minds sans touch, and over time the distance he can read thoughts from, as well as the deepness of the thoughts would increase.

- A Foreign exchange student from italy. Tai. His father's the head of a weapons manufacturer. Usually a mage in my other stories, wielding light magic, dark magic, and healing.

I might join but I'd like more info on what will happen next. Like, is it a freedom RP? I'm a bit confused as to what the point will be.
Oh and my power will be Lactokinesis. That means I can control milk and any product which contains milk. At first I can just pour milk from one container to another (a thin stream) but when I get stronger I'll be able to kill people by making them regurgitate what they've eaten.

That does sound pretty creepy. Oddly enough, not the first time I've heard it used but in terms of 'hidden threat', it is massive.

It will be free form but there will be a threat other than other people with powers something a bit more realistic than most "you suddenly have powers" stories, something that's hard to fight against that doesn't necessarily have a leader or even it's own mind.
Also impersonating is different from shape shifting, having one does not give you the other.
I'll set the character sheet up tonight, once we have six or seven character sheets confirmed we should be set.

^^^ I was making sure. >.< I was going for a mirror-match sort of deal, but it's fine. I'll just take shape-shifting. Impersonation was just a take on how to justify it, but, considering Nerd King hasn't shown up in a while, I'll see if I can't sneak in a bio for a shapeshifter before he can. If not...
... maybe the ability to copy the skills of other people? (So, Mega Manning?) Played less like Megaman and Kirby, and more like that one marvel hero who can perfectly copy any physical movement he's seen? Would start with being able to put in codes and passwords after just seeing them typed, and move up to being able to practice martial arts from movies and games, and then... other stuff, I'm not sure. Of course, this is just if I can't shape-shift...

Shape shifting is fine but remember shapeshifting is also very exact if you chose people it's only people, object it';s only objects of that type, Ectra. and Mega Manning would only be copying one person at a time, even at full power.

Clubs: Kyouto Insider (School Newspaper)* Editor in Chief. Track Team... mascot/water person/manager.
Power: Creation of fire, starting with a small spark, growing into a huge inferno.
2012 Belief: Solar Flares destroy the Earth.
Appearance: Light skinned, with brown hair and green eyes. Wears a Nice Hat (specifically, a tied-up grey ushanka), and standard, thin-framed black glasses.
Personality: High-energy almost all the time, but prone to crashes if she runs out of things to do. Tends to see the good side of things, and tries to live in a more-or-less goodhearted fashion. Still, she gets carried away easily, and has been known to spice up the truth on occasion. She is, however, slightly paranoid of people, and only has one or two people she considers close enough to be friends.
Talents: "Secret Sources" lead to knowledge (and creation) of gossip. A good sprinter, but anything longer tires her out.
Flaws: Burn Fast, Burn Hot * Muckraker *
Backstory: An average girl from an average family, Saki is the eldest (and, currently, only) child of a journalist and a schoolteacher. Taking her Dad's well-meaning advice, and twisting it as she sees fit, she continually strives to improve her "information gathering skills", and aspires to head her own newspaper. Fitting in to the middle social castes, she generally stayed out of trouble and stayed home, giving her plenty of time to sharpen her writing skills.

- Clubs: Tennis, martial arts and swimming clubs.
- Power/Change: Power - Mind reading, becoming more potent over time.
- 2012 Belief: 2012 will be the year of finding freedom. That or death by Yellowstone erupting.
- Appearance: Short, scruffy black hair and brown eyes. He's tall (about 6'1"), wiry, and is handsome in a rather generic way.
- Personality: He's quite the slacker, preferring to chat, play sports or watch TV rather than work. Despite this he does usually pay attention in class and is smarter than he lets on. He can come off as shy or rude since he doesn't talk much, but it's mainly because he thinks a lot before he speaks, which can lead to some odd comments since his thought process doesn't always stay on track. He's rather lighthearted, though he can be serious when needed, and most of his friendships are vitriolic.
- Talents: Talented in a wide array of sports, and because of it he's fast with high stamina. He also watches a lot of TV which has left him quite Genre Savvy.
- Flaws: Tends to tease others a lot and not know when to stop. Skips school a little too often and is generally a bit too rude towards adults. He's also rather distrustful of women.
- Backstory: He was raised by a verbally abusive single mother, who pressured him into focusing on sports rather than studies ever since he was young. He joined multiple sports clubs before the stress of juggling them all got too much and he argued with his mother until she agreed that he could cut down on the amount. Because of her he plans to move out and get a job as soon as he finishes high school.
- Other: He's very uninterested in romance, and is a tad too obsessed with explosions.

- Power/change: Speed and reflexes (At first simply reacting and moving faster, develops into becoming a blur and maybe even dodging bullets and making time stand still for himself.)
- 2012 Belief: Life goes on, nothing really happens.
- Appearance: Brown skinned, with black hair and deep brown eyes. Always has a digital watch and an unsharpened pencil that he twirls on his fingers. He is 5'9" with a slightly athletic build.
- Personality: A little cynical, Ian keeps quiet and usually keeps his sentences brief and snarky unless he's being sincere or is taking his time to explain something. His eyes always seem to be analyzing everything. He has his head a bit into the clouds, using his imagination to inspire his writing and create scenarios he could prepare for. He is usually introverted and spends time alone, but will often seek out his friends when he feels too lonely. A bit romantic, he searches for that one girl, but has convinced himself to be unworthy of romance.
- Talents: Analytical, intelligent, creative, imaginative, cross-country runner who can maintain a good pace for over an hour
- Flaws: Self-loathing, hesitant and doubting, and self-sacrificing for those he loves. Holds grudges, is judgmental, and resentful of others when he feels they have wronged him.
- Backstory: A Filipino who moved with his family and his younger brothers to the USA, then to Japan, he has attended Kyouto High since freshman year. He joined the 2012 club out of a slight interest of their intentions.

Flaws:Over confident, Pervy, lazy.
Backstory: Izyna has or well had a fairly normal life really the only Intreasting part was that his Grandfarther's is a german refugee from the Nazi's.

I think I might just go plan and generic with fire powers to a troubled girl, (and electromagnetism for her rival maybe, going all the way up to Magneto levels of power at the end of it).
Granted, I don't think she'd be in a club, though I could imagine her being at the school at night and someone bringing her in as how to get her inside the room (and the powers keep her a part of the club). That, or she was forced to join a club in a deal not to get suspended or something.
By the way, can people who aren't in that room at that specific time still get some sort of abnormal abilities eventually? It'd suck for the one guy who walked out to go to the bathroom at 9:59 pm.
