Aku would despise the Lich, but not because of how evil the Lich is. It would be due to the Lich being his rival for the crown of leader of the CN villains.

I offer this challenge for a VS.: Pick the best female character from a show you don't like.
Then, find the worst female character in a show you actually do like.
Finally, Have Them fight each other.
More importantly - Make it a fair & balanced fight.

I take your challenge and my fighters are Meg Griffin and Ruth McDougal. Meg has all the bad luck and thinks there's no way she can win. But Ruth has hardly any skill, so the fight hinges upon Meg's luck being enough to combat Ruth's skill. Meg's luck prevents her from winning quickly, but ultimately even with a couple of lucky blows, Ruth's skill is not enough to win. Meg is incredibly surprised by this development, but Ruth does not care.

I'll respond to this one (if you want...This is just MY OWN take on this.): Peppermint Patty (Peanuts) is quite athletic, while Lisa Simpson (The Simpsons) is quite smart - typical "brawn vs. brains" matchup... It'll be a close one, but the harsh reality is that Lisa cannot fight as well as Patty can, unfortunately. I can Lisa outsmarting her royally in anything that isn't a legit fight, however.
I've also got my own choice for the challenge I've created: Bessie Higgenbottom [Mighty B! Form] Vs. Princess Morbucks [w/ her power suit]

Deadpool - I've barely heard or seen the guy, but what I have seen and heard of him: the style and substance (as well as hyper healing!) make him quite the winner in my book.

Here's my challenge: take the villain from your favorite cartoon and place them in the setting of another cartoon. See if they succeed in taking over/destroying the world they're placed in or not. They are free to pick a fight with the local Big Bad. Describing their interactions with the resident characters would be fun too.
Here's an example: [[Franchise/Transformers The Decepticons]] in the Franchise/Ben10 universe.
Eh, the Decepticons (with rare exceptions) are such one-note villains I cannot see them taking over the Ben 10 Universe; even the villains there seemed more capable.
