Marvel vs Capcom Four Wishes?

Haven't read anything on the Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3's thread, but I can imagine there is a lot of negativity on it. I think it would have been better off if they just went the whole way and made a new game, rather than announce an expansion five months later but a wishlist thread can't turn negative can it? I see two fireball heads as problematic. For one, Dormammu already ripped some moves off of Ghost Rider, most notably actually shooting fire from his head. Hawkeye doesn't need to be around with two archers already there, but he could come back since Task Master was dropped.(There are more interesting characters though) Dropping Storm, as two weather people may have contributed to Thor's underwhelming show. Also would scrap the X-factor.

I thought this thread was the announcement of a new game.

One titled "Marvel Vs Capcom: Four Wishes"

Sounds like some kind of new comic series or an OVA to be honest.

i would like a comic book styled OVA. It would be cool.

Followed by Tatsunoko vs. Marvel Vs. Capcom, Since Marvel and Tatsunoko are making a crossover anime series of their properties.

I'd prefer an actual story in-game...although I did think the same thing as Enlong at first.

I just want a Megaman and a Ryu from Bo F added.

THIS IS ALL THAT I WANT. Preferably X and Ryu 3.

I'd love to see Howard The Duck, with Donald inspired alternate costume (since they're owned by Disney now).

Except apparently Disney has said that they're keeping Marvel completely separate from their other properties. :/

Signed, Batman is from DC and Ultimo isn't even from either of the two companies (He's from Shonen Jump if I believe). Not to mention Hiryu is already in UMvC3

And as for your "no-brainers", only Strider would apply. I would argue that they're only no-brainers to you.

Ah...Bat Man is DC? Eh, he's still a western comic book character, so it's easy to mix him up as DC or M Arvel.

As for Ultimo, wasn't he, along with Hero Man, created by Stan Lee?

Yes, he was, but he's owned by Shonen Jump and not all of Stan Lee's creations are Marvel characters.

What Beorc said. My brain still hurt from reading that. Though I believe Signed meant it's easy to confuse Batman for a Marvel character, which I do not believe at all. And the same can be said for various Japanese characters as well, so it works both ways.

Never said I never mix up where certain manga characters belong in either. For example....I thought Fairy Tales was written by the same guy who did One Piece.(it isn't)

As for Bat Man...eh, he could just as easily have been a Marvel character as he is a DC. No difference. Same goes for Captain Marvel...who coulda guessed he's a DC character who's power is electrocuting himself to change physical age...

The current roster is fine. Buff Sir Arthur and they can do whatever the hell they want.

Galacta would be a nice continuity nod to Marvel vs Capcom 3, even though the sequels always reboot the continuity. I'll leave out shiny head, since I used a Hulk that wouldn't be as funny.

That's my point. The sequels never carry over the events of the last game.

Ms. Marvel, Galacta, Gambit, Spider-Woman, Sieg Warheit, Tessa, Gene, and some permutation of Mega Man (preferrably Classic or X), for starters. The last two are absolutely in-f***ing-excusable. I've had enough of your bullshit, Capcom.

I shed tears of joy at all the requests for Mega Man Zero characters.

One or two of them and maybe Bass or Blues would be great additions to any fighting game.

Galacta would be great too...
