Got the number of creator pages to be moved down to 102.

Not quite sure if I'm going about this in the right way but I think I have the idea:

I just assisted in a move for VideoGame.Mother 1 to its newly announced official English title of VideoGame.Earth Bound Beginnings. There are, at this time, 346 wicks. Not insurmountable (I recently did Love Chunibyo And Other Delusions on my own and it had about 280), but there's an added wrinkle that I think bears mentioning, and may be an issue at a later point, too:

Along with VideoGame.Mother 1, there's also VideoGame.Mother, which acts as a series-wide page. It has 328 wicks and while, on a quick glance at a few, there are wicks that intentionally link to the series page vs a specific game, there's also some that link to it intending to go to "Mother 1."

Also, a separate question: I've made it a little pet project to move anime and manga pages from their Japanese titles to their English ones from time to time. When I do that, should I make mention of doing the wicks here, even if there's few enough I can manage them solo? Hadn't thought about it before but reading up the thread a bit I get the idea it's for the sake of having a record that it's being done at all.

I've had a go at Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, but I haven't had much time recently. Moved Inferno MOO to video game and put the original page on the cutlist, but it still needs crosswicking. For locked pages, you copy the page source, then after changing the wicks, either cutlist or contact a mod to turn it into a temporary redirect. You may also need to contact a mod to turn it into a temporary redirect. The When They Cry Series also needs migrating, see Administrivia.Wick Namespace Migration for more details.

Moved History Of Naval Warfare to Useful Notes: History of Naval Warfare and migrated all associated wicks.

Moved Jungle wa Itsumo Hale nochi Guu to its English title of Haré+Guu. Got the indexes moved and will work on the wicks as time permits.

There might be some hidden redirects to that page. I'll look down the redirect list that can be got to from Itty Bitty Wiki Tools (The Main/ namespace is the most problematic) when I get time.)

I think you may be right about that. When I first made a redirect I got something odd in the code where it said [[redirect:Anime/JungleWaItsumoHaleNochiGuu‎]]. Wasn't quite sure what to make of that. For now I just have as redirect sthe Japanese title and "Hare And Guu" since the way the title looks suggests it (even though in-series they say it as "Hare Guu")

You made a redirect with special characters, methinks.

I've checked, and I think I got rid of them all on my last sweep through the page.

The redirect was already there, actually, but I think that's a moot point by now.

Also just moved Manga.Gakkou Gurashi to Manga.School Live. Shouldn't need any additional work though, not a large number of wicks and I moved them all over already.

EDIT (in lieu of double post): Also finished moving Manga.Centaur No Nayami to Manga.A Centaurs Life. Wicks & subpages moved, though I accidentally put a couple of the English-name subpages on the Cut List, I put in discussion notes pointing that out so that should sort itself out. Also migrated Manga.Akagami No Shirayukihime to Manga.Snow White With The Red Hair and moved the wicks over.

I am starting to think about adding a section to Wick Namespace Migration concerning other wicks needed to be migrated than strictly by namespace, or maybe creating a separate page about it.

For example, for renamed tropes, anime & manga who add been moved to their English titles, works who had a wrong namespace or title, or were disambiguated by years, etc. Most case where the wicks might need correction, in fact.

Also, that wicks about an alternate medium+namespace should not be moved.

Just finished migrating LightNovel.Oda Nobuna No Yabou and its subpages to LightNovel.The Ambition Of Oda Nobuna. There aren't many wicks so I should be able to take care of them solo.

Per a discussion in Ask The Tropers about migrating titles that start with "The" appropriately, I've migrated Podcast.Thrilling Adventure Hour to Podcast.The Thrilling Adventure Hour. I should be able to handle the wicks so mostly just notifiying.

Just popping in to report the migration of Manga.Boku Dake Ga Inai Machi to its current official English title of Manga.Erased

I split Aikatsu! from Its game counterpart. Make sure the wicks point in the right direction.

Should Megumi Hayashibara be migrated to the Creator/ namespace? It seems like an ordinary creator page for a voice actress, with the Music/ namespace only being used because, like many, many other actors and actresses, she happens to also have a singing career.

Since nobody bothered replying, I made the judgment call myself and moved Megumi Hayashibara to the Creator/ namespace. There are a lot of wicks.
