And now I need a name for a character. He's an Artificial Human who was created to be humanity's Tyke-Bomb, with the power to destroy absolutely anything by materializing a target's point of annihilation and crushing it with his right hand. Sound familar? He gets rescued and rehabilitated, though. And he created the above mentioned nuke spells.
Does More Power Means Better Performance sound like a good, descriptive redirect to Tim Taylor Technology? Or is More Power Is Better more appropiate?

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I need a name for the protector of the boundaries of reality, who ascended as an Aeon, but was originally human. I need a human name for her, because she still feels she's a human, with human emotions.
Could you clarify what an Aeon is?
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerAeons were a race that preceded the gods, but they were deconstructed and recycled into magical potential that were imbued into the very first of humans. The rest of them were turned into the stars in the sky. Should a human be born when the stars are aligned, they have a chance to ascend as an Aeon, chosen by the benevolent gods, or by their predecessor Aeon, who had a function within reality. So basically a human ascending into something of godhood, but more so.
This is the verse's definition of Aeon.

Does the ascension happen at birth or later? And would the parents know the stars had aligned?
My reaction is you don't want a Meaningful Name in this case. Just decide on a nice name that her parents would've chosen. Make it a point that she refuses to give up her mortal name, not for something more "appropriate". Whether that be a blatant title like The Marchioness, a "name" like Liminalia, or a mortal-but-meaningful name like Shamira.
You must agree, my plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity! My TumblrYeah, the more ordinary, the better.
A question of my own.
What would be a awe and fear inspiring name for five swordsmen who are considered the greatest in the world? For additional info, four of them are knights, with one of them being a duke.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Should I point to Arthurian Legend for the names?
No, not them. They are a bit too overused as knights name, methinks. XD
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. In that case I'd also avoid X-A-Lot snowclones, not only are based on lancelot, the Verb-Alot format is too parodic for what you're looking for.
Yeah, you are right.
I'm considering The Kingswords, but that sounds awfully like The Kingsman or The Kingsguards. XD
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. If you mean the group, then The Hand of X or the X Hand seems appropriate. Four knights are the fingers and the duke the thumb. A decent chance the group would be named after the duke (whether his name or his lands) really. Or maybe Fist or Gauntlet instead.
Okay you replied while I was writing. You could look at various chivalric orders pick one you like and steal the names I guess. Or look at the other wiki's list of fictional knights for inspiration.
Is this just the Standard Fantasy Setting or Low Fantasy we're dealing with? The knights will probably collect epithets pretty quickly (The Butcher, The Red Knight, Giantslayer, etc). Their real names don't have to be Steven Ulysses Perhero like.
You must agree, my plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity! My TumblrOoh, chivarlic order! That's great, thanks for that. :D
As for the setting...I'm not sure.
There is literally only four kinds of magic, no non human beings whatsoever, and battles are pretty much devoid of magic and just raw medieval European warfare. I guess thst makes it closer to a low fantasy?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.& We actually have a trope for that, BTW.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I hear the Hand suggestion and I just think immediately of Allegiance.
Quiller: You could have just picked a unit number at random. It's not like he could have checked before we got offplanet.
La Rone: Fine. Next time you can be the officer and group spokesman.
Quiller: Great. Does that mean you're promoting me from finger to thumb?
Grave: No fair. I want to be the thumb.
All people, I need a name for a term for a human who gained immortality and ascended to heaven. Basically, I need a name for a Society of Immortals. Also I need a name for their artificial heaven from which they reside.
How about The Ascendents?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I like that. Especially since it's a counterpart for the much more commonly used "Descendant".
What's the impression that you get from "Cosmophasic Millenarianism" as the name of a religion? It's supposed to be a Shout-Out to "Galactophasic Determinism" in Dune, though it doesn't go deeper than name similarity.
"Ascendants", you mean.
EDIT: Correcting a typo.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Makes me think Church of Happyology like thoughts. Possibly with some elements similar to the Five Suns creation cycles of the Aztecs.
You must agree, my plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity! My TumblrWell, you can definitely rest assured that it's nowhere near being a Church of Happyology; that's what my made-up Church of Cognitology is for. (Unless we're talking about the extremely rare justifiably positive portrayals, like Raology from the Superman Elseworlds story Last Family of Krypton, that is.)
What if I told you that the name is supposed to convey that the religion revolves around working towards an eternal eutopia that encompasses the entirety of the universe (i.e. cosmos), and was founded by an ancient eutopia that only encompassed the Solar System at its height before outside forces destroyed it?
For the curious, it's my attempt at creating a fictional religion for Sailor Moon's Silver Millennium.
On another note, I have this made-up breakaway all-female Christian sect — the original founding group of adherents were largely former Roman Catholics, but included members of practically every other major denomination as well as from too many minor ones to count — that was founded by a former Roman Catholic nun (who adopted the name "Marian Evangelina Madgalene") and her female cohort in the 20th century after witnessing a religious vision in which she became convinced that the figures of the Virgin Mary and Mary Magdalene the prostitute were one and the same (among other things), having been split up and other changes to the Christian creed by ancient Christian Church leaders to suit their puritanical views, and which takes the concept of Naughty Nuns to its Hotter and Sexier Logical Extreme (i.e. Fanservice aplenty, running organizations of prostitutes and schools for how to be a "good" prostitute (hell, more often than not their own nuns double as their own kind of prostitutes!), offering Professional Sex Ed programs... the works). Of course there is more to this sect than that, and it's actually not a bad place to be in, but its many detractors from the Roman Catholic Church and other denominations would of course latch on to the sexual aspects as easy fuel decry it as "a den of depravity" that masquerades under the facade of Marian worship in a way that blasphemes against said Holy Virgin and her son Jesus.
I'm taking as many suggestions as possible for this sect's official name. My current name for it is "Sisterhood of Saint Marian Evangelina Madgalene", shortened to "Sisterhood of Saint Marian" and "Marian Sisterhood".
