The Doctor Who episode "Castrovalva" is the Trope Namer for what I'll call myself here. I have been previously seen on the internet as The Starlet Priest, way back when I ran one of the most popular Alyson Hannigan sites. I discovered TV Tropes quite by accident while doing some Doctor Who research and am now doomed. TV Tropes: the ultimate geek encyclopedia! I love it!
Don't expect to find me authoring too many brand-new pages; it looks like the good stuff has already been created. I expect to spend most of my trope time tweaking pre-existing pages (spelling, grammar, factual errors) = think of me as an Editorial Gnat (small and annoying).
