She was traumaitised but than becameovesse with lord garnadon. After he destroyed the serpent. When garmadom later sacrificed hinself to defeat lord Chen. Harumi 5ook it as a great offense that her hero was gojr and blamed his son lloyd for it. She created the cult the sons of garmadon and ressurect him albeit without the weakness of his enphaty for his son which led to his death. She later steps up as main villain of season 8 and nearly desttigs the city as she succeeds in ressurectkng him. Along the way she has her adoptivr parents killed to take control of the city but before it all comes down. She has a moment of clarity when she sees a child with their parents in danger and sscficrces herself to save them. At least till she came bscj in the latest season and helped them beat the overlord. Like the writers said they wanted to create a bad guy who was someone you would have no clue of their identity till the end. Hence why they advertised harumi as a love interest of Lloyd rather than. The leader of the sons of garmadon. It worked tbh. A lot of fans agree she's one of the best vilaisn in the show

Who is Archangel Charisemnon ?
The Archangel in charge o0u8u9u9u9u9u9u9uf North Africa and the lord and master of disease and the most evil of the cadre of ten. Charisemnon runs North Africa as a place of pure terror. Forcing his people to pay him in tithes or he kills them and leaving them in abdject poverty. Charisemnon though has a nastier taste though. He's a pedophile who likes young girls. He has the people worship him by offering their daughters to him and then in turn traisn them to continue the cycle when they become "too old" for their daughters later. Anyway Charisemnon is Arch-Enemy to Archangel Titus , head of South Africa9u 97 as Titus has depises what an unhornoubake monster Charisemnon is having started a bloody cold war with him over centuries. 9 Anyway throwing in his lot with the insane Archangel of Lijuan who states they could be the top dogs of the world and have mortals worship them. Charisemnon uses his power of disease and combines it with her power of death to creat the Reborn: zombie monsters in a horrfying state. Charisemnin helping to improve their effiency in his personal labs.
Anyway during the Cascade: when angels gain immense powers. Charisemnon uses his powers to cuase the falling: every angel in New York loses their wings and falls. Most are seriously injured and even a few die. This is a prelude: New York is now free of its protectors and with it Lijuan can swoop in and wipe the city clean. Charisemnon unleahses reborn against Titus and Raphael to distract them. He infects his own vampire solidrs, brainwashing them into thinking their deaths are for his "glory". Anyway Lijuan is beaten and Charisemnon eventually slithers back to his hole and seemingly makes peace with the Cadre...
Or not. In reality he contuies to experiment with the Reborn, wiping out entire villages to test his creations. For his grandest scheme: he has all of his most loyal courtiers and followers come to him....and he then begins to experiment and kill them in ghastly ways to create a new strain of the reborn which affects angels intending to use them for an apocpylse agsint the heroes. Anyway playing as the uneasy ally, he backstabs them by using their trade routes to smuggle in reborn leading to millions dying worldwide. Anyway Titus is able to fight and kill Charisemnon offscreen which weakens the horde enough to allow Elena and Raphael to kill Lijuan onpage. Leaving Titus to wipe out the rest of the reborn. Titus investiagtes and disovers that Charisemnon had an angel imprganted and then transformed into a monster in hopes of her child being used for his experiments. Anyway Titus saves the child but has to kill the mother. The child being a way to one day cure the reborn.
That said with Lijuan and Charisemnon's deaths though one of their experimented sapient reborn survives and plots with evil intelligence that hes planning something. Setting up the next Big Bad.
Heinous standard?
The king of the series heinous standard as one of its two big bads for over 13 novels. A pedophile rapist on a grandscale, The Caligula made flesh, a sadistic Plaguemaster who kills even close friends and leaves millions dead.
Now Lijuan has a higher bodycount in total as she uses the reborn to wipe out villages in China and nukes Bejing but shes more powerful then him and doesnt count due to an affection for her second in command Xi. He though is responible though for her monsters as well and the other stuff is totally unique to him. And bodycount wise hes a close second. So pass.
Now Ive determined 2 other keeps from the lower tiers but Lighty will handle them. Both punch way above their tier and power level.

He likes to present as a man who cares about his people to the public of North Africa but Titus and the others say it best. He gives no damn about anyone but himself and his appetite.
His partnership with Lijuan is purely self-serving. He feels shes probably going to win the war so why not back the winnig side and have the world bow down to them.
He does have a granddaughter and daughter but even she admitts he doesnt care about them at all. If they even thought of getting out of line. He'd torture them into submission.
Charisemnon cares only for Charisemnon. Who is Sahan? Once a pyschologist who was angry at the idea his patients didnt do what he told them to do and with control freak issues, Sahan found himself turned into a vampire and gained hypnosis abilties. He was recruited by God's main general as part of a plan to create a new Angel of Death in charge of vampire recruitment. Realsing he could gain power now having felt he never had it, he happily became their top candidate and quickly achieved angel of death status.
Sahan runs a nasty scheme to recruit vampires: he takes over Korean schools in this city and then ensures that the most abused, maladjusted and fragile teenagers are sent their. He then preys on their mental weaknesses psyhologically before turning them into a brainwashed vampire army to be used as fodder. His latest victim is an abused girl named Yunseo who hes been brainwashing into being his personal tyke bomb enforceror. Anyway Hayan connects with Yuneso...only for Sahan to find them and force her to try and kill Hayan. Hayan gets away and Sahan has Yuneso punished by Mind Rape 'ing her using visions of her abusive father.
Anyway Hayan returns to the school to discover hes transformed every kid in the building into a brainwashed vampire and is using them as a Canon Fodder. If she wants to get through to him she'll have to kill them. Anyway she refuses and instead uses speed to knock them out instead. He uses his powers to torment her with visions of her dead father to try and force her to kill herself but Hayan overcomes him. He changes tactics and brainwahses hundreds of innocent people and says hes used a hypnosis that if Hayan kills him, they kill themselves as well. She says for him to go ahead...and he semingly does. At least till he finds out it didnt work, she used hypnosis powrs of her own to break his control and make him think it did. With his control broken, hes then killed. The kids are transferred to a government facuilty where theyll be taken care off but uh since vampires in this work only live five years unless their angels of death. Its uh more to ease their pain sadly.
Heinous standard?
Pass. He is the worst villain in the work as off the latest update. He turns schools full of kids and teenagers into his canon fodder, enjoys mind raping people for fun and tries a taking you with me on hundreds. He preys on the most vulnerable people imaginable and turns them into foot soldiers and brainwashed puppets.
Mitigating factors?
Nah. Sahan used to be an insecure dude who hated that his patients wouldnt do what he wanted them to do. Thing is and thats emphasied hes a narcassitic sadist who gets off on enjoying tormenting and breaking people. Nothing is used by his backstory to excuse what hes done now and the dude is a Control Freak who specialises in hurting vulnerable people. Yuneso calls him a Complete Monster (no really. she uses the actual term. Huh?)
He claims he gaves these abused kids a purpose as vampires since the system failed them. But thats a blatant lie and said in a mocking tone to Hayan....
Who is Howard Tully?
A posh, Englishman and the CEO of the cosmetic company Burkett and Randle, Howard Tully (played by Tom Wilkinson) is in a lifelong fued with his rival CEO Dick. Anyway Howard plans to ruin dick and concots a genuis scheme to use the two thieves to do it. Howard has each of his spie network checked and followed to see if their secretly one of Dick's come to spy on him. Eventually when Claire reveals in a conversation his men record, that she and Ray plan to take his "next big thing" and sell it both for themselves and to Dick. He sets the trap hes waited on for: he fakes a papertrial indicating that Burkett has been secretly making some discovery as well as a special speech whose copy Claire finds which hints at a major breakthrough that gets both them and Dick interested.
Anyway he delivers a super charmatistic speech against duplicity feinging that their copmany is an innovater instead to Claire and the rest of the spies to get them interested. He lets Claire get further into the company's good graces to the point he "becomes impressed" that hes going to reveal what the secret is: a cure for baldness which would make the cosmetics company super rich (its not real. But he knows Dick will defintely want it).
Anyway Dick and his team using Claire accquire the formula with Claire and Ray keeping their own to make a profit on the side. Dick proudly announces this reveal to his shareholders....only for it turn out the formula is lotion. Anyway in Swizterland, Tully sends Claire and Ray a bottle of Champaigne for "helping him" and says theirs no hard feelings while Dick's company is in ruins and Howard sits pretty.
Magnificent ?
He's posh, elegant, and well spoken. Gets on great with his team even congrdualting them for the good work to se this up. He plays Claire and Ray like fools to the point their not even aware of it, stringing them along on a wild goose chase just to ruin Dick who uh well is a dick so no tears are shed. Man gets what he wants.
Bastard ?
For like a low key romantic comedy I think so. He ruins Dick's reputation and spies on his new recruits specifcally so he can find someone to use to take down Dick. But he's also so elegant and corteuous. Even sending Champaigne to Ray and Claire. Like imo the corporate espinoge is enough for such a low key work.

Who is Rodger Barton and Connor Russell ?
Two ex-cons and the heads of the Aryan Divison. These two are members of the altright planning attacks around the US. Barton is in prison for the murder of his wife and a US Marshall and takes Connor under his wing , helping him with speeches to act as the head of an alt right ring. The two are planning bombings across five major cities with their goons.
Anyway upon being released, Connor has a van stolen and kills the non-white driver in a rage filled stabbing before using his van as a way to transport and detonate his bomb. Him and Barton are in contact and reveal they intend to bomb five major us cities in hopes of cleansing it off "filth". Connor also kills a cop when he thinks hes onto him. Anyway after Barton gives them a spiel and feigns innocence they trace the language within Connor's videos to Barton's old newspaper which gave out simlair language (the language was way too complex for a guy whose never even grauduated high school)
Anyway they find out Barton is the guy who mentored him. Barton goes on a racist rant about how hes going taking back power to the white man and other stuff like that and gets his ass kicked. They take his phone and find out what Russell is planning to bomb: the Waille Community center which is having an event where hundreds of kids of all races will be their. This is where their planning the first bombing. Anyway they race and find Russell has switched vans (he beat up and bruised the driver but didnt kill him since he was white). Anyway tehy find and fight Russell who has the detonater and kill him. The day saved.
Heinous standard?
Easy pass. Trying to bomb a youth center with hundreds of kids is impressive. Their also planning five attacks in total with their gang. Like their are terrorists with more like Daniel Budd but they have huge rings or in cases like the chinese agents or Nashid have superpowerful weapons. These are just some alrighters on the internet organising.

Nah Barton doesnt have anything but being a racist prick.
Russell is more interesting. Barton back when he was acting as a "repantant man" states that Russell's father was scizhophrenic and killed himself at 13 and Russell may have the same thing. Thing is not only is this suspect considering they have no proof of that and everything he said then was a lie so taking it at face value is suspect. Even ignoring that the dude showcases no evidence of that and just acts as a cold sociopath with zero symphtaty given to him. Russell did spare the white driver but considering hes plannig to bomb a center with lots of white children he can see and plans to do it with a smile. I really dont think standards are their. Even ignoring that. Nothing is more is made of it and he could easily have just wanted to get to the youth center faster. In short, he is a cold racist prick and treated as a monster in universe.

This gal appears in the Season 8 Episode 16 "Two and a half deaths" which is an interesting episode. Basically intended to be a weird crossover with two and a half men where writers swapped shows and wrote the corresponding episode. Chucke Lorre wrote this one and its one of the goffiest episodes of the series like ever with tons of jokes, quips, and just odd, funny stuff. It's not quite as uh complex a keeper as previous 2 csi ones but I think its worth a shot.
Who is Megan Kupowski?
A hammy, theatrical, actress played by Rachel Harris, Megan is the long suffering co-star of the show Annabelle. Having to take abuse from Annabelle (in what is totally not lorre doing a dig against Rosenne Barr who was famous for being kind of an abrasive) who is a jerk who will frequently yell, hit, and throw tantrms to everyone , just being kinda of a dick even sexually extorting people.... Anyway she and her boyfriend / the shows writer decide to off her and get rid of this dick in a pretty clever scheme. Megan has an "italtian uncle Guiseppe" teach her how to hotwire a car's microchip in order to crash Annabelle's during a stunt and get rid of her. That said they need to ensure she does die...so Megan notices that Annabelle has minty fresh breath with the smell of alcohol. You see Annabelle isn't allowed to drink so has been swigging it in her mouthwash. Megan orders Hemadin (a blood thinner as her dog "needs it") and has been secretly giving it to her for months. The blood thinner will make even the smallest injury fatal which will ensure that her car crash is fatal...
Anyway Annabelle ends up dying when she pulls a guys dick and his push back causes her to hit her head and die. Annabelle's boyfriend and stunt double where planning to kill her too and find her dead body. Anyway the stunt double is killed in the crash and Megan uses interviews about the double tragedy to leverage in a better career. Anyway Brass and Grissom discover she bought the Hemidan for her dog. She totally deflects and weirdly confuses them with an awesome conversation. Making it clear she wont break or confess, they've got nothing and shes about to get a 13 episode spinoff with her boyfriend as they get away totally and without any repercussions (I'll show it you below. Its amazing)
- Grissom: You knew about the alcohol in Annabelle's mouthwash, and she knew you knew about it. But what she didn't know is that you were spiking it with your dog's blood thinners.
- Megan: Bravo, gentlemen. You should register that, because around here, the walls have ears. That's going to end up in somebody's script, and guess who won't get credit. You.
- Brass: Yeah, we're not done. So when Annabelle wouldn't kick off soon enough to suit you, you tampered with the computer chip in her car, knowing that even a minor accident would cause her to bleed out and die. But the scene kept getting pushed, and in the end, it was Natasha, not Annabelle who was at the wheel.
- Megan: This is utterly fantastic. And this malevolent second banana knows how to do this because... she's a child genius— national honor society, mensa, yale summa cum laude, all that crap. I didn't say that. No, I'm coloring the character in for you. Okay, yeah, so she's a brainiac and blah, blah, blah, but that still doesn't explain how she got the specific expertise to program the car's engine control chip. I've got it. She has a degenerate uncle giuseppe who works as an automotive software engineer in rome.
- Grissom: She does?
- Brass: You do?
- Megan: And he showed her how to do it in exchange for certain unsavory favors. Oh, wait a minute. That sounds like a, uh... what do you call it? Writers' contrivance. Yeah, yeah, it's a bit of a reach, but you get one per episode. So they send Interpol to arrest the guy. How did they know how to finhid m? Could you please not get bogged down in details? Anyway, so they're escorting the guy in handcuffs onto the plane at da vinci international airport, and, and...kaboom! He's killed in a terrorist attack by basque separatists.
- grissom:....Shouldn't basque separatists be in Spain?
- Megan: Oh, it's great. It's got everything you'd want: Narrative propulsion, memorable characters, a felicitous intertwining of the random and the deliberate. Just one question. What's that? What's her motivation? Maybe she was tired of all the constant abuse and humiliation.
- Grissom: Yeah, she's not getting any younger. She knows how hollywood deals with aging actresses. Brass: Yeah, she knows time is not on her side. She figures she'll bump off the bitch and move herself up to number one.
- Megan: You're very good, but you've still got a problem. What's that? No hard evidence. No fingerprints, no hairs you can stick in a machine that spits out the kind of truth juries lap up like a saucer of warm milk.
- Brass: How do you know we're not saving the best for the last act?
- Megan: Are you? Because if you've got it, bring it on. Just as I thought. Bubkes. So you figure, "what the hell? Give it a shot." You cook up this weak gruel of spindly circumstances and wild conjecture just to see if you can rattle banana 2.0's cage, just to see what she gives up, but she's way too cool and in the end reveals nothing. She simply smiles and says, "gentlemen, if you'll excuse me, I have a 13-episode commitment from cbs to attend to." It's called Megan's family.
Magnificent ?
Oh yeah, shes funny, theatrical. the beauty of CSI villains is well their not in the episode for very long often. They are often damn memorable thanks to their great actors. the ham and cheese that Megan relishes in is delicious.
She plans a perfect murder and has been secretly poisoing her to the point that any injury would kill her. And well her exact plan to kill her with the car doesnt work...she still dies only because of the thinners. And she still uses the stunt double death to leverage a new show for her and her boyfriend. She also fools and totally non pluses Grissom and Brass in that awesome final scence. Revealing they got nothing and refusing to confess or break down like most villains do here. Way more then most villains do and helped by the episode being funny and more light hearted (Their is a reason for that. the next episode features the major death of cast member....)

Uh two asshole victims that die in comedic manner (not arguing they deserve to die or anything but both of them are dicks and jerks to the extreme). She cares about her boyfriend and the two seem happy together. Basic but their.
Whos is Major Chip Hazzard ?
A Majorly Awesome toy soldier who peppers his speeches with old school military film stuff and played by the one and onky Tommy Lee Jones. Chip is brought to life via a grouo of advanced military chips and with one purpose: destroy the "evil" gorgonite empire. Anyway our hero Allen ends up taking chip and the rest of his commando elite plus the gorgonites led by Archer into his family's toyshop. Chip awakens at night and orders his troops to secure the toyshop, attempting to destroy the gorgonite enemy. Anyway after Allen meets up with Archer who explains everything, he returns during the day to find the toyshop ransacked. Chip though was waiting for them in an ambush knowing Allen has Archer, he launches one of his soldier's onto Allen's bicycle in a sneak attack and to try and destroy Archer. It fails and he ends up damaged and off the bike. Chip tends to his fallen man with ducktape that said...they did find out where allen lives since they were following him...
New Staregy. He lays a trap after infiltrating the house and captures Archer preparing to execute him via grabage disposer. Allen wakes up and saves Archer and cuases them to tactically retreat. One of his men isnt so lucky and Allen shoves him into the garbage disposer instead. They rendaveou at the garagae where they convert the tech into portable and makeshift weapons. When the fallen solider arrives.. Chip gives him a moment of silence and mourning. Anyway Archer informs Allen taht the Commando Elite implied that the gorgonites are not dead but instead in hiding. So they rescue them from the toyshop trash. Anyway Chip discovers that Allen has a crush on his neighbourhood girl and decides to use it to his advantage. infiltraing the house, he uses a mousetrap to fling sleeping pills into the gin and tonic of her parents to sedate them. Discovering her barbie dolls, he uses his fallne solider's cip ("The mind is a terrible thing to waste") to turn them into his new soldiers and uses it to capture her by using string to tie up her feet. He then demands Allen give the gorgonites to him in return for her.
Anyway Allen responds by keeping a decoy package with the fake gorgonite reconrdings to draw them out in the front of the house while he has
'Who is Lady Satomi?
The main concubine of the emperor of fantasy japan, Satomi is in secret a monsterous psycho and Blood witch (using blood magic to control Yokai and demons). Satomi is infamous for the fact her various serving girls keep disappearing becuase she kills them in sacrifices. Anyway absuing her latest servant Suki. She kidnaps her before her true monsterous nature is revealed to Suki. She has used an entire village of hundreds of innocents and used them as a sacrifice by having them ripped to pieces by demons (we see later scences of bodies and ghosts that are horrfyingly damaged). Using this massive blood sacrifice, she was able to summon Yaburama (the 4th most powerful Oni General of Jigoku/Hell) who she gives Suki for him to brutally rip to pieces and eat...
Anyway Satomi is a human follower of Genno,"Master of Demons" a monsterous Evil Sorceror who well know deceased desires to be free of Jigoku to wreak havaoc all across the land. Satomi has been planning to free him using her dark arts and to find the scroll that contains the dragon's wish to use it to bring himself back to life and spread hell on earth under the order of Lord Hakumen. Anyway she orders Yamaburama to massacre the monk settlement that Yukemo lives in. Yumkeo is able to escape with the scroll...the monks arent so lucky and are ripped to pieces.
Anyway sending various monsters to terrorise the land and get the scroll back, Yumeko and Satomi end up having a fight which forces Satomi to flee. Satomi at the ending of the book talks to Genno who shes helped unleash. She reveals that as Genno, unleashes his army, she'll backstab and take the scroll and and become a god..And she ends up killed by the true Big Bad Seigetsu the first ninetails right after this. With Genno and Seigetsu as main villaisn of the rest of the series. Disc-One Final Boss.

- Genno is a powerful evil sorceror who waged a war with the empire and in the present tries to open the gates to hell in order to allow Lord Hakumen to bring about Hell on Earth. The only reason he doesnt count is one paragraph of information where its revealed he only turned on the empire due to being traumatized at the loss of his family/village.
- Hakiamono: An insane Oni and hell's most powerful general. He was sealed in the sword that Tatsumi
Sebastian Price, the patriarch of the family is expected to retire from his position as CEO of Legacy Investments, an investment company he has built and operated for thirty years. He is also expected to announce his successor to the position he held. However, tragedy strikes which leads to his death. This leads to a power struggle within the family, as Sebastian bitter ex wife Angelique and his ruthless daughter Felicity do whatever it takes to make sure that Sebastian's second wife Dineo doesn't push her playboy son SJ into the ceo position at legacy investment.[3]
When Sebastian is killed. What follows is a machevilain esqe power struggle over his estate and media company as his kids and wife Dineo and ex-wife Angelique battle out to be the top.

Who is John?
John is the unassuming and quiet butler of the Price family and is in charge of taking care of the guests at their lodge. He hides a very devious mind though. Anyway during the day of Sebastian's retirement, he gets into a fight with his daughter Felicity and her boyfriend /the chauffier Stefan pogeitor, the fight escalates and they accidentally push him off a cliff to his death. John whose minding his own business notices this and takes photos of the inicident.
He blackmails her that he will reveal what happened unless she allows him control of the lodge and to allow the ancestral land its situated on to go back to the local rural community who he beleives deserve to have their stuff back. Anyway she and Stefan destroy his camera with the footage saying that now he has nothing..
Next day, Felclity finds photos of the inicdent plastered to her wall. As he say, his niece taught him off a beuatiful thing called the cloud...which he saved the pictures on. So no getting out of it. Anyway the family are having a lunch as Sebastian's body is found and beleived to have been killed by a lion (he was fed on after he died), John snarks that you never know when a lion will strike and to always watch your back in a refernce to felecity.
Anyway John becomes kind of her Evil Mentor, helping her improve. He convinces her to play the board's head Mzisi Zulu by appealing to his ego and to take this as a great pubilicty stunt and reaching out and heloing people. She runs into an issue though, her stepmother Dineo doesnt want to sell...So he tells her to get creative and they dome up with a new plan. She convinces Dineo's oldest son (not realted to her like his younger sibling whose her half brother) to take an interview (shes a presntator) and pour his heart out about he feels negelected by his mother. She then uses it to blackmail Dineo into releasing the lodge to the community. John himself convinces Dineo that it is the right decision.
Anyway so the lodge goes back to the community. John a rich man but also one whose helped his community achive their dreams (what being a wie. Doesnt mean you need to be totally selfless) and he wishes Felicity well. Saying in a ather kind way that he hopes she can find some happiness in life.
And thats it for now. His actor has said he plans to retire to be with his family.
Magnificent ?
He's so charming, softspoken and devious. He captures you with his funniess and understated but sauve charisma. He knows how to play people like felecity and dineo and he even helps Feleicty become better too (she may one day count too but shes the shows main character so it would be awihle) and he effortlessly convinces Dineo by playing on her weak sides. He wins. Like thats amazing.
Bastard ?
Oh yeah he covers up a murder, messes with felecity and Dineo especially by using her son. But hes also so soft and smooth. He really does care about his community and wants the land to go back to them feeling it was taken away from them (which uh...if you check the history of south africa...Hes not wrong per say). He also actually does like felecity and later even mentors her into getting better, wishing her luck and hoping she can find some happiness in life.
Conclusion ?

Minotaurus knows he's not able to defeat Ruviné, so in order to hold her back, he gives her a book dropped by her fleeing companions with human phrases which can't be read by the beings of the forest. He shows her the book and ends up showing her the phrase "Will you marry me?" by accident leading to romantic high jinks and comedy.

The book follows the story of a war that is occurring between humans and sirens. Lira is the princess of the sirens and considered one of their most dangerous members having taken the lives of seventeen princes. After an incident leads to her killing one of her own and letting a human get away, her abusive mother has her transformed into a human as a punishment. - Sibling Murder: To try and wipe out any emphaty from her daughter Lira, the Siren Queen tries to force Lira into killing her cousin (the Siren Queen's own niece). The Siren Queen's sister ends up sacrifing herself and allow Lira to kill her instead of her daughter which the Queen allows and is giddy at the idea.
- Amelie is the serene, cold and polite queen of all vampires and the founder of Morganville. A master at playing people, Amelie will go to any length to protect vampirekind which include: outplaying her monstrous father by faking a defeat to trick him into poisoning himself, assassinating an innocent woman who nearly exposed Morganville and staging the death as a suicide, and embarrassing and defeating the anti-vampire supremacist Rhys Fallon by mentally showing him to be a fool in front of his followers leading them to turn on him. Amelie is just as empathic as she is ruthless and truly cares about the town and Claire despite employing morally ambiguous methods to defend it such as trying to destroy the town to wipe out the Draug. Facing down and bowing to no one, Amelie defeats all challengers for her throne and forces them to knell before her. Amelie also keeps a friendly rivalry with her second-in-command turned lover Oliver with him being the only man to match her with them ending the series together and unstoppable.
- Oliver Cromwell himself is Amelie's ruthless right-hand man and the only one who can match her in brilliance. Having once charmed his people into killing their king before the series, he later became a vampire in his quest for power. As a rival of Amelie, he tries to set up a False Flag Operation by killing a vampire using a Vampire Hunter to sow up concerns in the vampire population to use it to ursurp her and when he loses takes his defeat in stride. Oliver also acts as The Mole and feeding false information to Amelie's nemesis Bishop leading to his defeat and stares down the master of the Draug before outwitting and killing him. Oliver is ruthless but also empathetic at times and has even helped save the heroes various times using his wits and fighting prowess growing to care about them. A master of charm and armed with sarcastic wit, Oliver eventually falls in love with Amelie and ends the series as her loyal lover helping her to decide when ruthless actions are needed over emphatic ones
Who is Myrnin?
An insane yet awseome Welsh vampire and Mad Scientist who wears bunny slippers to his experiments and keeps a pet spider named Bob. Myrin started off as the abused son of a noblewoman who become the apprentice to the original head of the english vampires Gwion (Bishop at the time ruled the vampires of his homeland France) and learned the art of science and magic from him. He later came under the employ of Amelie as she was the first one to ever show him kindness he grew an Undying Loyalty to her and helped he ursurp her pyscho father Mr. Bishop. Coming to help found Morganville, Myrnin helps to research a virus which Bishop concoted which is drives vampires insane and causes them to lose themselves. Anyway Amelie sends Claire to Myrnin in the third book, the virus has cuased his sanity to totally shatter and hes now a raging pyscho madman. So claire whose a genius helps develop a drug to revert him to uh normalish.
Anyway Bishop makes his grand return in book 4, And Amelie throws a huge feast to suss out his motivations. Myrnin and Amelie now with the first opportunity in forever to have a vampire from morganville need his blood to compare in hopes of making a cure. Ever the Master Actor, Myrnin intentionaly overplays his insanity and madly slashes Bishop before running away like a loon to get the sample...leaving everyone not sure wtf happened. Bishop attacks the town in the next book with Myrnin acting as Amelie's frontline enforceror and medic for the troops. Anyway Bishop captures the family of Theo Goldman and uses them as hostages with his attacks escalating in ferocity, Myrnin helps "sell out" Claire and friends to Bishop in retunr for a seat at Bishop's table, stating that he could use Claire as a servant to eventually flush out Amelie.
This was All According to Plan as Myrnin and Amelie were aware that at this point any contuined fighting would result in the end, so figured they needed to back up and try again later. Myrnin acts as The Mole feeding information to her from Bishop's court and eventually figure out a way to incapicate Bishop. Having him drink blood from someone whose posioned, thing is as Ive said 3 times (okay look this plan is shared with all of them so theirs no getting around repeating it) the person who it would be drained would die. Anyway Bishop having followed as Myrnin as plans captures both him and amelie, having been fed info from oliver , he stabs Myrnin with the antidote and proceeds to kill Sam and only to get poisoned as planned since he fell for it. He makes a break for it but Myrnrin follows him and uses his knolwedge of the town's portals to capture and torture him before using his blood to create an antidote to the virus.
Anyway Bishop gets out later and swears revenge, Claire and Myrnin help to take down his illegal fight club hes using and Myrnrin tricks him into getting incapciated before staking him with silver and letting him die alone and in agony. The Draug attack soon afterwards and Amelie and Myrnin make efforts to leave and destroy the town behind them to wipe out or at least delay the Draug and their master Magnus. Magnus kills clear upon meeting her introducing himself as "The End" before snapping her neck, her ghost is saved by the glass house building. Myrnin uses it to bring her back to life and develops weapons which can fire silver which they use to drive the draug back untill Oliver helps destroy them for good.
Upon Naomi hypnotsing Oliver and using him to try and leverage harsher stuff on the population, She has Oliver put a hit out on Oliver using his Giant Mook Pennyfeather. Pennyfeather drops Myrnin in a well becuase of his fear of the drak due to his abusive mother hoping to totally break him. He doesnt though and carefully claws his way out figruing that the well has openings he can use in the rock with which to climb out of. He defeats Pennyfeather and Naomi is defeated.
Anyway Rhys Fallon, a former vampire who was turned by Myrin years back and uh became kinda psycho as after he found a way to cure himself...he became a jelous of losing his powers so decided to take it out in the rest of vampirekind out of spite (asshole). Rhys takes over the town and he calls for help as Amelie is captured , getting claire and friends plus Oliver in. Rhys has drugged her officers and has them transformed into his "hounds", monsters with the constant urge to kill vampires that are under his control while he prepares his cure for vamprisim which carries a 75% fatality rate and is cool testing it because hes a nut. Anyway Myrnin escpaes by tricking the officer in charge of his cell to come close....and then hypnotises her into letting him out before draining her dry and uses the cure following her and Amelie's discussion on how to set it up to instead alter it to cure the hounds and helps break the various vampires that Rhys has captured out. He confronts Rhys and helps him to lose it in front of everyone leading to his capture. Myrnin ends the series at Shane and Claire's wedding and he wishes her luck though its implied he might have developed feelings for her but sees shes happy with her current boyfriend so lets her be happy.
Magneificent ?
He is a mad but amazing. Hes funny, quite cool and has awesome fashion sense. Bunny slippers with a labcoat. Genius. Hes very good at playing people himself and acts as Amelie's hands-on second-in-command. Its him who helps to ingratiate into Bishop's court to set up his defeat and stops him from escaping using his wits and such before finhsing off the bastard off himself. He helps create the weapons used to draw out the draug and is able to claw out from and conquer his fears. He helps defeat Rhys and tricks his captor into escaping beofre helping amelie with her plan to cure Rhy's puppets. Amelie might give him orders but its him who executes said orders to the best of his ability and with panache like faking his insanity to get Bishop's blood. He's also a very handsome looking man so that has to count for something too lol.
Bastard?
Right yeah okay so uh Myrnin genunily is nuts and when were introduced him the dude was a feral Serial Killer thanks to how the virus had fucked his mind. Thing is Claire helps him with that and stablise and he goes the rest of the series as more of a madlad and fun as hell instead of psychotic. Hes pragmatic and with genuine emphtaty for others especially Claire. Hes perfectly unboard with some of the morally ambigous stuff in the series like forcing claire to be Bishop's servant and keeping shane in a cage while also also draining one of Rhy's goons who wasnt doing anything. Yet he does it all for love and the protection of morganville and his loved ones. The man has grace and charm aplenty.
Conclusion?
Guess it depends if you think hes done enough on his own. He does share alot with amelie but its his own style and way it gets done.
Who is Takeru Yamato?
Born the son of the emperor of Japan, centuries ago, Yamato was a vicious sadist who feared death so sought immortality to avoid it. He would frequently murder his own servants to the point his own father found him terrifying and then used his special ability "Soul Collecter" to consume the souls of his visctims to give him power. Anyway when his older brother prince Usio was found to be hooking up with a girl in private, Yamato tried to kill them both for "polluting the royal bloodline". Usio ended up in a river and was found by the godess orochi anf they two fell in love and had two children. Anyway years past and their celeberating their daughter Himegami's birthday when Takeru who'd become feared for his various massacres arrives to find orochi and use her in his quest to find her sword which will turn him into a god. Usio and Orochi fend him off while their children get to safety and he decapiates both of them. Himegami's brother seals her inisde the location of the sword to keep her safe and faces off and defeats his uncle. Though Yamato's spirit surivives and the result of the battle ends up destroying the entrance of the seal, sealing her in.
Rising as a bodyjacking spirit, Takeru Yamato eventually seals himself into a vase inside his manor to await an age when he can rise again while Himegami eventually escapes as well in the present Japan. Anyway one of Yamato's descendants a man named Ouken finds it and becomes posssed by Yamato. Taking over Ouken's organisation which is in charge of keeping ability users safe, he instead converts secrelty to his own psi-ops team. Brainwashing or blackmailing its users into being his minions as well as taking sudents from Tenbi academy. Any who disappoint him are turned into sex slaves (As Tenbi's School council presidnet Furan nearly suffered but her friend/Girlfriend (?) changed positions with her to save her) or have their souls consummed to increase his lifespan.
Searching for his niece Himegami, he finds and attacks the island she and main hero Ooyma are vacationing (Ooyma is a descendant of her brother) where he reveals he needs her to open the seal. He starts to kill and absorb the souls of the islanders to increase his power. They fight and Ouken's body ends up destroyed...only for us to find a new deparavity to Yamato. To act as a foodsource and powerful amy, Takeru has been clonoing himself and injecting souls into them so he can use them as quick bodies. He treats them awfully to the point where a few escaped as children including Ooyma's best friend Usui. He bodyjacks one Gouken and overwrites his mind, during the fight he tries to rape his niece Himegami in front of her friends to get them angry enough that they'll lose sight of beating him. Luckily they save her and destroy his current body forcing him o a retreat.
Anyway Takeru Yamato designs a new body and an elite squad of his clones: Idaten, Jigoku, Gou and Rirsen (to clairfy he also changes the looks and designs of his clones as well as gender) and sets them to attack Tenbi academy. He decalres that he will usher in a new age for ability users in japan and bring peace and order to the world. Furan and Ooyma that his "peace and order" is just under his boost and fight him, during the fight he caloulsly kills some of his minions and tries to drain the souls of all of his agents (not the four clones since he needs them) before ooyma saves them. Defeated he kidnaps their nurse Aki Nijou as she is a descendant of the temple god keepers in charge of the seal and plans to sacrfice her. He has her raped by his monsterous tentacles and truns her into his puppet. In the seal, he will us her to give birth to the sword which allow him to become an immortal god.
Anyway he orders Idaten to fight the gaurdians of the shrine while he's gone he orders Rirasen to fire at the academy. She refuses as it would hit innocent civilains and so he has his other minion Jigoku shank her and throq her off the cliff. Anyway Rirasen lives and does a Heel–Face Turn and Idaten enraged that Yamato considers them so expendable turns on him and teams up with ooyma to fight and break the sword and seemingly beat him...
At least till he gathers the sword parts and uses Himegami's brother's body as his new ultimate host. Since her brother was the son of a re-incarnation of Orochi. It allows him to become the god Yamato no orochi and lay a siege to the city. He then reveals that since the ability users have shown to be a threat to him, he's going to wipe them all out acorss the entire planet. The heroes race and defeat each of the 8 heads which is its own general and come back to fight Yamato whose now reached his apex. He uses his powers to brainwash all of Japan's nonability users to kill their families and wipe the entire country clean of any threats to him. Thanfully with help from his friedns who do the classic give a power boost, Ooyma and Himegami are able to kill him. Himegami seals his soul into a pokcet dimension and lives him with a fitting final fate: either stay immortal and alone forever or kill himself and dissappaer forever. He is never seen again.
Mitigating factors?
He's obessed and scared of dying to such an extreme extent. He's willing to screw over the entire world. Mutiple characters like Himegami call him out that hes a selfish, cowardly man who cant stand the idea that he'll just fade away like everyone else.
His family, minions, etc. mean nothing to him expect as tools and he reguraly kills them.
All his claims of giving ability users is just bunk. He wants them under his boot and when doesnt get his way and relaises they pose a threat to him, he decides to wipe them all out of spite.
Heinous standard?

Who is Crimson? Anyway thousands of years ago, vampires reigned supreme and fed off humanity, treating them as cattle. Until humanity fought back and defeated them. One vampire progenitor called Elizabeth queen of Blood believed that peace could be achieved between humans and vampires and created a kingdom which did just that. All were welcome. She personally abstained from the drinking of human blood to show her commitment to the peace.
One vampire crimson despised the peace and wanted to have humanity once more under foot so joined as a "refugee". He bidded his time and joined her inner circle and waited for the red moon. During the red moon, vampires are superempowered and gain an enormous Powr boost. He tricked elzibath into drinking human blood for the first time in years during the red moon, this caused her to go insane. He then sicced her on the kingdom killing large numbers while hebe used his forces to kill her peaceful vampire servants. They then wound go into destroy in three days every surrounding country before the red moon subsisteted.
Her head servant Mary (called Milia in the original version) discovered her and how she was broken mentally at what she had done. She staked herself but it missed her heart by inches, causing her to still be alive but trapped inside a coffin of tentacle and blood which formed around her. Mary swore to be able to kill her master Elizabeth if meant stopping her from causing pain to herself and others.
Anyway in the present ,Crimson rules as one of 3 demon rulers a place called outlaw city. A Wretched Hive of the poor as well as criminals. Crimson intends on reawakening Elizabeth and having her finish the job. Wiping out the entire world and culling humanity to allow vampires to reign, the world Wil literally be drowned in blood.

A horrid virus has infected all vampires preventing them from producing and driving them all insane as they lose their minds before death. So teleworking on a cure. Now heres the Big Bad of the first ten novels. Amelie's dear old dad.
Who is Mr. Bishop?
The oldest and most evil vampire in existence, Bishop is a renowned as a selfish predator willing to throw anyone under the bus to get ahead.Considered the most vile in existence, Bishop is a dick, in one case he disovered a devout Jewish Doctor named Theo Goldman and his extended family, Bishop had them all turned into vampires as a mocking test. When they still stayed together, it pissed him off to the point of still having a resentment. Centuries ago, he was deposed by Myrin and Amelie who founded Morganville and took the book of vamprisim with them. A powerful artifect which can be used to manifacture new vampires.
Anyway Bishop strolls in at the end of book 3, Midnight Alley where he makes his business known and says to Amelie he wants to bury the hatchet. They know something is up so organise a feast to check out his motivations. Each vampire in town arrives with a human vessel in order to stake out whats going on. Anyway Bishop reveals how he doesnt intend to play by the rules that the town has created, Myrin seemingly loses his mind and randomly slashes Bishop before running away (more on this later) and has Amelies's vassal stake her point blank through the heart. Chaos descends as Bishop unleahses his army on the town. Claire gets Amelie to a vampire doctor and is able to save her (Staking isnt fatal for ancinet vampires here. Only if silver is involved does it outright kill but the directness of the blow made it touch and go).
Anyway in the next book Lord of Misrule, Bishop begins proliferating his forces and laucnhing terrorist attacks on the town, Amelie and crew engage but find themselves backed against a wall. All hell breaks out as they target and torch populated areas to draw out the fightining. Almost half the vampires in the town are either killed or broken into Bishop's servants. Anyway When Bishop disovers that his daughter Amelie is hold up in city hall which has been converted to a refugee camp for the citizens. Bishop orders a full on assault despite the causualities. Hes beaten off but Amelie goes into hiding along with her frenemy /Rival Oliver. Anyway capturing Theo Goldman's family, Bishop threathens to kill them if hes not handed the book, so Myrin, Eve and Claire decide to go on a resuce mission. Instead Myrin hands over Shane and the book, in return for a spot on Bishop's council and him letting Goldman's family go as part of their deal but he instead keeps them under lock up so as to ensure that nothing goes wrong. Bishop shrugs and does so and town of Morganville becomes controlled by Bishop.
Anyway in the next book Carpe Corpus, Bishop now rules Morganville with an iron fist and has been re-instituting hunting, allowing vampires to feed on and kill humans again. Bishop keeps Claire's boyfriend Shane and Shane's father Frank in a cage as a bargaining chip, we'll having a tatoo placed on Claire to moniter her movements. It's during this that Myrin reveals that he's secretly been working with Amelie and Oliver. They knew the frighting would result in total destruction if it continued and she carrd to much about vampirekind to let that happen so opted for a tactical retreat and surrender. Their we discover the full evil of Bishop, You see from analysis of Bishop's blood it's determined that Bishop's blood is a cure to the virus, they gained it as they needed to find the blood of a vampire not from morganville. That's because Bishop is it's creator, he was so much of a Control Freak at the idea that Vampires like his daughter would rebel against him, he decided to wipe out his own species so he can rebuild it in his own image. They decide that their is only one way to weaken bishop for good. A special poison, The only way to get it to themt though would be through him drinking the blood of a victim. It would be fatal for the person drained so Myrin offers to be the sacrifice.
Anyway Bishop thanks to the tatoo tracks down Claire and for consorting with the enemy cruelly has Shane's father turned into his vampire servant in from of him as a show of cruel "mercy". Anyway next day, Oliver sells out amelie and myrin orders public executions. He intends to throw the town in chaos and then leave with the book to create an empire for himself. Anyway he stabs Myrin with the antidote as Oliver revealed their plan to take advantage of this showy execution type. Instead he grabs his daughter's love interest sam And drains him to death right in front of her out of spite. Only for the big plan to activate. You see they figured Bishop would be onto them so
"The key was not in guessing whom you would choose to kill," she said, and her voice was light and calm and ice cold. "You taught me endgames, my father. The key to winning is that no matter what move your opponent makes, it will be the wrong one. I knew you'd kill at least one of us personally; you enjoy it far too much. You couldn't resist."
Like Bishop, she lost her balance. Oliver caught her and held her upright.
Bishop's face went blank. "You . . . you poisoned me. Through Myrnin. But I didn't drink."
"I poisoned Myrnin," she said. "And myself. And Sam. The only one who didn't take poison was Oliver, because I needed him in reserve. You see, we knew about Claire after all. We counted on your knowing where we would be, and what we'd planned, at least insofar as she witnessed it." A pawn. Claire had always been a pawn.
Anyway as Sam dies in his lovers arms, Bishop is carted off to be sealed off and his blood used to create a cure for the virus.
Whats the work?
Moriarty is a 2011 comic by Image comics focusing on the one and only professor James Moriarty.
This one comes from the first arc in it "The Black Chamber", It is 1914 and World war 1 approaches, Moriarty having survived Reichenbach now lives in a world where Holmes has seemingly passed on and feels his life is empty without his archenemy. Things change though when he gets asked by the government to take on a case to find Mycroft Holmes leading him to come into contact with this fellow.
Who is Professor James Moriarty ?
The Evil Counterpart to Sherlock Holmes himself. Moriarty lives by three simple rules:
- 1) Order your existence in a way which is neccesary to meet all your needs.
- 2) Surround yourself with people that can be manipulated.
- 3) In every conquest, find a way to be victorious.
Anyway Flashbacks show that Moriarty conquered much of Europe's underworlds by seizing the ports, in 1880 he desires to take control of the ports of Burma having disovered a rare mineral had fallen their and had one of his friends Morley take over as head of the port. Morley rejects the idea as his father Eustace intends for him to take over in their family plantation in Jamacia. So Moriarty sets out with Moran in remeding this, they scout the area and meet Eustace who threathens him, Moriarty fires back that hes aware that its rumoured that Eustace runs his plantation through slavery which is illegal in the british empire. Eustace implies that he owns the town and that no one will do anything even if he reveals that, Moriarty doesnt back down and reveals that no one threathens him. Anyway Moriarty leaves and has Moran put a sharpshooter post near the builidng where Eustace and his crew are meeting. Telling him to wait till everyone has arrived (Eustace's whole gang including the mayor , police in his pocket, etc.) and then massacre the lot starting with Eustace and the mayor for pissing him off. Anyway In the meantime, Moriaty frees the slaves, burns Eustace's plantation down and steals his finanical records. Kingston , Jamacia is now his. And Morley is free of any connections so can be his head in Burma (not that hes telling him he killed his father but uh ).
Anyway Moriarty once the napoleon of crime has in the begnning of the series in 1914 fallen into a rut with Holnes seeming passing, and now lives a more quiet life as a freelance criminal consultant called Trumbold taking jobs from everyone and anyone. Anyway in his latest job, a crook asks Moriarty to find the people who've been blackmailing him. He is able to analyze and discover its writer through the Sherlock Scan. Anyway he gets word from an agent of the government named Smith to find a missing Mycroft holmes and Moriarty decides to go along with it. Anyway becuase Moriarty doesnt like rushing in and is cautious, knowing when to strike is key to winning, he disguises himself as a janitor and checks out Mycroft's old digs where he disovers the key to the dark chamber (which can relaise a gas which causes you to see visions of the future) and uses another siguise to eveesdrop on the Diogenes club to note the interest that Mycroft has in a powerful rising star of the criminial underworld Tartarus. Anyway he discovers that Mycroft was invivted to a costume gala so decides to head their as his next clue. He scouts information from his former flame Jade and flawlessly stops an assaination attempt by her like old times, he burns her crew alive and wakes out as she wishes him well.
Anyway he heads over their and ends up briefly blinded by the dark chamber thanks to Tarartus which shows him his death, seems Tartrus set him up to take the fall for Smith's murder. Moriarty escapes and decides their wont be a need for Trumbold anymore, today Moriarty lives again. Anyway teaming up his old girlfriend and head of the triads Jade, Moriarty sets off to find the dark chamber and heads off to find the Black Hand (a cabal which Tartrus uses), disovering the members dead or dying, they reveal that the visions when used to long or in too much drive the users insane and that Tartrus intends to wipe the city out. Anyway after meeting up with Mata Hara (did I mention this comic is pretty insanely cool) whose one of Tartarus' overaptives, they disover shes a tripe agent working for Watson. They go to Watson who reveals Tartarus' plan and the tries to kill them since well Moriarty is still a crook, Moriarty takes one of Watson's men hostage and Watson relents as it least Moriarty is A Lighter Shade of Black to Tartrus.
Anyway Moriarty sets out stopping him: He has his men mark all of the various chaos worshipper mobs across the city and contacts Lestrade as back up. The paint markings are to make them easy to identifiy and arrest. Anyway they find the scientist Johnathan whose very emaciated who reveals that Tartarus forced him to make it. Anyway Moriarty confronts Tartrus who reveals that he views himself to be a god who will stand over and rule the ashes of a destroyed europe building it in his image. The two engage with Wtason and Lestrade as back up, taking on Tartrus's goons. Moriarty and Tartrus and Tarturus is mortally wounded who activates a bomb to try and take him with him.
Anyway Moriarty fakes his death in the explosion and recieves a note from sherlock holmes who is alive after all. Sherlock reveals he intends to start their game again and called the police on his location but he knows he'll escape and that hes looking forward to playing the game again. Anyway Moriarty goes off quite content to start again.
Anyway in the next series, Moriarty during the stuff with the black chamber briefly saw his death and intends to make sure it cannot come to pass. He has Journyed to Burma in search of the Lazarus tree (a tree which can bend reality to your will to find a solution to stop his eventual defeat). Anyway during the boat ride, he is accosted by thugs, he expertly fends them off by cutting of his fingers in one swoop and fooling him before threatening to finish him if he does that again. Anyway in Burma, He sets off to find his old friend Morley who runs the opium trade and diguises himself as a member of the british consulate. Morley was in his vision along with the tree so their must be a connection. Anyway after the thuggish leader of the forces of one of Burma's villages asks him about the fact hes asking about Morley, Moriarty steps on his foot to suprise him, before using his momentum to slam his cane into his gaurd's throat and then put the guy in a headlock and forcing him to let him go.
Anyway he disovers Watson is here from MI 5, he plans to stir a rebellion against the vilge's british head Blair, Blair will crack down and the mess will put the village under martial control. Allowing the lazarus tree to be seized. Moriarty warns them Blair will uh...react badly and gets them to escape if hes allowed acess to the tree. He finds Blair and forces him into helping him find it, they discover that Morley is dead and face off against Moran. Moriarty defeats Moran and the two old friends truce. He takes Morley's body to the lazarus tree and revives him while gainging the knowledge on how to change his fate. And thats how we end for now.
Magneficent?
Hes constantly able to discertain the weaknesses of the foes hes fighting on tell tale signs from the Sherlock Scan, can piece together whats going on through evidence and set up ways to foil it, marking Tartarus goons to stop the uprising among one. Hes curtious, brave but also highly intelligent and knows to use caution and scouting to win. He conquered all of europe's underworld and totally disabled Eustace before siezing control and he know intneds to do it again and finally defeat his nemesis Holmes. Yet hes also polite, reserved and has an awseome charisma.
Bastard ?
Not as much as other versions of the good professor but I'd say so. He sets off an entire massacre of the town's top officals to seize control. Eustace and crew arent the most symphatetic but Moriarty only did it as he wanted to allow Morley to be open to taking control of his Burma port. He also does go along with Watson's violent revolution plan and well is a thief, crook and murderer who admitts he has offed people in the past when needed. He takes no joy in it but it is how it is sometimes. Yet he can also be very noble, saving his friend Morley as wel as rescuing the daughter and grandson of the spirtual leader head in order to grant a favour to him and as a gesture of good fate. He does alot of genuine noble things in the comic and even saves London. He might seek to defeat Holmes but hes also a dashingly, awseome antivillain who dislikes collateral damage.

What's the work?
The Tinder Box is a classic fairy tale by the one and only Hans Christian Andersen published in May 1835 about a soldier who comes upon a witch who tells him how to obtain lots and lots of money, if only he will bring her a tinderbox that got left down inside a passageway under an old oak tree by mistake.
Who is the soldier?
Anyway a soldier returning from wars meets a witch on the road who asks him to journey into a well. In it are three rooms each with a different sized dog with each room guarding a differnt precious metal. She asks him to give her the tinderbox but won't tell him why , he does so but becomes curious and demands to know what it does,when she refuses he promptly decapitates her.
Anyway using the funds from his endeavour, the soldier lives the high life but also gives large portions of his money to charity and the poor remembering how it was to experience that and not wanting others to go through the same. Unfortunately his money runs out and he ends up having to use the tinderbox. He discovers it summons the dogs who will give him anything he desires he and promptly uses it to gain his wealth back.
Anyway one day he ponders about meeting the princess even for a night and the dogs oblige with him They them begin to courtabuse with him even giving her a goodbye kiss. The princes when returned is enthralled and talks to her parents who wonder if something is up. They send a lady in waiting but That fails. The queen herself takes a strategy of using a purse with a hole and flour in it.
Anyway arrested, thorough the bars he notices a shoemaker’s boy and convinces him to bring him the tinderbox for some shillings. Stating he'll be much happier like that.
Anyway as he's about to be hanged. He uses thr fact that a last request from a prisoner can't be denied and ask them for a single smoke which he uses to activate the tinderbox and summon the dogs who promptly throws the councillors , judges and royals away. Anyway the soldier marries the princess well the dogs look on.
Magnificent?
Oh yeah he's charming and affable and actually decently at times even giving to charity.
Hes also very cunning and convincing. He effectively convinces the kid to give him the tinerbox by charming him and uses the fact the last request has to be given in over to manipulate the king and free himself. And get the throne and kingdom too.
Bastard?
Well yeah he executes a witch for bot telling him what's it for. And kills the guys who caught him. But being fair here they were trying to execute him for you know just innocently courting her in secret. That said he's a pretty decent dude who balances out the extreme stuff he can do being quite the charitable man , genuinely on love with the princess and treating his dogs well. she seems to genuinely love him too'and hey she seems to like being the queen :
" The princess came out of the copper castle, and became queen, which was very pleasing to her."
Conclusion?
For a children's fairy taletale I would say yes. Hes charming, cunning and gets what he wanted.
What's the work? Ghost Teller is a Korean Webtoon by QTT about ghosts who tell stories of the most terrifying things humanity does.
Basically each story involves a meeting between restless spirits where they discuss their pasts and how they died and ended up here. While chatting, joking and commenting on parts of it. Most villains here are not really mb....material. But I think I found one.
Anyway well getting into an argument about humanity's desire for what others have. The mummy ghost of the group decides to tell the tale of when he was alive as a teenager named Shinhoo as an example of the power of envy.
Who is Runia ?
An egyptian (think so since their are pyramids?) girl who dreams of stardom and leaving her village behind. Rumia one day becomes depressed at the idea her dreams would never become true and meets Shinhoo and his friend Teujin who are visting here for a film shoot and the three hit it off with Shinhoo developing feelings for her and vice versa. Rumia gives him an ankle bracelt she made as a symbol of their friendship.
Anyway during a hiking trip, they become lost and are are sent into a sandstorm. Shinhoo tries to help cover the others in order to save themselves and is nearly caught up but Teujin and Rumia save him. Well in the cave they found shelter in, Teujin begins arguing with Shinhoo about how this is all his fault and Rumia ends up catching the fight on camera. The two make up and all three head towards the filming camp who found them. Anyway later that night, Shinhoo and Teujin talk with Shinhoo trying to make amends. Teujin though reveals he's planning to cut him out totally of their movie deal and smugly declares he can't do anything....well their both near a cliff side. In just a reflex, Shinhoo ends up pushing him and ends up getting dragged by him down too by ctaching his ankle bracelet. With Teujin dying instantly, though Shinhoo greviously injured.
Anyway Rumia finds Shinhoo whose groggy and dying and reveals he pushed Teujin. She decides to help him cover it up and well benefit from it at the same time. She sends a flashdrive containing the pictures of Teujin and Shinhoo fighting which shows Teujin being the agressor to a news station. This drives interest in her who also appears in the tape so as planned they come to find out her part of the story. Anyway she weaves a story while acting as innocent and poised as possible that all but states it was Teujin who started it. Now as this story goes viral, her performance means people focus on her and she becomes a sensation even being sent to korea in order to meet Shinhoo who was transferred their for the adoring crowds to meet.
Anyway later that night, Rumia visits Shinhoo in his hospital bed and thanks him for this opporunity. She strings a new ankle bracelt around his foot as a sign of thank you and reveals she still keeps his old , taterred one with her. She's going to use the media boost to get her fame and it seems she will.
Sunihoo dies later and ends up as a restless spirirt at this part.
Magneficent ?
Well yeah. She manages to divert and hide evidence like removing the tattered bracelet that Teujin had which would have proven Shinhoo's guilt. Intentionally leaks those camera footage knowing that the way its shown will imply his guilt. She then uses that to manipulate her way into being an interview, knowing she can leverage that into a career. Effectivly stringing the public along. She's also very polite and sweet though is revealed to have a very devious intelligent mind. Alot of villains here are scumbags but she seems to at least like shinhoo and helped him being grateful and seemingly actually friends with him.
Bastard ?
Uh well she covered up a murder and made it seem like the victim was the perprator to use the fame as a way to get herself a career.But she did actually like shinhoo from what we, this is tame as hell villany and well teujin didnt really deserve to say die....he is kinda of a dick and as you can tell not the most symphatetic of victims.
Conclusion ? Well a bit more low key then others but I think she makes it.
Meh might as well discuss this lady. The Buffyverse has a very large number of tie in novels written by talented authors. These books with the expectation of the recent slayer duology are non-canon though elements of them were incorporated into the show like the slayer's origins and the idea of the potentials.
So here's Tbf most tales of the slayer badguys are really standard with a couple of expections.
For the other stories we have:
The athen messenger running the gaunltet against vampires. A Japanese warlord sacrifing slayers for immortality (bad but not expectional) Tatoul from the story "Abomination" who brings ruin and destruction to the entire city of beauport, Britanny. But I' not sure if tatoul counts because he gets usurped by the five year old boy he turns (who was the son of the slayer) so its not clear how much is either of them. A slayer who gets turned into a white doe by a creepy wizard admirrero. A kraken that terrorizes a pirate ship (Just a mindless monster). L'Hero is a vampire inciting rebellion during the french revolution. Thing is hes an actual wie and the people are aware hes a vampire but don't care even stopping the slayer of the story from killing him. A comedic take on a christmas carol.... A battle against the south during the civil war. No specific villain. A few Cruciamentum stories with just one villain Dracula who kills a few people but is standard. Plus this is buffyverse dravula whose a Noble Demon (kinda). A vampire mob boss and a slayer PI. Some racist vampires in the 60's who plan to bomb a church. Again on its own it would be enough but not for Buffy. A vampire mummy... Other then Tatoul. Shes the only real standout.
As I work on two mbs for the weekend. I figure I might as well try for this guy on cm. I'm not a hundred percent on him but uh.

Whats the work? The Librarians 2014 is a TNT series that acts as a continuation of The Librarian films. In addition to the return of Noah Wyle (albeit only in a recurring role), Bob Newhart, and Jane Curtin in the first episode, there are four new characters who are recruited to work for the Library, headed by Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn). Together, they Save the World every week. Twice before Friday.
I discussed already Dracula from the films. So how about the main villain of the shows first season: Dulaque aka Lancelot
Who is Dulaque / Lancelot?
Lancelot Du Laq was once one of the greatest heroes of Camelot and it was a place he truly seemed to care about, unfortuntely the fall happened thanks to morgan le fey and Lancelot's infedility. Becoming immortal, he became bitter and disovered to return magic and the world back to how it used to be, believing it to be what humanity needs. Founding the main enemies of the library, he created the serpent brotherhood and rechristened himself Dulaque.
A hammy, awseome Diabolical Mastermind played by Matt Frewer to perfection. Anyway Flynn gets a phone call from a dude on the run and with valid information he wants to share with Flynn at the public library. Dulaque makes his apperance by intercepting him, bumping into him carefully and using it as an opprtunity to stab him to death and prevent word from getting out. Flynn investigates and discovers that people who were on the short list for future librarian are being picked off by Dulaque to prevent them from informing Flynn of whats going on. Flynn gathers three of the survivors: Thief Ezykial Zones, Art conseiuer and cowboy Sloane and dying mathematian Cassandra. Together they deduce from stuff left on the dead guy that the serpent brotherhood are going after the Crown of King Arthur and retrive it well Dulaque tells his second-in-command Lamia to retrive it. Anyway they defeat Lamia and bring the crown back to the library...only to have the serpent brotherhood break in having found a way in. You see Dulaque manipulated Cassandra into letting them in and getting the crown and all of the artifects by both promsing to retunr magic and create a utopia and to cure her brain tumour. Lamia wounds Flynn and leaves with the crown and excalibur (which was in the library), to prevent all the other artifects from being stolen, the library is locked down and sent back into its pocket dimension.
Anyway Lamia and Cassandra meet Dulaque later. Lamia is going to kill Cassandra as shes outlived her usefuleness but Dulaque motions her to not and instead charms Cassandra.
- Lamia: Why'd you stop me?
- Dulaque: New rug. Plus even with the crown and excalibur, their are bound to be impediments well we search for the lock. Having a librarian even half of one will be iseful. But mostly the rug.
Anyway magic nowdays has faded away and become traped in artifects which the library captures. Dulaque's plan is simple, hes going to use the crown of king arthur, to place excalibur in the stone and send its magic back into the earth. The result will kickstart the system and allow magic to come back naturally. Using sonar and drilling, he disovers the stone is under buckingham palace. Anyway using cassandra to figureout a way past the magical defences, he has lamia take her away to a dungeon afterwards. Anyway they succeed in bringing back magic bu the heroes though are able to save flynn who goes in search of the library.
Anyway Dulaque and crew return in the next episode, Dulaque lures out of hiding Santa by tracking his magic and setting up a robbery as he knows santa will STOP IT BY APPEALING TO the mans goodness. He uses this to tranq him and capture him. Every year santa aborbs humanities goodwill and hope and then realeases it at christmas brining good cheer to the world, Dulaque intends to kill him and absorb it for his plans to retunr the world to the times of kings and magic (camelot). Anyway Cassandra uses her weird analytical powers to figure out his location and sloan and eve distract him by threathing to destroy his priceless artifects. He figures out its a trick but theyve already got him using ezeykial and cassandra. No matter: the drug he used was specially magicalled induced spell that will cuase Santa to fluctate from his various personas and cause issuses for the heroes trying to get him to the north pole. Meanwhile Dulaque and lamia steal his sleigh and take it and intercept them in Alaska.
- Cassandra: What Kind of person woulf steal Santa's sleigh?
- Dulaque: A very talented one. Now hand over sanat, blah, blah, blah and you won't be harmed., blah, blah, blah, a patentluy transparent lie of course. I'm going to kill you, blah, blah...(Wait for it) blah
So my other big example from Otherworld.
Anyway needs a bit of background info. Basically in the otherworld. Sorcerors are only male being a One Gender Species and run what are called cabals. Criminial mafiaseqe organisations who control and move the otherworld.
Who is Benecio Cortez ?
The head of the Cortez Cabal and the father of protagonist Lucas Cortez. Benecio is in many ways a pioneer, before he took over his cabal it lagged as the fourth most powerful having fallen under hard times and was behind in profits. Benecio though through a mix of pragmatic villany was able to rise it back to no. 1. He employs many ways to draw in people for working for him, from very lucrative child and healthcare packages to generous promotions. A man of true taste, he rembers the birthdays of everyone in his office and sends out gifts and knows how to play people and charm them into helping with his illgeal activties. Anyway due to being a cabal sorceror, Benecio ended up with an arranged marriage to somone he doesnt like and has three truly dickish sons with her, the person who he wants to be his actual heir is the son of his mistress lucas. Benecio both adores him and is a very simple choice. His oher kids would do the same old, same old. He knows Lucas would become an innovater and truly bring new heights to the cortez cabal when he takes over.
Anyway in his first apperance Industrial Magic, benecio sends Lucas and his girlfriend Paige to investigate the mysterious deaths of various teenagers associated with the cabals. This is being done by the venegeful Edward Hagen, a vampire whose wife was killed by the cabals for being a sadistic serial killer. Anyway the heroes disover that Edward intends to kill Lucas to open a portal to limbo and resurrect his wife. They try to pass it off to Benecio as him being the one in danger instead and that he should get maxmimum security as way to divert their attention away from Lucas. He sees right through it though and declares that they'll be using the schedulded masquerade ball as a way to both celebrate his son returning to the family business and as a way to protect him as all eyes will be on him. During the ball, benecio uses a doppleganger and switches with him. Going off against Edward and defeats him. Having his soul cast into eternal punishment for daring to try and touch his son where he will never re=uinite with his deceased wife as a result.
Anyway he helps Hope Adams and Karl Marsten with an issue they ran into and asks they give him a favour that he can call in later. Personal Demon, the son of an old enemy of Benecio that Benecio disappeared when he has arrived in Miami and is musclining in on his territory. He'd prefer to solve it a pragmatic way so sends Hope undercover to try and recruit him or at least learn his weaknesses to stop him. Anyway it seems it was this dudes Co-Dragons The Haig brothers who are the true masterminds and after suffering from their paranoid mother became obessesed with stopping the cabals. The two are shapeshifters who can take any form they want. They assasinate two of Benecio's sons and frames the third (No big loss. Lucas's brothers are assholes) intending to kidnap Paige eventually and keep her away as they kill and replace lucas and take over the company. Benecio and Lucas figure it out eventually so instead have a death row prisoner use a glamour and pretend to be Paige so they can track where they are. Karl and Lucas kick their asses with prisoner lady getting killed which uh Benecio revealing he wasnt going to let her go whatever happened.
Anyway Benecio and karl who become somewhat friends and size each other up in a machevalian way, having found equals helps lead the charge against Giles in the final novels. Benecio eventually retiring and letting Lucas take over as he plays with his grandson.
Magnefinet ?
Benecio is the epitome of the style that only a true Don could be. Polite, curteous, always friendly but using it to size up and find his opponents weaknesses. He was able to single handidly put his cabal on top and hes one of the few sorcerors in the series not to posses Fanastic Racism as he geunily treats non-sorcerors as equals. He was able to bait and switch the heroes into thinking he wasnt aware what they were pulling and despite the heavy security. He still found out a way to get out and repay Edward. He knows to intercept threats in advance and even try and get them on your side first like with that dudes son offering the carrot before the stick. And well it kinda takes a bit they eventuallu figure out the haig brothers plans and use a mole to put them out for good. (tbf their plan was good. It only had issues right near the end and their the only ones who really made him work for it which is why I'll eventually do the Haig brothers here too). He's the eptiome of a true mastermind.
Bastard?
Uh not much if I'm being fair but its their. He's a mob boss with illegal activties who will disappear threats and you'll find yourself in the river with cement shoes if you really cross him. But hes still a fairly polite dude who really does think the cabals are wahts best for the magical world and they are since the alterative is batshit crazies like Edward and Giles. He also truly loves his son even willing to damn Edward to an awful, awful fate for what he did to his son. And is willing to even lie and sacrfice people like paiges doppleganger if it means they have to win. He even says to his son that he needs to do the hard decisions for the greater good sometimes. So morally grey then normal but I'd say enough.
Whats the work ? Soulless is a manga adaption of the series the parasol protectorate set in an alternate history version of Victorian era Britain where werewolves and vampires are accepted as functioning members of society. Alexia Tarabotti is a woman with several critical problems: she is still searching for a husband, her late Italian father complicates her social standing in a rigid class system, and she has no soul. The fact that she is "soulless" leaves her unaffected by the powers of supernatural beings which only further complicates her life when she accidentally kills a vampire that had attacked her. Queen Victoria sends an investigator, Lord Maccon, who is himself a werewolf. As disappearances in the vampire population of London's high society increase, Alexia becomes the prime suspect. She must solve the mystery, all while maintaining proper decorum and a delicate social balance.
I am not famlair with the books so Im just eping from this.
Who is Karl Marsten?
A charming, jewel thief and Thrill Seeker, Marsten is a heridtary werewolf (meaning he was born one) and is following in his father's footsteps. When he was seventeen he saw his father ripped apart by the wicked Malcolm Danvers and had to flee, he trained himself over years as an expert fighter and theif and came years later for revenge only to see Malcolm was now gone with Elena and her boyfriend Clayton now in charge of the pack.
Anyway Karl has an interesting MO as a Mutt werewolf (one not connected to the pack). When he enters a territory he likes he scouts the local werewolves that live their, disovers their weaknesses. Then he orders them to a dinner with a luxurious, expensive meal specially made. He gives them a simple demand: this territory is now mine and if you dont leave. You die. Anyone who doesnt finds themselves dead in a dumpster in a few days. Karl specialises in stealing the most pricless of gems, infilitraing flashy muesums and then usings diguises and false identities to steal them. Infilitrating and then making his way in before vanishing in a flash. Hes become quite rich as a result and flaunts it through the snazziest of suits and nicest of outfits.
Anyway Marsten wants more though. Hes approached by an enemy of the pack called Daniel Santos. Santos desires full control and the end of the pack so is gathering guys on their most wanted list and then siring killers and criminials as werweolves to overpower them. Marsten agrees since it will give him territory and as he says well : The pack hasnt done anything bad to him. They havent done anything for him either. Anyway Santos pares them in twos (one experinced weewolf and one killer. Marsten ends up getting paired with the batshit crazy misgonustic serail killer / serial rapist Thomas Le Blanc (who he doesnt really like but it just going along with it for now).
Redeeeming qualities ?
No. No way. Shes a batshit Ax-Crazy fanatic who waxes about how her master will be getting his revenge on the entirety of the world and the carnage it will delightfully bring well gleefully laughing at people dying. Shes a Psycho Supporter who wants to see her boss back on top.
She uses and seduces people before getting rid of them and views them as just pawns. What helps is that since Dracula only gets revived at the half way point of the book, shes the one pulling the strings for the carnage that occurs in the first half of the book including the bombings and chaos. That part is all her.
Heinous standard?
Oh yeah Dracula's revival isnt possible without her. She seduces men into being her suicide bombers and uses them to wipe out huge swathes of people well inteionally throwing the city into chaos. These bombings kill large quanities of people and are used by drac to take over. Plus he was only able to get a new host body thanks to her in the first place, meaning all of his evil shit in the second half of the book is on her too. I'd say for her tier of The Dragon she makes it.
Conclusion ?'
A keep and suprisioning one at that going into the book.
Heinous standard ?
Worst in novel. Shes killed thousands as a godess ensouled into a human mostly kids and pregnant women. Was an utter mosnter who created catastrophes all over sumeria when a godess and was jack the ripper herself. She also kills dozens ove rthe novel to torment nicole an has her mindraped for fifteen years. That and she has two innocnet kid girls tortured for days bleeding them dry as a snack.
'Magnficnet ?
And how. Shes a cross between Buffy and the master with all the coolness and badassery you'd expect. Shes legit charming, acts as a big sister to Auggie well being both kind and playing him into her graces. She would have succeded too if rasputin didnt fudge that part but she still kept her diginity and ultimately ends the book with a solid win for her organisation even relasing shes being played by azzazel and turning the tables on him.

An ancient member of the nix species and a member of the cacodemons (chaos demons), the nixes are supposed to convince or lure humans into evil as part of their duties to hell. This one is special though, 400 years ago, it was summoned to edge on a woman who planned to kill her father, the woman summoned her as a confidence boost. Anyway this nix got bored and convinced the woman to use a spell to allow her to posses her rather then just edge her on like normal. This gave the nix the ability to kill in person and she learns she loved it, murdering the womens family, she disovered she could now posses women who deep down wanted to kill but didnt have the nerve. By possesing them, the two could go on murder sprees for the funzies in one case she took over lizzie borden herself and helped her axe her parents. Her specilaity though is quite depraved, well shes an opportunistic killer who just does anything she wants, her favourite mo is to posses women and form serial killer duoes with their partners where they kidnap young kids and kill them. Eventually she just leaves her women hosts to take the blame and starts again.
Anyway the fates have tried to capture her for good through the centuries but her possesion and the fact she kicked the ass of the people they sent has put a nail in that. One angel Zadkiel (the original trainer for heaven's defence force) was thrown into a pocket dimension and driven insane thanks to her. Another time they sent seemingly reformed serial killer spectre Andrei Duchev....turns out he was playing them and him and nix disovered that killing with a murder buddie is more fun then on your own and went on sprees together before she grew bored off him and left him to be recaptured while she escaped. Eve is special though as shes the daughter of a witch and demonlord Balaam (demonlord of vision) and figure she could find her thanks to her visions and caoture her for good. Anyway Eve and her boyfriend Kristof tracks her to the ghost zone world which is pretty much a version of our world albeit with the ghosts of everyone in limbo where ghosts do pretty much everything you can do here. Anyway when the nix finds out eve is following her she gets seriosuly pissed...and goes to the candaian high school of eve and kristof's teenage daughter Savannah. Their she makes a deal with a teenager who fantasies about killing her fellow tsudents and becoming infamous and she takes over and two lead a seiege killing a dozen and trying to kill savannah, savannah's best friend sacrfices herself by taking the bullet and eve kills he mortal host and she gets away.
Anyway going into limbo, Eve discovers from duchev that nix is funtionally unbeatbale as a spectre or in her host. Her only weakspot is that when her host dies theirs a brief window before she uses the ghost world to flee where shes vulnerable. Unforntutelty the nix tricks Eve's friend and necromancer medium Jamie Vegas into allowing her to posses her planning to use her to kill off Savannah's adoptive parents Paige and lucas before taking over savannah herself. Anyway Eve takes over paige's body temporarily and begins the most akward family dinner...
- "Act III: Guignol": Georges Du Roy is a psychopathic newspaper mogul and leader of the Red Circle. Learning that he loved violence and evil during the events of Bloody Week, Du Roy helps found and cover for the members of the Red Circle helping them unleash a wave of torture, rape and murder on the city for fun. A diehard antisemite, Du Roy is also behind a smear campaign against the jewish soldier Dreyfus and incites riots against the jewish population of paris leading to innocent jews. A creepy psycho noble with a fascination with killing, Moires is a member of baskerville family with a dark secret. Moires performs manhunts of ....kids

When each is captured, their killed in awful ways by his three toadies : burned alive or set upon by dogs. Anyway the kid brother gets caughts in a bear trap and and causes the chain to break. He asks her to go on ahead...she does and finds Moires's collection in the building. Wall to wall of human skulls and heads from his victims (dozens if not hundreds)

Anyway Moriarty's seravnt named Fred finds out a rumour about missing children and decides to investigate. He learns of the hunts that are rumoured to take place and gets help from moriarty, his brothers and moran to shut them down for good. Anyway they kill each of Moire's allies one by one and save their latest victims. Moriarty goes to confront Moires whose about to kill a new pair of siblings gleefuly lamenting they wont be as thrilling as his last effort. Moriarty out of disgust usues his cain to slice it right through his head from behind, saving them and putting him out for good.
Redeeeming qualities?

Moriarty himself is no saint hence why the mb ep is happening. He got his start and inheritance by starting a fire which killed the other mebers of his household expect his brothers which included his adoptive parents and he admitts that he doesnt really care (his parents were jerks admingitly but not like evil) but he is also genunily dtermined to tear down the corrupt system of nobles in his mind which is why he only goes after evil nobles (who are all pretty much evil to different degrees like card carrying villain level). He prides himself on the fact the guys he goes after are worse.
Moires on the other hand is a child butcher who gleefully murders dozens and kills kids in some of the most awful ways. Hes the worst of the nobles we see (most of the guys Moriarty takes down kill or rape one person) an dont have nearly the rapsheet of this guy. What he pulls on the siblings with the false hope is uniquely awful. Hes a depraved fuck who is much, much worse. The series isnt too dark too have an example btw. Theirs alot of humour and light stuff, holmes and watson are protrayed as pretty decent guys who also help to take down villains. Moires is the easily one if not the worst.

Who is Dr Julius Gorner?
Born in Lithuania, Gorner possessed a larger then normal hand. During his youth he allied with and fought for the nazis during WW 2 beofre siwtching forces to the soviets when he realised that nazi germany was losing. A cold, creepy dude after the war he became a student at Oxford university where he was occasioanly teased due to his hand, being a really petty fuck, this made him sear to destroy Britain and he gained an irrational hatred of it.
Anyway becoming the worlds's foremost producer of poppy production for medicinal use in britain, Gorner is secretly using it to create Heroin and has any people who try to reveal the scheme killed by having their tongues ripped out by his second in command chagrin. Anyway capturing Bond and his newest Bond Girl Scarellt Pampova, Gorner reveals that hes planning to flood the entirety of britain with heroin turning the entire country into addicts and eventually destroying it from the inside out. To fund this and keep his profts up, Gorner has been recruiting opium addicts in iran and then hooking them on his much harder Heroin turning them into slaves forced to work 12 hour shifts with minimial water with any who die then taken out and buried in the desert. Anyway to "indulge them" and keep them complacent, Gorner kidnaps young women and forces them to dance naked in a raised platform beofre letting his men rape and eventually kill them beofre burying them with Gorner threathing Scarlett with the same fate but decides to hold off on it for now and so keeps her captured. Anyway Gorner punishes any workers he finds to be doing anything like say reciting bible verses to pass the awful time and has Chagrin drill a stick to burst their ear drums permantely.
Anyway gorner reveals that he intnds to force Bond to act as bait againt afghan rival drug smugglers. If he lives, it elimates some comepttiaon and he'll use bond for his big plan, if he dies then well problem solved. Anyway Bond during the race is able to win and so Gorner has him transferred to his plane. Gorner reveals in his ultimate plan to crush britain. He intends to bomb the cities stalingard and
Anyway Sunday at their next meeting reveals that Drac is hosting a jubilee where him and his entire entourage will be attending the tower of london with hundreds of partygoers. Their going to blow it sky high....killing hundreds. This will as Light says foster war. The people will rise up in violent revolution , their will be reprisals which will be met with bombs and silver untill the revolution is complete which will kill hundreds-thousands but uh a few cracked eggs to make an omelette. Kate balks at this and plans to stop them. Anyway Light reveals that she knows Kate was visiting her friend Penelope Churchward (one of Drac's inner circle. Her and Kate have a weird relationship) and suspects of her of being a traitor and reveals she intends to kill her. Anyway Kate escapes after a seemingly lucky shot from one of Light's goons grazers Light and allows Kate to escape...Just as Planned.
Anyway Kate rushes to stop this and enters the basement of the tower of lodnon where the moat to the river begins..Their she finds one of her other acquittances in the organisation beaten up and he says to her that a raft that is leaving now conatins the explosives....she races to stop it only for it to seemingly not work. She ends up caught with the exploves by Caleb Croft and the rest of the secuirty forces. She escapes but asks Peneelope to trust that she didnt do this. Orlok and Light reveal that their was no bomb threat....she instead always planned to recruit Kate, an estemmed member of the resistance and then have her be her fall guy in a stopped bobming. After her execution, Light will use her as a matyr to rally behind an army of followers well using Orlok and his forces to allow her the throne. Anyway Kate though gets Penelope and the gaurds to trust her and they duel and Light reveals that she is Sunday. She used a hologram to diguise her role as the true leaderof the seven days. Anyway Kate is able to force Light to over exerte her powers causing her to start to lose corperal form and eventually overpowers her causing her to be stuck in a falling apart form. Shes arrested and put in the tower.
Next appearing in the book 1000 monsters. Anyway Light spends a few years licking her wounds and talking to her cellmate and new friend Mad Oracle Drusilla (Yes the same Drusilla from Buffy the vampire slayer) who reveals she has a greater destiny in store. Anyway Light eventually gains her pshycial form back and seduces the gaurd into letting her go. She creates a boat and fills it vampires whove gotten on Drac's uh nerves and seeks passage to Yokai Town in Japan. Their she quickly befriends Geneive and Kotsaki with her being genunily surpised that Geneive despises their kind.

Anyway Light is able to get them housing and food (well blood obviosuly) well she plots to combine with Yuki Onna (the snow queen and leader of Asia's vampires/Yokai) in order to gain godlike powers and contuine her plot to bring peace to the world. Anyway during the book, the vile General Majin plans to unleash Taira No Masakdo in order to bring Hell on Earth and to do this plans to have a huge battle bwteen the residents whose spilt blood will complete the ritual and bring about Japan and later the worlds doom. Anyway Light puts a wrench in this by going towards the ice lair where yuki onna rests and causing an ice explosion, forcing him to have to react to it. Still she beats him to the punch with her allies covering her and combines with yuki and takes him down.
As the new queen of Asia's vampires, Light uses diplomancy to have Yokai town declared an indepndet region from the rest of Japan for a hundreds years. As revealed in New Dawn, Light used this to ferry the allies secretly into Japan to stop Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany's plans to wipe out all supernaturals in europe. Now now in tne year 1999, she sets out her greatest plan, shes perfected a system of technology and harnessed her powers. When YTK hits she plans to use it ascend to godhood and control the entire digital system, taking over the world and and creating her utopia . Children the world over will be happy the world over and well fed, crime will be a thing of the past, the entire world will be in her safety..Its orwellian sure but comes from a good place.
Anyway terrorist Jun Zero plans to higjack this to turn it into his killing ground, Light competes with him and comes close to winning even stopping and killing Draculas emmisarry/brother from thrawrting her plans (he got worried something was up. So sent his younger bro to sort it out). jepperson puts an end to both their plans and kills Jun well overloading Light. Sad but wishing she rests in peace....though shes not actually dead. Her mind surivived and shes now part of Yokai Town's security system as its AI which shes found quite enjoyable. Look Kim Newman doesnt kill recurring villains off. If you surivie his first book appearance...youll probably definitly never die.
Magnefient ?
To great degrees. Shes charming, seductive and a true wie who genunily wants to make the world a better place but will go to any length to get it. She plays a long game and recruits an entire club into never realsing she was the true leader and then tricks Kate into going along with her plans perfectly tricking her into thinking the bombing is real when she instead plans to use her as matyr in her revolution. Even losing, she patiently recovers and then ursurps Majin before taking over Yokai Town and using it help during ww2 and help the allies win. She spends an entire centurary creating the tech to allow her godhood status and her utopia and comes stuningly close to winning....only being beaten by seconds but still being alive and even fairly contented in the end. Pass.

Oh yeah. Light will dispose of minions she no longer views as worthwile, uses people, tried to have kate executed and is a firm beleiver in the revolution will not be civilized. Her final plan is to more or less create a nanny stat across the planet. But she also genunily loves her own kind and wants them to succeed , is disgusted at Majin and his icky crimes you can see in Monster.Kim Newman viewing them as unneccesary, she genunily cares about geneiveve and kotsaki as friends and she really wants a utopia. Shes no vampire supermasict either...she wants a truly equal world where no one will ever have to suffer or feel harm. In a series with vile scumbags like dracula himself. It means alot.
- Shockwave is a cold, clinical scientist and the most wicked of Megatron's inner circle. Researching into the history of Cybertron, Shockwave discovers the power of the mythical All Spark and reveals to his master a devious plan: to use its power in order to spread a virus in order to forcefully reformat all Autobots into Decepticons turning them into mindless slaves and steers his boss into using this plan. After the Decepticons capture Ultra Magnus, Shockwave electrically tortures him until his body starts to break apart from the pain and sheer force. With Magnus' death, Shockwave uses his body as way to cultivate and release a virus which will wreak havoc on the Autobots communications despite the fact it would lead to chaos all across Cybertron, with no crime he considers beneath him.
- "Chicago Crossover": Bob Clinton is the sadistic "middle man" of the "Chess and checkers Club", a depraved child pornography ring which exploits troubled street children and orphans. Getting children from a local youth centre, Clinton livestreams the abuse, torture and rape he inflicts on them, with pedophiles from around world adding their own recommendations of what disgusting and vile sex acts they want said kids to experience. Clinton taunts his victims before the livestreams begin and draws out their pain and in the past had even been responsible for forcing Detective Lindsey's brother into this and totally destroying him. Clinton has done this to dozens of kids over fifteen years and is even stopped right before hes attempts to rape his latest victim.
- Sherlock Holmes and the House of Pain: Dr. Alexandre Moreau is a consummate sadist who perfected a way to give sapience to his animal subjects who he'd frequently torture in horrifying ways, not relenting as he inflicted pain on them and when Sherlock Holmes investiagted and disgraced him, he had his pet murder an innocent to lure Holmes out planning to kill him too. Having failed at this, Moreau goes to his own deserted island, creating sapient animals who he tortures and vivisects without anesthesia in his house of pain and upon capturing some innocent sailors, has them whipped and tortured as well, intending to start human experiments and after capturing Holme's has him inflicted with horrifying chemicals as his newest test subject.
Whats the work?
"Chicago Crossover" is a three part crossover between chicago fire, chicago pd and law and order svu invlvoing th investigation into an interstate child pornography ring. Know heres the man in charge of operations albeit not the actual leader. This crossover is actually pretty good if uh not ligh hearted material.
Who is Bob Clinton ?
A creepy, slimy asshole played by mark h dold. Clinton helps to ferry children from youth centers into the ring bribing the gaurds into bringing them to him afer using his contacts with his boss whose a leader in child services getting ones that would fetch a price. Their he personally livestreams an even where pedophiles all around the world can send "recommendations " about what gross sex acts they want performed on said kids. This group is noted to have had dozens of victims who they break and torture and have been active for 15 years.
One of his victims was the half brother of Detective Erin Lindsay, who was forced by the gang to rape one of his friends on tape during one of these livestreams. Anyway Clinton has captured a new victim a young boy named Henry and has put a sadistic countdown where he torments him and threatens him as they count down to when the livestream is beginning. Anyway SVU and Chicago PD track him down and prevent him from beginning to rape the child. They hold him behind bars and he smugly declares that he won't tell them who his boss is unless he gets full immunity. They decide to just send him to rikers where his boss has him shanked.

Alright so the big thing. Hes not actually the leader of the operation. That's the guy who runs social services and scouts out the victims but he is the guy in charge of the actual abuse that occurs. All that rape and torture is something he's doing and clearly likes it. Also the person in charge if getting kids to be abused from the youth centre by bribing the gaurds. Thats all him. Considering he's the rings second in command at minimum and th only member of the ring with actual characterisation other then his boss I'd pass him.
Heinous standard'
Think so. Not super familiar with SVU compared to the other law and order series but this sounds uniquely depraved entough going off entries from their. He molests and tortured children over hours on tape in horrifying ways and does it for fun. And he's done it dozens of victims (we see pictures of how many he's done this to) and has done this for 15 years that many just break. We also see him torment his victims beforehand and being stoped before he begins raping his next victim. So offstage villainy isn't an issue.

Who is Artemis Fowl II?

The newest member of the Fowl crime family, Artemis' father a few years back was kidnapped by the russian mafia on a trip to the artic, this cuased his mother lose her mind from grief and become utterly dependent on her son. Anyway the funds for artemis' various rescue expeditions for dear old dad have sadly dried up , so Artemis stumbles on an idea : using the fae. Tracking an exilled spirite To Ho Chi Minh, he tricks her into drinking holy water which is toxic and forces her to give him her book detailing the fae's history and weaknesses while giving her and amneisa syndrome with the cure to make sure that she doesnt spill what hes planning. Translating it he disoves that fae have a randsom if an LE Precon agent gets kidnapped. If a human gain defeat them over a day of a siege with them then 1 ton of gold is theirs. So using the book to track where the fae need to replinsh their magic, he ends up kidnapping Holly Short.
Discovering her locater, he has his second in command Butler, create a distraction and then places it on a whaling ship being a huge enviornmental fan has the ship detonated with dyamiate, making sure to set it off with Hollay's superior Julius Root comes , Root escapes but it serves as a warning. Now calling RAOOT : He demands 1 ton of 24 carrot gold. So the Lep now lay seige agaisnt the fowl manner, using a time stop prisim to stop time and allows them to make more time to stop him, if things dint work out, theyll biobomb it and wipe out all life. Fae cant enter a bulding unless invted so its a stalemate. Artemis has Butler defeat their first squad sent to meet him and negotaiates with Root where he "casually" lets slip that no one can enter his house unless hes "dead" hoping for him to figure out that he let out intentionally.
Anyway a couple of things go kinda wrong as Holly escpaes and asshole Briar Cudgeon unleashes a troll into the building. Artemis keeps his cool and butler and holly defeat it. Now before the exchange, Holly asks Artemis seeing his mentally unwell mother if hed like one wish from her which shell give if he gives her half the gold. He agress and cures his mother of her insanity. Anyway she leaves and they biobomb the place...only for the fae who enter to becomae nauseous and pwerless, indicating that Artemis is still alive. Now we learn his stragtey by researching fae history, Artemis deduced that the time prison is locked to the state of mind someone is in when they are put under it and are then stuck in that state untill its over : sleepers stay asleep and the awake stay awake. If though you were to force another state into the body it would allow you to pass onto and out of the time field. Which is what he does, LEP then departing as hes won.
Now the author wrote a cute short story where Artemis helps steal a diamond for his mother using the help of theif mulch diggums and bests Holly and Root again.
Now onto book 2 , Arctic Incident, Artemis has recieved word from the russian mafia that they have his father and want a ransom exchange. As he prepares to leave, Holly nabs him as she beleives him responible for a rash of smuggling to the goblin triads which appears to be from humans. He isnt responsible but he agress if they help him find his father, hell help them out in turn. Anyway their transport is attacked by orders from Briar Cudgeon and Opal Koboi, and holly loses her finger, Artemis is able to save it and results in the two burying the hatchet as enemies. Anyway disocvering mulch diggums, they use him to bury their way into the fae city of haven which is under siege and artemis helps to reveal that Cudegon is the mastermind as well as the fact he plans to off all his allies including Opal, this enrages her and she ends up killing him before being arrested.
Now Artemis deduces that the mafia where going to kill him when he made the drop, so asks them to bring his father whose tied up close to the edge of their ffrigater, he has butler shoot him and make it seem like he was planning to kill him and scares them away. Instead Holly retrives him as the shot was in a non-fatal poistion.
Now in book 3 , Eternity Code, Artemis is going to sell some of his new human/fae tech to Jon Spiro as his last job before retirment. Unfornurtely Spiro turns out to be viler then expected and tries to kill him with butler taking the bullet. Artemis swears revenge and has butler taken to a cryogenics facility to keep him stable long enough, He sends a message with a bunch of fae words and insginias and catches Holly's attention who heals him and they set to work to get it back. Anyway after fending off some of spiro's assasians, Artemis comes into Spiro's building for a drop and to unlock the code on it. He tricks Spiro into saying that he can let in all his faerie friends and allows holly and root to arrive. They disable his sytems and when spiro goes to a rival to steal his tech using the eterniity code, Artemis sound sthe police alarm and gets him arrested and has all of Spiro's funds at his disposial. In a bit of conscience, he donates most of it to amnesty international (while keeping a finders fee cut which is still in the millions but like I said he like money). Anyway root orders Artemis to be mindwiped but...Artemis outsmarts him, giving mulch a medal conataining his memories and has the date of the warrant used to search for Mulch's stolen goods changed to after hsi arrest, rendering all of his convictions null and void. Mulch in lock up states that one day theyll rule....
And nothing comes of it. By the nest book, he gets his memory back and becomes a straight good guy and contiues on for the rest of the series as a Guile Hero, now helping to stop various threats to the fey like Leon Abbot and Opal Koboi.
Magnificent?
Beautifully so. Artemis is charming, polite, reserved with the best quips and lines. He can think on his feet and keeps his cool when things go wrong.
He's always one step ahead and he more or less has the Lep in the first book in the palm of his hand, tricking them into bio bombing him like he planned, making them think he slipped up, gainging the book and using it to uncover the ways of the fae, helping scare off the russian mafia, and putting jon spiro down for good. All while becoming rich and getting his parents back.

Now in the first 3 books, Artemis is far more ruthless then what we see later. He kidnaps Holly and uses her as a hostage, has a lep crew beaten up by Butler, shoots his father (he felt super bad about it and only did it since he knew theyd betray him), poisons a fae and blows up a ship. Yet hes also a truly Affably Evil villain. He loves his family and his evil their stems from wanting to help them. He gives Holly, half the gold for saving his mother and later saves her hand which allows her to be an agent still. The two become genunily close friends later and hes alot of standards and pet the dog moments.

A vicious alien warlord and sadistic egomaniac (which is weird as his sentai counterpart Chaos was a calm, Affably Evil and intelligent mb), Arcanon desires the energems to grant him universal control. Millions of years ago, Arcanon attacked the peaceful planet of Sentai 6 in search of the dark energem and encountered Heckyl. Heckyl tried to stop it falling into the wrong hands but was corrupted by it and gained a split personality named Snide, after retrieving it from Heckyl. Arcanon genocided his entire species to the last man before leaving.
In his quest for the energems, Arcanon hires Bounty Hunter Sledge to kidnap alien criminials to force them to be his fighters and recruits and later when the defender of the silver energem Xenowing defends it. Arcanon defeats him and uses the dark energem to painfully transform him into a corrupted copy called Doomwing who acts as one of his second in commands.
Who is Roy Logan?
Logan is a real estate developer whose having an affair with a woman named Amanda, when she ends up telling his wife about the affair, they end up in a fight and he ends up killing her by accidentally striking her and her head hitting the marble desktop. Logan realising hes in trouble, spends a few hours thinking how to fix this and comes up with a complex plan to evade the police using his skills. First he has her body wrapped in a shower curtain and cleans the room throughly before cutting off her finger. Then he transports the body in his wifes van, allowing for DNA transfernce and adds wine glasses from her into his mistresses house to set her up as a distraction. He then carefully dumps the body and contacts his Lawyer, lying to him that he needs his help for his plan to gain a large amount of money out of his divorce and that hes set up a fake kidnapping and ransom delivery.
Anyway Roy adds blood to his hands and then walks into the bank as the last person their, he acts as shady and scared as possible and requests 1 million dollars. This causes suspicion in the tellers like he planned, he then drives recklessly, hoping to get brought in when they see the money and blood. He needs a cop of some kind for his next plan to make him look like an innocent victim. Now in the jail, the csi's Catherine and Grissom take samples from him and he taks to them, getting a read. He then contacts his lawyer and the two go for the next stage of his plan when hes let out. He leaves his sunglasses behind intetionally and Catherine goes outside to give it back to him..on cue voice call from his lawyer in a disguised voice who asks to give the phone to catherine. He reveals hes "kidnapped" Logan's mistress and is holding her hostage and will "kill" her if she doesn't get in the car and leave her weapons. In the car, Logan using his innocent act and manipulates Catherine into thinking that his mistress has been kidnapped and shows her the finger. He convinces her to help him drop it off, she has the money marked and he realises and goes along since that will allow him to frame his lawyer wholl end up touching it first if things go south.
So anyway they go to the drop off where his lawyer in a bunny mask says to go this pay phone to find her. When catherine refuses untill they find proof of life, lawyer dude states that hell just leave and shell die but Logan..."heroically" shoves the briefcase full of money into his hands and they then leave to go the pay phone. The pay phone takes them to the body dump. Logan knew that at long as the body was missing, people would be suspicious of him at the very least his wife who knew about the affair would be.
Now his lawyer has the money trsanfeered to another container, getting the markings on his hands instead while Logan secretly picks it up later. Logan during the autopsy puts on a very sad perforamnce of being heart broken and asks to be let in, secretly using it subtly get them to reveal everything they know about the case in a smooth move. Anyway discovering peabut butter on the shower curtain which matches the pb and j sandwhiches that Logan's wife makes for their son (not what he was hoping for per say but hey), this prompts them to check the van and discover the blood and a double check of the mistresses apartment reveals the wine glasses. They take her into custody convinced she killed her...when the uv light accidentally goes on lawyer dude. Revealing he has the markings from the money, they begin interrogating him, convinced he did it but he eventually reveals Logan was the one who set it up. They go to Logan's hotel room...and find him long gone . They then start to piece it together, even admitting the dude was suprioanlly brillaint. And unfortunately for Logan as hes leaving for Mexico, a patrolman notices its the same fancy car that he saw earlier and because they dont get that those too often, pulls him over and arrests him. He takes his defeat farly well, well in jail in his calm discssion with Catherine he states that over time lying started as a way for his deals but hes become who he is now.
Who is Ingrid, the Snow Queen ?
Ingrid is Anna and Elsa' aunt and the true heir to Arrendale. Starting off as the shy oldest sister of a trio (which also included Elsa' mother Gerda as well as her other sister Helga) she was a reculse scared of her powers so Journyed with her sisters to meet [[overarchingVillain Rumplestilkin]] and gain a way to disable them. He took from them their ribbons as an exchange and gave her gloves to stop her powers and an urn to trap her if things get too bad. Anyway all is well untill a few weeks later, Helga's boyfriend becomes uh fixated on her and accosts and tries to possibly rape her before being stopped. Helga arrives and sees through him and sides with her sister but he fights with her, Ingrid tries to use her powers to stop Him but he ends up using Helga as a human shield, killing her by freezing her. This cuases Ingrid to break down, Gerda later disovers this and despite Ingrid's protests declares her a monster for killing their sister and traps her in the urn. Anyway stuck here for several decades well concious, she harnesses her powers which along with her sister's rejection slowly turns corrupts her.
Anyway shes freed in epsiode 3 of this arc by Hans who was planning to use the urn to trap Elsa, Ingrid instead freezes and captures him and saves her. Anyway Anna returns after some stuff with Rumplestilkinwith the sorceror's hat which has the power to trap magical users (long story) and suspects something is off with Ingrid so goes to the trolls to find info on iNGRID and also learns from Anna that her and Elsa' parents had journyed to the enchanted forest to find a way to strip Elsa of her magic. Anyway after the conversation with the trolls, Ingrid has Anna kidnapped thinking she intended to use the hat to capture Elsa. Ingrid hides the hate and uses it to leverage the sorceror's apprentince into getting her a happy ending with a family. Anyway Ingrid reveals to Elsa that her sister was the one who put her in the urn as a way to show that her sisterly bond is weak. Elsa rjects that and secretly breaks out Anna intending to retrap Ingrid, Ingrid interpects them and uses the spell of shattered sight which cases somone to become the worst possible version of themselves on Anna intneding to break her relationship with Elsa so she'll now be with her. It uh doesnt work as Elsa refuses to hurt Anna and instead lets herself be sealed. Ingrid at this point decides after alot of crap that she might as well be a badguy and ends up accidentally freezing Arrendale. Anyway Elsa' urn is stoeln by Rumple after Ingrid had used a memory potion to remove her memories of her.
Anyway after this Ingrid goes to the sorceror for help. She wants a family nd a so called third magical sister. He agrees and that she'll find Elsa again if she were to go to Earth. Anyway a few years later she meets a young Emma and the two bond, she helps her stop a bully but when Ingrid pushes a bit too much she realises its too soon so leaves for Storybrooke. Now she waits as the ice cream lady pateintly. Later having Emma's memories of her taken away in order to stop her recongisg her for now.
So my other Once Upon a Time keeper. This is the Big Bad of Season 5B "Underworld". Anyway after a really stupid plot in season 5A, hook ended up dying and was sent to the underworld as he had unfinished business. So the heroes and Rumplestilkin race their to rescue him and end up battling the lord of the underworld himself and one of the best things about the worst season due to Ham and Cheese.
Who is Hades ?
Hades is the the dapper, charismatic lord of the underworld and the god of death. Thousands of years ago, Hades killed his father Cronus and attempted to sieze the throne of Olympus but was defeated and cast out by his brother who caused his heart to freeze which rid him off the ability to feel love and other positive emotions. Hades gains power from the more souls that are in his relam and has been leeching off the souls sent by the various villains of the previous seasons. He once fell in love with the witch Zelena and hoped her kiss would free him from his curse and wooed her but due to her own insecurities she left him. So for years hes pinned for her and plotted to win her back and rule the world above even moddleing his realm after storybrooke which he knew she was jealpus her sister Regina had as a gift to her.
Anyway Hades debuts stopping Hook from escaping having sent Cora to manipulate Regina into leaving so as not to foil his plans. It didnt work so he punishses her by turning her into a miller and knowing the more souls that cross over, the more power he loses has Hook create tombstones which when a name is placed on them will prevent the heroes from leaving. So putting Hook into a death trap off a slowly going down chain into the river of souls which if he touches wull turn him into a formless wraith, he lays a trap. Rumple, his ex-wife milah and emma arrive on the boat they came into the underworld and race their to save him, while emma goes to help, Hades propositions Rumple with the boat now where he wants it. Hell let him leave if he destroys the boat and kills Milah, Rumple agrees. And then Hades pulls out his ace after he does it: years ago after Rumple's son nearly died of snake venom, he went to a healer and offered him his next born kid (he was intending to never have children again to avoid actually giving him it) for an antidote. Rumple when he became dark one and was romancing Cora and planning to conceive an heir with her, killed the healer to get out of the contract. The healer went to the underworld....and gave the contract to Hades who know has complete control over rumple's unborn child whose being carried by his current wife Belle. This puts him now totally in his service and....he cant go for help since he blew up the boat and killed Milah (whoops).
Anyway when the heroes search for the the storybook which contains Hades weakness and origins. Hades manipulates Hook's brother Liam into getting it for him and destroying the pages with his parts in it. The place its located has light magic so he cant enter. He uses the fact that Years ago, he offered to save him and his brother Hook if they intentionally crashed their ship and killed the crew to add their souls to his collection and threatens to tell his brother the truth. Liam retrieves the pages and gives them to him, but Hades plans to off Hook for getting in the way of his plans but Liam sacrificing himself, allows him and the rest of the crew to pass into the afterlife and weakens Hades.
Anyway Hades needs Rumple's dfark one blood in order to create a portal to the underworld, planning to steal Zelena's baby from the heroes and return it to her to win her favour. Things go wrong and Belle and Zelena end up in the portal too with Zelena giving her baby up to the heroes as shes now scared shell hurt her. She comes to Hades who professes his love for her and explains that he got her what she always wanted : her birthday date. Which she's always wanted and he got by torturing it out of her mother in a weirdly toned gag. Shes legitimately touched by this.
So Hades discovers while hes courting Zelena that flowers have started to grow in the underworld again, caused by the heroes bringing hope back which affects his decay abilities so sets about crushing it. Manipulating Gaston into goimg after Rumple who sorta stole his girl. He comes to Belle and makes a deal with her that he'll void the baby contract if she organizes a fight between gaston and rumple and if one of them pushes the other into the river of souls. Belle of course refuses believing theirs good in Gaston untill when she confronts him he reveals himself to be kinda a dick, she then organises the fight but prevents Rumple from killing him using the dark one dagger which can control him intending to allow Gaston to move on but when he inevitably threatens Rumple she ends up tossing Gaston in the river. Turns out as Hades planned for this to happen and reveals that since it wasnt actaully rumple who did it, their deal is forfeit and with their hopes destroyed it causes his powers to return.
Magnificent ?
Ah yes. She's cold, polite and serene. Never raises her voice and moves through her plans with great , quiet confidence tht she'll get what she wants in her quest for her family.
She's also a great chessmaster, planning this over decades in order to gain her magical sisters. And takes some amazing moves to get their. She mananges to nearly prove to Elsa that the townsfolk will always fear her in order to shake her confidence, later gets ger to conquer her fear in order to harness the power of thr ribbons and uses the magic mirror to trick Regina into bringing it to her and disbaling her. Her gambit to turn Emma away from veryone is also brilliant using trickery to trick them into capturing her in order to psychologically maniuplate emma into going wild in order to get her to confront her fear and uses it to activate her spell. She also knows to bargain and make deals with Rumple to ensure she doesnt get unneeded interference.
She comes really close to winning and is only stopped at the end by her relasing what she did was wrong and that she needs to fix it. Even then its a sweet sendoff where she gets to rejoin her sisters in the afterlife.
Bastard ?
Okay yeah Ingrid is probably my least evil candidate from this show shes still bad. She plans to use the spell of shattered sight to have the townsfolk rip each other to pieces, manipulates Anna into going against Elsa to break them up and later freezes Arrendale for 30 years (everyone is fine btw. When the spell of shattered sight activated it drew Ingrid's magic away and everyone unfroze without issue). But her backstory is understandable, she was unfairly punished and had to live in fair, trapped concious in an urn for decades and seeing her sister hate and fear her. She only fully becomes a badguy after Anna didnt trust her so she figured history was going to repeat. Even her hatred of the townsfolk stems from the belief that they would hurt her and her new sisters so must be gotten rid off (something which judgding by what happened with Robin's wife may not be totally wrong). Its cold but considering her awful backstory is understanble.
The thing is she also does relaise in the end she was wrong and stops everything in a truly beautiful send-off and wishes the heroes well without malice before dying. She also wont twist the knife like most of the other villains do and her evil acts are controlled. All in all : Bastard but too much.
What is the Remnant ?
The Remnant is a sapient ball of light which is a leftover from when the universe was created. An evil, intelligent thing it desires to create chaos and feeds of the dread that results in it spreading chaos and death. Over its lifetime it boasts that its helped set fire to the library of alexander, it was the adder that stung king arthur's knight causing the fall of camelot, helped the monghols take Baghdad leading to 90 000 dead, etc, etc. Still sometimes it likes to have fun and just torment one specfic town or area, watching it collapse into chaos.
Anyway in the present its discovered a way to conquer what it views as the one thing its avoided for fear of being overpowered (the undead and monsters) and intends to add their fear to feed on and give it godly power. Taking over a church in London, it warps the minds of the priests and then converts them into its followers, asking for it to kill the "unholy" for it, corrupting their minds and leaching off their souls. The priests start a spree killing known as the rosary slayings (killing 15 people in total, other supernaturals or humans who help or work for them) and having them mutilated to death and later has an attack placed on the home of Francis Varney. Its ultimate goal is a complete end to all monsters in the city for funsies. The Remnant also orders an attack on the local community of ghouls , with the first attack killing outright babies. Anyway when Greta is attacked by one of its followers due to her being a monster doctor, shes able to fend him off through a mix of skills and the fact that this dude still has alot of his sanity left so doesn't want to kill her. She takes him home unconscious where shes sheltering the local ghoul community. The Remnant sends his minions to attack and kill them all but are beaten off.
Anyway Greta and her allies Faust, Lord Ruthven, cranswell head off to put a stop it having cured the monk dude who attacked of his Remnant induced insanity and he explains where he was inducted. They find themslves having to face
So this is a new Holmes ones. I had two cases that didn't pan out due to mitigating stuff . A shame since one of them was a really unique case of Adaptational Villainy.
Anyway I dealt with the further asscociates of Sherlock holmes. Which are short stories told from the perspective of various characters in the holmes Canon. However that book is a sequel. So let's discuss the original.

So I talked with 43110 and he came up with this much cleaner and less janky entry for Eobard. Everyone fine with switching it the messy current with this
- Eobard Thawne aka Professor Zoom, the Reverse Flash is the Arch Enemy of Barry Allen and the one who killed his mother. Duplicating Barry's powers out of obsession with him, Eobard attempted to replace him in life and when rejected by the latter's wife, spitefully killed her, later forcing the pacifistic Barry to kill Eobard himself to save his then-fiancé. Resurrected, Eobard begins using his time travel powers to commit a litany of crimes including pettily murdering his own brother and parents, as well as a rival and every single man who dated a woman he was interested in, even going back to her childhood to traumatize her for spurning him. Eobard in another of his evil deeds attempted to murder the children of Wally West in front if their mother and murders Johnny Quick. Trying to force the also resurrected Barry into becoming the villainous Black Flash, Eobard continues carelessly shifting the time stream for no other purpose than to make Barry suffer, causing untold damage and agony in doing so and torments Barry during the events of Flashpoint. A vile, selfish man who will never admit to being at fault, Eobard is Barry Allen's worst nightmare come to life.

Who is the phantom of the opera?
My man Eric himself. The Phantom is here the mask wearing head of the opera detective agency (an agency basically designed for the wealthy or other more morally ambiguous associates of Eric's allowing eric to profit from). A cold, calm chessmaster, eric sends his angels on missions all leading up to his big scheme. Anyway:
- Act I (Marriage Club): Anyway he discovers Caglistro is using robotic duplicates of young women to seduce wealthy men and then replace them with her dolls in her bid for world domination. Eric hypnotizes two of his angels Trilby and Christine so that they'll react to a musical note when the time is right. Anyway Caglistro catches the angels and is about to overwhelm them when Eric arrives and uses the signal to hypnotise Trilby and Christine into becoming fighting machines (fighting off the aches and bruise so they can decimate Caglistro's machines) meanwhile Eric creates an even greater orchestra, sending the next signal. Christine and T Rilby uses their voices to send psionic pulse which busts the heads of the dolls and makes Caglistro's eyes bleed, forcing her out and waking up all the prisoners who've been drugged. He destroys the ship their own but not before getting everyone offboard to safety thanks to Eric's second-in-command The Persian (uh mostly. Their were 3 deaths but their apparently guys we wont miss).
- Act II (Les Vampire): Doesnt really do much but he helps the Grand Vampire clear his name in return for a favor that will be very helpful later.
- Interlude: Irene is uh in a slump. Shes uh not taken to married life well and has become obsessed with the idea that her husband must have something wrong. She goes to eric, her mentor for advice. He senses due to his ability to read people how determined she is that something must be wrong and how its started to eat away at her and calmly lies to her that yes something is wrong. Prompting her divorce and entering a life of crime of her own.
- Act III ( Guigonol): Anyway investigating a weird rash of murders that have hit the streets of Paris, Eric gets word from his friend Guigonol that hes in danger and concots a plan to help him. He has one of his angels Clara infiltrate the circle and try to become a member of theirs. It works though she also ends up having to kidnap another of his angels, Kate to go along with it. Now with all the red circle members together, they strike. Eric disables all the snipers that are positioned above the theatre to kill any escapees and carefully puts a noose around the neck of one, the sultan and setting him on fire. This distraction is enough for Clara to free Kate and Guginol who proceed to bucther the red circle for their crimes. The day is saved and Guigonol adds that hell help Eric when the time is right.
- Act IV ( Mark of Kane): Charles Foster Kane plans to start a war between europe and america, intending to profit off the eventual american win and increase his newspaper sales. In order to finance his operation, hell need to launder the money to the assasins and sabouters and has created a large casino game whereupon his sabouters will win these "earnings" and use the payment to start. Eric sends his angels to bust the operation upon orders from a goverment source (Mycroft Holmes I think it would have been). Anyway as the casino proves weirdly ineffective in the sense that kane (the house) keeps winning, Eric sends one of his robot minions to sabotage the electrical system all of a sudden all the cards and coins and chips start flying out at random and cause absolute chaos as the guests turn on each other (no honour among crooks) and start to loot the place. Krane is knocked on his ass up by one of Eric's angels and starts hallucinating about roses and buds. (Newman you ). Eric's robot minion also frees the cattle that are kept on this estate and they end up chasing the cowboys meant to tend them and the guests. Kane leaves with his operation in tatters and the war plans scuttled. Its revealed that the main reason that Eric decided to put Kane out of business was not primarily because of the war but because Kane was planning to buy the paris opera house and have the stones shipped to Chicago and well Eric wouldn't let that happen as he says with a smile.
- Act V Deluge: Cagilstro has flooded Paris and murdered Eric's friend the persian in an attempt to draw him out for a final curtain call. Eric sends his robot Olympia to meet with his former angels Adler and Kate to protect them and for his final scheme. Cagilstro and Assolant captures Kate and Adler intending to execute them in front of Eric having sent a spy into his organisation in order to help betray them and bring them here. Eric though reveals that he knew about said spy/traitor in advance and had Olympia programmed to disable her and free kate and adler. Then Eric pulls his ace: all the allies and favours he gained throughout the book all arrive wearing his mask (Guigonol, the vampires, etc) and overwhelm Cagilstro's coup. Cagilstro in a rage at being beaten lunges to kill Eric and one of his angels Unora but Eric shoves Unora out of the way and grabs Caglistro, sending them both into the raging flood waters to their seeming deaths.
Magnificent ?
Naturally. Eric is a calm composed plotter always with a new plan to combat his latest obstacle. He plans for ever eventuality and ends up playing pretty much every character in the book. Cagilstro sends a traitor to his organisation; Hell disable her. Need to find out more about the red circle : send a mole to infiltrate and get close enough to shut the whole thing down. Kane's casino: turn the entire thing into a farce and make it impossible for Kane to ever try this again.
Hes sly, quiet, composed and artistic. He never loses his cool. His gambits are truly beaut and he even goes out a badass, saving one of his angels and sending his nemesis into flood waters at the (possible) cost of his life.
'Bastard ?
Okay Eric isnt actually a straight good guy. This agency is just to keep himself well off in monetary terms not for the greater good. He can also do some ruthless moves like hypnotising christine and Trilby as part of his plan to beat Caglistro or the whole burning a guy (an Asshole Victim but still) to death as a signal. Plus him ruining Kane wasnt becuase of the deadly war thing but because he was going to take something he cared about away from him. But hes also polite and reserved. Genunily does love Christine and even sends his regards when she gets married to someone else without hurt feelings. He loves and cares for his angels and will step in when their in danger. he earns the respects of countless characters to the point they end up helping him in his final dance. He genunily cares for Adler and knew shed be miserable with her husband so lied about something happening with him as he knew it would be the only way for her to move on. Hes a more a neutral character but one with a ton of class and style mixed with protectivness and ruthlessness .
Conclusion?
Solid keep imo.
Anyway new police Agent Roma (whose the sister to Ramesh) now desires revenge on Don for the two killings, she enters his organisation and impresses him that he has her fully join said organisation. So De Silvia finally gets Don into an ambush with Don badly hurt and captured. De Silvia intends to replace him with a doppleganger in order to discover Don and Singhain's crime business details by sending the doppleganger to retrieve the info. So in the original film this is what happened..the remake which were now discussing has something different (Okay so this is really late twist in the film. Anyway Don wakes up in the hospital bed and hears their plan. He carefully waits till his doppleganger has been given all of his scars so their identical..and then switches place with him and kills him in order to fake "Don"s death. Anyway he plays along and recives the disc with all of Singhain's crime info and even starts to fall in love with Roma and vice versa in his new identity. De Silvia though puts a wrench in the plans by revealing himself to be Vardhaan, kills Singhain which forces Don and Roma to go on the run. Anyway Vardhaan later loses Singhain's disc to an old enemy of his Jasjirt whose wife he murdered by burying her alive, Vardhaan kidnaps his young son and threathens to murder him unless he gets the disc (though he reveals hes going to kill them anyway). Jasjirt escapes with said Son and meets don and roma who forumlate a plan to take out Vardhaan for good. They lure him into an area for the switch between the disc and some money with the police viewing the deal and Don besting Vardhaan in a fight. Anyway Roma confesses her love for Don where on his way to the ambulance he gives her a clue to his real identity. He swapped the disc with Singhain's files with an empty one which was given to the police while he kept the original and now one of his loyal beau's picks him up. Leaving him a free man and the new king of Asia's drug trade.
Anyway onto the next film. Its been five years and Don has gotten tired of this business. He wants to retire and he wants to retire a free man. So when a European gangster named Jimmy Coogan starts to put a hit on him, he formulates a plan for revenge and a way to get rich and free. So Don hands himself over to Roma and interpol, knowing he'll be transferred to a maximum security prison which houses Vardhaan. Vardhaan tries to kill him but Don beats him and states he has a way to free them both and make them very rich men. So Don smuggles a poison which causes diarhea into the prison, hidden in the food supplies that are sent in with Vardhaan intercepting it as he works in kitchen. He then gets his lawyer during a visit to have a water tight package hidden in the prison toilet and Vardhann gets Don a janitor job so he can retrieve it. They poison the food supply with the diarhea stuff and cause the prsioners to become all sick. Hospital and paramedics rush in and open the cells and we find out whats in the packages (paramedic uniforms), after the cells are opened and a brief fight. Both of them walk out of the prison during the chaos with no one the wiser.
Anyway whell their chilling in Don's club in Zurich which they escaped to with Don's new second-in-command /Gangster's moll Ayesha. Don reveals why he broke out Vardhaan. Vardhaan and Singhain where both given two separte keys to a security box in the DBZ bank. Don already has Singhain's but needed Vardhaan's. Basically years prior...the current head of the DBZ bank made a deal with Singhain through his second-in-command Diwan to assassinate the man who would have actually gotten the job. This safe contains tapes proving the meeting...Don plans to blackmail the DBZ head into getting him into the bank. Their he'll steal the printing plates and use it to print billions in euros, making a rich, rich man. Anyway the gang approaches Diwan who
“So here I am,” she said. “Giving you the last thing I have of value and begging you to spare my daughter. Take me. Take my body. Use me until you throw me away, but leave Korey alone. Please. Who is Victor Vale? Designed as a loose mix per Word of God of Doctor Doom and Dexter, Vale is an aspiring university student who desires to become a doctor to assert what he wants : control over his life. Vale is weird....Vale was born with the inability to process emphaty correctly, he can understand it but feeling it is difficult. Anyway during College, Vale becomes friends with Eric "Ever" Cardale, an aspiring student and his total opposite, sensing a kinship with him. The two become close friends and along with their friend Angie start to experiment, discovering EO'S, super-powered beings created when a person experiences a literal death and are revived. Eric eventually experiments with himself and gains healing abilities, Victor becomes jealous of his friend and becomes determined to gain powers of his own, he persuades his friend Angie to help him...only for things to go wrong, leading him to pain powers which lead to her accidental death, Eric finding out by accident calls the cops on him. Victor since as I said before he cant process emphtaty knows he should feel bad for angie dying but he simply isnt able to, and this leads to Eric and him fighting and Victor shot near fatally. Victor is later apprehened by a cop named stell who deals in EO's who covers for Eric while Eric makes it much worse for Victor by lying that he was stealing his work.
Anyway while in prison, Victor desires revenge. For five years in solitary, he calmly meditates and makes sure the gaurds think hes fine using patience and calmness to transfer him to general lock up. Their he befriends a Hacker named Mitch whose life he saves and begins to experiment on the other prisoners to discover the extent of his powers. After five years has passed and hes perfected it, he and Mitch use their skills to escape, on the way out they discover a girl named Sydney whose sister Serena and her sister's boyfriend (whose Eric) had tried to kill her for being an EO with the ability to raise the dead.
Victor discovers Eric has become a religious serial killer in the ten years since hes been in prison who hunts EO's viewing them as imperfections from God and disovers hes made himself a Villain with Good Publicity as the city's hero to cover it. Victor begins to forumale a plan as he becomes close to Sydney who he views as his adoptive daughter. Anyway Victor captures a cop whose one of Eric and Stell's goons and after interogating and torturing him, disovers that Serena is an EO with brainwashing powers which she uses to have the police and public worship Eric and that its unbreakable. So he simply shoots him in the head calmly and gets to work. 1st he finds files on possible EO's before fiding one that will work nicely, then he sends a message to Eric that they have a fight at midnight. In the meantime, Victor appraoches said EO (Dominic) with the ability to teleport and hide in shadows, their he charms him and offers to use his powers to take the pain he feels away if he just helps him. So Mitch is sent against Sirena to lure into a trap, they fight and she eventually uses her powers to make him try and kill himself....only for it not work.
Mitch should know; he had checked it three times to make sure. Now he watched the surprise spread across Serena’s face, watched it turn to confusion, and begin to shift into something harder, but it never made it there, because that’s when the darkness parted. The shadows behind Serena Clarke stirred and drew apart, and two men stepped into being out of nothing. Dominic stood, holding a red gas canister while Victor took a single stride up behind Serena, brought a knife to her throat, and drew it cleanly across. There was a blossom of red, and her lips parted, but he’d cut deep, and no sound made it out.
“And Ulysses stopped up his ears against the siren’s song,” recited Victor, pulling the plugs from his own ears as Serena collapsed to the dirt lot, “for it was death.”
“Jesus,” said Dominic, looking away. “She was just a girl.” Victor looked down at her body. Blood was pooling beneath Serena’s face, glistening and dark. “Don’t be insulting,” he said. “She was the most powerful woman in the city. Aside from Sydney, of course.” “About Sydney…,” said Mitch, looking down at the dead girl. From this angle she seemed smaller, and with her face turned like that, her hair caught in the collar of her coat, the resemblance was disturbing. “What are we going to do about this?” Dominic set the plastic gas tank on the dirt beside the body. “Burn the body,” said Victor, closing his knife. “I don’t want Sydney seeing it. And I certainly don’t want her getting her hands on it. The last thing we need is Serena coming back to life.” Mitch had just taken up the gas canister when a gun fired within the building, lighting up the bones of the high-rise like a camera flash.
Victor tricks eli into a fight nd it seems like Victor has Ben outgambbited as eli's healing factor means he doesn't have a scratch....while Victor is in pieces and tricks eli into killing him right in front of the police who...are no longer brainwashed and just see a totally fine person kill a person they butchered. Eli's apartment has the rest of the evidence of his murders....so he's arrested and has his entire life ruined. Victor didn't just want to kill eli. He wanted to make him suffer and see everything built come falling down. And Victor uses Sydney to resurrect him a few days later. End of Book one.
Now onto Vengeful, Anyway stuff starts to go a bit wrong. Victor has sent Dominic to the EON corporation which is charge of studying and containing EO's as a way to keep tabs on them and Eli whose a prisoner in their cells. Victor's resurrection has caused his powers to weirdly start to short circuit, leading to him seziures and dying briefly over and over again. Victor is determined that he will not go out like this and begins to experiment with various drugs and concoctions, robbing and killing douche drug dealers to gt it. He eventually realises that he needs the this was caused by an EO, so can only be fixed by an EO. He begins to hunt down EO's to test their abilities and if it doesnt work , calmly kills them for two reasons : 1) If he could find them then, then EON will too and his secret will be out 2) The stuff Eon pull on EO's is bad enough that he views a headshot as a mercy when they do get out. Though after his latest kill, he begins to feel genuine worries and doubts about the fact he's slolwy morphing to be as bad as eli.
Anyway he eventually comes to a doctor named Dumont. Victor realises that hes not an EO after all using his intelligence and knowledge of EO's. The doctor reveals EON has kidnapped his family and are using them as hostaes to draw him out, Victor escapes with Dumont (Dumont is a bit surprised that Victor didnt kill him. As Victor says. Their was no need to do it. He only kills people if he deems it neccessary). So Dumont shows him how to get out but reveals they'll hurt his family if they find out he helped him...so Victor has him "kidnapped" and leaves him tied to the wheel parked somewhere so they wont know a thing in a Pet the Dog moment.
Anyway Victor is captured by Stell who reveals theyve released Eli to hunt a new Serial Killer EO named Marcella with the power to rot stuff. Anyway Dominic breaks him out and Victor decides to go after Eli. Victor knows he'll escape and Eli is his responsibility, he created him as a badguy so its his responibilty to put him down because of the sheer damage it would cause. Anyway June, a shapeshifter second-in-command of Marcella warns Victor that Marcella intends to kill Sydney. Anyway Eli engages Marcella while Victor ends up fighting her other co-dragon and force field user Johnathan. Victor knows that if he kills Johnthan it means Marcella is finished but since she threathend Sydney well.. He overloads Johnthan and Eli tricks Marcella into her own defeat.
Anyway Eli is kidapppned by an asshole mad sceintist named Hafferty, who reveals hes created a serum which cures eo abilties for a temporary period, ke kidnaps Victor and uses it on him which also cures his sezires. Eli wakes up and kills Hafferty, and duels Victor. Victor doesnt stand a chance in a fight like this since without their powers : Eli is a strong 22 year old college quarterback build while Victor is thanks to the mutiple dyings a sickly 37 year old. Though he holds his own and before Eli is going to finish him off, Sydneny kills him, saving Victor.
Victor says goodbeye as he know needs to go on thr run for now and wants to keep her and Mitch safe. He'll experiment with the forumla to try and replicate it and cure himself but before that he has Stell and leaves a Catch Me If You Can note to the Eon corportaion. And thats how we end for now. The author has said a continuition is up in the air. In essence, who knows?
Magnificent ?
Naturally. Victor is sauve, polite and just cool. Dude dresses in cool black leather outfits and owns. He has this natural swagger to him desoite his coldness and can be quite the snarker. He's very polite and reserved, rarely raising his voice, doesnt indulge in sadism or needless violence, viewing it as wasteful.
And as a planner. Victor is great. He pulls a ten year long plan to escape using patience and carful planning. Upon disovering Eli's hobbies hes able to dtermine how to totally destroy everything hes built. He's even prepared to die for his goals as hes that much of a determinater. The sequel has more issues pop up but Victor still goes through them like a champ, moving past his pain to find a solution even pulling some great moves of brilliance like figuring out how to beat Johnathan and saving Dumont.
While he comes close to losing in the end its becuase hes outmuscled rather then outwitted and even then it was after a stressful fight and without his powers. So Im willing to give him some leeway their especially as he bounces back later to declare outright

A Serial Killer who rivals Jack the ripper himself in Infamy. His handiwork is first discovered by Lestrade who comes across a body of a man named Jeremiah Goose whose been killed and literally has had face peeled off by his attacker. Another murder takes place and a witness , terrified out of her mind , says the victim was a peeler (policeman). Soon four victims are dead.
Anyway a group of cheerleaders
- The Evil Queen: Everly Morrow after a torrent of ill and abuses from others as well as love for her sister decides to embrace her title as the legendary Evil Queen. Everly takes over the kingdom of Sevhun as its new queen after killing her husband who forced her into marriage and exiles the deceased king's daughter princess Farrah, later foiling Farrah's attempts to usurp her and runs circles around her. After being captured, Everly bonds with Farrah's brother Roth and plots to escape, all the while using her Adorable Evil Minions to spy on things for her plans. Eventually escaping using said minions to cut off the fingers off one of her jailers, Everly manages to outwit Farrah and has her sealed forever into a glass coffin where she'll end up having to experience her crimes over and over again. Everly ends the book as the only antagonist on top, having left the others in the dust and now gains tremendous powers as well as both a marriage to Roth and control of the kingdom.
- Parallel Worlds: John Metclaf from "The Tragedy of John Metclaf" by Yudhanjaya Wijeratne: Metclaf, is an assassin magician known for pulling off skilled hits for the organisation known as Management. Feeling guilt over his crimes over the years, Metclaf eventually swaps places with a version of himself from an alternate world to avoid capture and decides to use this second chance to atone, leaving his alternate version to die at the hands of his captors in his place. Who is Dr Hieronymus Mabuse/ Dr Johann Faustus ?
Mabuse is envisioned here as Faustus of Christopher Marlow fame. After being dragged to hell, he made convinced devil that if he were to release him, he would use his intelligence and would act his emissary. Like how Jesus was to God, he would be to the devil and outlined his plan to him. Faust was rendered immortal and set to work.
Now centuries have passed, and Faustus under the alias of Mabuse has befriended Holmes acting as his Watson. Mabuse wants to being down Moroiarty in order to consolidate his empire. So figured the best way was to befriend Holmes and act as his friend, manipulating him into helping dismantle Moriarty's empire.
Who is Antonio Riaz?
The man with the greatest claim to being Horatio Caine's Arch-Enemy, Riaz is the first leader of the Mala Noche cartel that the csi's encounter and the worst.
Before his first appearnce, Riaz under an alias befriended Caine's wife Marisol (whose also Eric delko's sister) during her cancer treatments. Using her to sell his supply to the sick patients for profit as well as gaining information about the police.
Debuting in season 4's penultimate episode "Rampage", Riaz appears to turn states evidence against a Mala Noche member who was captured in a previous episode named Rafeal. Instead when Riaz is given the empty gun , he tosses it to a waiting noche member with bullets who shoots up the courtroom while he and rafeal escape. Riaz needed him for his latest job, intending a very large shipment of heroin into the usa. Anyway the two separate and Riaz orders a hit on Caine's wife Marisol as a way to pay him back for meddling in his drug and gangster business. He sends assassin Memmo Fiero to have her sniped and then launches a blockade to stop them getting to the hospital. Caine beats them and off and Fiero goes on the run. Marisol sadly doesn't make it and Rafeal and Fierro are apprehended with Fierro confessing that it was Riaz who set it up.
Anyway next appearnce, season 4's finale "One of Us", Riaz has one of his men booby trap a crime scence with a grenade, blowing up minor recurring character Officer Jessup in order to spite Caine who hes gained a rivalry with. Caine confronts Riaz on the phone with Riaz revealing he intends to rain fireball over Miami and taunts him to stop him. Riaz has gotten a rocket launcher from an arms dealer and now plans to blow up a commercial plane, killing what would be hundreds. Delko and Caine stop him by shooting him in the knee as hes on the floor, he tells Caine that if he doesn't kill him right now, he'll dedicate himself to hurting him even more. Caine shows him mercy and hands him over to the police. Where Riaz turns states defendant and gives them information on other terrorist organisations, in return for them letting him go back to Brazil. Delko and Caine follow.
In Season 5's premiere "Rio", Riaz flaunts his newfound freedom into Caine's face. Riaz has taken Caine's brother Raymond and his nephew Raymond Jr. and added them to his cartel in the favelos. Riaz is forcing teenage boys and having them ingest heroine pellets in order to smuggle it into the us. A few have died as a result, not that he cares. Anyway now that Caine is in Rio, he hits his grand spiteful revenge against Caine (He did say he'd make him suffer if he didn't kill him then...). He forces Raymond Jr. into being one of his mules by threatening his father...only to then beat him to death anyway and not inform the boy. Hanging his father's life over the boy when hes already dead. Caine and Delko chase him to find Ray Jr. and eventually duel Riaz in a knife fight where Caine kills him, ending him for good.

Mitigating factors?
Nah he doesnt care about his men. He only broke out Rafeal since he needed him for the big shipment and when hes recaptured doesnt even react. The two have a purely business relationship and barely interact. When his men are killed or arrested, dude doesnt even care.
He's a stone-cold spiteful sociopath.
'Heinous standard?
One of the verse' all time worst. Mala Noche as awhole are pretty vile but off them, Riaz is the worst by a long mile. Attempted mass murderer of hundreds, uses teenage boys as his drug mules even if they die as well as the pure spiteful personal villany he unleashes. Killing Caine's wife out of spite, rigging a crime scence just so one of of his men die, turning caine's brother and nephew into his patsys and then beating caine's brother to death and using that to manipulate his nephew. All while hes already dead. He's one of the most personal villains in the entire franchise.

Magnificent ?
Selina is a skilled fighter and thief. She pulls off expert Robberies and has lucius and the cops more or less guessing the entire time, all in order to secure a spot in arkham on purpose. She also knows all off the league's activties and techniques and has prepared in advance to counter them. Selina is also a great fighter using intelligent tricks to defeat her enemies and plays Lucius, Ivy and Harley into getting what she wants. Uses joker as a way to get a solid army agsint the league before backstabbing him, she is on top of things the entire book.
She's a very calm and seductive character. Having everyone fooled into thinking shes a Dumb Blonde in her civilian disguise well being an intelligent, sauve villain in truth.
Bastard ? Too much?
Selina is a skilled thief whose more ruthless then normal , being willing to kill and even killing an innoncet scientist under Nyssa's orders as well as breaking Tigris spine in order to win and spring joker from prison despite the chaos. Yet none of this doesnt serve a purpse, this is all for her sister who she adores. She's honours Tigris in death despite them being rivals, she hands joker in and she does care about harley, Ivy and lucius even if she started playing them.
And honestly compared to more creepy and gross stuff that other dc icon villains do , shes fairly tame in comparison. Ruthless but not the worst.
Anyway at age 17, Lira is helping her cousin Kahlil (the two have supriosnally bonded through mutual grief and become close) with her first prince hunt, when her mother the sea queen finds out that she dared help someone, she has her life threatened and orders her to bring her the heart of a sailor. Anyway Lira while trying to get said sailor whose eileen, ends up having to defend him from a mermaid who tried to steal it first and ends up having to kill the mermiad only for eilenn to get away. This pisses off the queen that she let a "filthy human" get away (their is also the mermaid death but the sea queen outright calls them trash and lowly things, she just views the idea that Lira would even kill a trash piece to accidentally save a human as worse). She orders Lira stripped of her powers and turned human, she can only come back if she were to kill a prince and take his heart without her powers. Anyway Lira ends up bobbing to the surface where a few days later shes found by eileen whose set off to find the other eye of keto which can be used to destroy the queen and end the war. Anyway the two bond over the book, and Lira begins to plot to create peace between humans and sirenkind. This could only be achieved by usurping her mother and taking over which the eye of keto could give her. Anyway the queen asks Lira to change plans, she wants the second eye of keto, with both, she'll be able to outright genocide the entirety of mankind well waring her what will happen if she were to fail her....
Anyway Lira and eileen gain the eye of keto and Lira confronts her mother who reveals her first plan with it is to sink the island that the eye is located, killing hundreds of people ("killing" a kingdom. Get it)

“I knew you were weak,” she says. “But I never realized the extent of it. The heir to the sea kingdom of Keto, who I had to beat into brutality. Who would sooner see a young prince drown than rip out his heart while it still beat. Who cried while she murdered my sister.”
At the mention of Crestell, my chest heaves. The Sea Queen looks at me like I am a pitiful thing, no more her daughter than any other creature in her dominion. The complete opposite to the way Crestell had looked at Kahlia when she saved her life.
“I thought I clawed it out of you,” the Sea Queen says. “Yet look how much survived. Like a plague, this humanity infected you long before I stole your fins.”
“I’ll take that as a compliment,” I say. “You wanted me to learn a lesson through this punishment and I have. I know that the prince isn’t my enemy. In fact, he’s just a more honorable version of me.” I stare into her stone- glazed eyes. “And in another life, if I ever had a choice about who to be, maybe I would have been like him.”
“Enough!” she demands. “You will give me what’s mine before I kill you.”
“No,” I say. “I think first I’ll take what’s mine.”
Anyway The queen sics her minions on them and forces eilen to chose between saving lira and going after her
Anyway Lira gains the eye and its power with help from eilen and tells the queen's army of sirens that under her their wold be peace, no more bloodshed, carnage over this feud that strteches back before any of them were born, that under her like Crestell said things will be better. Kahlil helps rally them and they al defect, in a rage the queen uses her powers to try and boil the ocean to kill them all and unleahes her second-incoammand/pet flesh-eater n eilen. Eileen kills it after Lira gives her mother a last chance to stop and repent, she rejects it. Lira uses her powers to create a cyclon to rip her to pieces and forges a new peace with humanity.
You could argue that she comes from a society which has been at war so may not know any better. Thing is their isnt a single siren in her army as bad as her. The others think their doing this to protect themselves and avenge their goddess, she's doing this for power and because she finds it fun even her own sister was a genunily much better person. Its her thats warped society like this and she outright rejects any chance to be better like the rest of her subjets do. She's ultimately vain, sadistic monster eho does sadistic acts for the pleasure involved and she is the one whose turned this war outright genocidal.
Other mitigating factors?
Nothing that holds up.
She will drill into her subjects as shes hurting them occasionally that this is war is for the death of the goddess keto, making them think their doing something good and deserve to be punished. Thing is thats a lie, shes doing this for power and is revealed to have turned this war genocidal for fun. She also plans to use the eyes of the goddess to bend all of sirenkind to her will permanently, in an act against the will of their creator. She just uses it as a way to bully and indoctrine people.
She cares nothing for her own kind, she feels all of their deaths but just shrugs it off. She constantly abuses he daughter and treats her like trash, she kills her own subjects if they display anything resembling care, she tried to force her daughter to murder her cousin (and the queen's niece) and was fine when her sister dying, even clapping and smiling as her death happened. Even her daughter killing a mermiad accidentally was her reacting out of rage that she let a human go instead of one of her subjects dying. She literally calls mermiads trash and lowly things.
As far as her second in command the flesh eater goes. He's just a pet and tool which she appenrlty mates with sometimes..... She doesnt even emote when he dies.
She is also a bitter monster even to the end, rejecting redemption.
Heinous standard?
Lets see here. Attempted genocide, culling of your own species if they feel an ounce of empathy, being a horrfically bad parent, aunt and sister and being behind hundreds of deaths on the ocean. Plus her final scheme to destroy humanity begnning with killing thousands in her attempt to sink the island. Easily bad enough

Who is Superintendent Decker
Decker is the small town police chief in charge of a small ohio town in the wilderness which takes tourists and appears to be a strict but reasonble boss. In truth, Decker is a Serial Killer, Decker belives that the idea of taking a human life is ultimatley as fun as indulging in video game cruelty and views the idea of the game to be fun. Over the years, Decker hunts hikers off all ages, having rigged their trails to stir them off into the dangerous parts with him chasing them in a monster custom outifgted with knives and stirring them into territory where they will die due to exhasution and the hostile elements which lead to implament or drowning or etc.. Decker does this as a precaution since it means his killings would be written off as just the wilderness and has his missing cases sent to his officers who he pits agsint each other to ensure they dont catch onto it being much higher then normal, Decker has sixty victims at the start of the novel confirmed with him boasting off more since hes being doing this alot longer then even when he first became police chief here.
Now anyway, a police officer named carla has finally figured out something is amiss, after the latest disapperance so begins to investiagte, Decker in the meantime hunts the friends of eileen whove come to resuce her. Chasing one guy to his death via falling into a pit and leading another to be stabbed to death in the throat due to the spiked parts of the forest. He also sets a false lead to carla of a guy he framed who they go to but due to the guys mental illness, he panics and kills himself. One of the rescuers disovers his cabin, he ends up chasing and injuring before leaving her to die in the woods.
Anyway Carla figures out that his attempted pasty was too short to properly fit in the costume he left as a plant, he then starts to threath that hell ruin her life by adding child pornograpy to her husbands computer among other stuff before going into his life phislphy.
Carla frowned, and Decker chuckled at her expression.
“They build a rollercoaster with no end and watch as the patrons sail across the screen before crashing in a ball of fire. They build a lion enclosure in their zoo then delete the fence and watch the visitors be mauled. You send your avatar to go swimming in a pool then build a wall around it and watch them drown. When the game creators added those features, they were intended as a punishment. You did something wrong, and now people are dead, how horrible. But the kids playing the game don’t see it as a punishment. It’s a challenge. How many creative ways can you kill those simulated humans?”
She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. “This is a game to you?”
“No. It’s basic human nature. Remove our inhibitions—remove consequences—and we want to watch someone die. If you can get over the squeamishness, it’s surprisingly satisfying. Carla realised before she came here that he wasnt going to stop and even if they did use the testimony of the camper he attacked, shes so drowzy that thye would argue it was unreliable.

Anyway Madoc is more tilted towards war and it's nature die to being a redcap since in this series they favour bloodshed. Hes grown bored of eldred's stagnant and old reign and wishes to now take over and rule as a conquering king. Unfortunately thanks to his vow to the crown, he can't make a direct move. So plots with balekin to usurp it. Anyway Madoc sets it up perfectly, the doors are locked, guards are posted in bigger numbers but not to the extant if raising attention. And then when the crown comes off eldred's head to crown his favored son dain, Balekin walks in and with h in takes control. Trying to force eldred to give it to balekin and what leads to the massacre of the rest of edldreds kids expect Cardan. Balekin thinks madoc is a loyal puppet. He's wrong.
In reality Madocs youngest son oak is actually prince dain's son. Dain had attempted to have his pregnant lover poisoned as he has heard that his son would be his undoing. Well the mother died, her friend removed the baby and was able to keep him alive. She later married Madoc as his second wife . With madoc releasing that the kid, Oak would allow him a puppet King as a descendant of mab to allow him rule (No more second Fiddle), though he did grow to legitimately care for the boy. He even personally kills dain in the massacre that balekin starts specifically for the fact he dared nearly kill oak. It would also allow Jim to be the one in charge, not balekin.
Anyway Jude is able to get Oak to crown Cardan as king destroying both balekin and Madocs ambitions and she defated him by poisoning him while they were having a meal (its just a knock out drug. She wasnt going to actually kill him since he is at the end of her day, her father).
Anyway next book, Wicked King, Madoc is now once again bound by the crown so cant directly fight against it. So after cardan gets poisoned by Balekin he gets an idea due to the close bond between Jude and Cardan. He sends Jude's twin sister Tayrn and has her convince Cardan to allow him to both be free of his vows as well as get half of the army. Going into exile and having convinced Grimsen (THE BLACKSMITH WHO CREATED THE CROWN TO HELP HIM)
Anyway final book Queen of nothing, After Taryn kills her abusive husband (Both jude and Madoc told her not to marry that creep but she didnt listen to them), she sends Jude in her place as the lie detectors they'll use to determine if she did kill him wont work on her. Madoc though arranges a rescue mission to save his daughter who he thought was Taryn. He is able to sneak in and rescue her and the two enjoy a genuine. Anyway her friends comes to save her (though hes cloaked so none notices its him and hes quiet around madoc). Madoc reveals he figured out it was Jude the two duel, Jude is injured and Madoc gives care to her to the rest of the heroes so she can get medical attetnion.
Jude having sneaked into his chambers beforehand noticed a note which seems to imply that he plans to use his assaain to assassinate Cardan. She races their after being healed and...finds him fine. You see it was a plant. Madoc sent the assain to hit Queen Orlagh of the undersea with a debailting posion to put her under his thumb. This would force her daughter Nicassia whose cardans friend to not get involved in helping cardan and force them to fight for him. Which would now have him them outnumbered.
Anyway as part of a temporary negotaion, Madoc reveals to Cardan that he wishes the best of elfhame and believes cardan to be weak. He challenges him to prove that the people respect him more, this sort of sets off Cardan who does want to prove himself so he breaks the crown to prove that yes that crown is nothing comapred to the peoples will. Unfornutely its cursed so turns him into a ginat snake monster which threathens the kingdom and runs off.
Madoc and Jude join forces with Jude eventually using the power of the land as one of its monarchs to defeat the snake. After being killed from it, Cardan emerges from it and with both armies bowing to Jude and cardan as their new monarchs showing the people really are on their side. Madoc himself bows and takes his defeat and exile quite gracefully, being genuinely proud of his daughter for showing her stuff and beating him.
'Mageficne ?
Why yes. Hes a worldy, general type with a knack for the arts and philosophy. You dont see that archetype very often. His mind is always trying to find a way to outplay someone having turned the tables on Balkin who thought he could control him. Using a very small window to free himself from the vows to the crown. And more importanlty totally disabling any way cardan could have fought back. He would have won too if it weren't for the giant snake forcing an Enemy Mine and even then he knows when to fold and acknowledge hes lost and bow out gracefully to his daughter

Madoc is bad I wont lie to you. Hes a warmongerer who lives for battle and glory and desires to put himself on top and he did murder his wife but being fair that was a heat of the moment after they tried to kill him after he legit just came to talk. And he adopted her kids out of his sense of honor and legit does love them. He was also revolted by Dain poising his pregnat wife and well he did help Balekin with the coup. The actual massacre of balekins family was carried out by balekin with Madoc only really killing Dain because of what he did to Oak. The rest was all Balekin. He also genunily belives hes best for Elfhame and that he could lead it into a golden age and when he sees the people view cardan and jude as better, bows out gracefully. Compare to a monster like Blakin who targets civilains on and cares nothing for his family, the pragmatic and wie Madoc comes out far better.

. The protagonist is such a fucking moron compared to Gillespie house and Ashburn house that I want to hit my head. The house has blood on the walls, noises, every family to ever visits it has died, she gets visions of the dead victims and she finds a tape which shows a wife killing her husband and then.
The woman knelt on the wooden floor and placed the axe ahead of her. She seemed to be arranging it carefully with the wooden handle pointing towards herself and the sharp blade aimed at the ceiling. Once she was satisfied, Sal rose to her feet and disappeared from view. When she returned, she was carrying a wicker chair, which she placed a few feet behind the axe.
Sal then climbed onto the chair. She stood tall, head held high, and began to tilt forward.
Mara realised what Sal had planned, but was incapable of looking away. The woman fell in a smooth arc towards the waiting axe’s blade. A millisecond before impact, the screen cut to static.
(Seriously what more do you want to admit the house is haunted? She refuses to accept that after all this.Including seeing a literal scence of someone decapitationg themselves.)
Anyway after a while she eventually accepts it and brings in some seance dudes who discover that Victor has left several cords throughout his victims making him a puppet master who feeds of them. Anyway Victor since hes had enough. Posses her boyfriend and tries to kill her (with him able to fight him off enough to give her a shot), she discovers his weakspot though due to her own powers. By collecting light energy and forcing it through the Same cords Victor feeds off. It overloads and Victor is destroyed. Allowing his victims peace and to leave.

Anyway the ring is smashed but Adam discovers the people that the ring supplied to with money and gets greedy since he's now retired and hence a cviialin. He recreates concubine and begins kidnapping young collge girls before beating them and leaving them in horrific conditions tied up and threatening their families (8 over a period of 2 months). When one of the girls, a sailor fights back. He executes her personally in front of the others to make an example of her.
The death of this sailor alerts NCIS. Bishop calls Adam and Daisy to discuss but Adam leaves since he says that he has retired from there. Daisy phones Bishop to explain that She is following the money trial to try and catch these guys. Only for Adam to kill her, he them gives Bishop a fake trail to throw her off the scent.
Anyway they get help from the creator of the GPS and track the girls to the docks where they take out the guards and save them. They mention the leader though spoke English and also discover that the gun that killed daisy and the sailor are the same but don't match from the guards.
Anyway elle figured out though adam had given her a fake data and that he was the new leader of concubine. He draws on her and tries to kill her but she shoots him in the shoulder and he's arrested and taken away.
Meh he's a greedy basatrd. Nothing more.

Who is Eleanor Ashburn?
A sociopath from the day she was born, Eleanor would bully her twin sister Edith even from the age of three and at age four spent her time killing baby chicks and torturing her sister by pricking her with pins. If she belived she has superstwtngth during the full moon or that anyone she killed she in turn would recieve their years that they would have loved naturally. These came with drawbacks though sunlight would weaken her, any pictures of her would weaken her Nd make her lose her power and any light from candles would deflect her powers back.
At the age of six she tried to drown a neighbourhood child before her father stopped her and stopped her. After this he made sure that she couldn't leave the house, the next two years where ahe nightmare. She would could constantly terrorise her family and drive them crazy. She eventually gained enough power at 8 to murder them. She took a hatchet and brutally killed them. Cutting out her mother's jaw, stabbing her father and cutting our his heart, removing limbs from her aunt and uncle. pure horrendous slaughter. Her mother was able to save edith who used the photographs and candles to weaken Eleanor before killing her.
Edit eventually returned to the town at 18, her sister revived from the grave (every person she kills, she gains their yeArs remember with the presence of a blood relative causing her to rise again using those years), edith tried to talk her down but Eleanor as a prick decided to kill her and take her place. Only for Edith to defeat her using bed weaknesses to burn her to dust.She then reburied the body and to ensure that he'd wicked sister could never rise again. Did this very night, she would light a candle and shine it on a photograph of her sister, preventing her resurrection, unfortunately due to killing four people her sister had bought at minimum around 160 years of living. So it contained for 80 years to ensure her sister could not be unleashed on the world.
Anyway Edith eventually passed on after 80 years and have her great great grandniece Adrienne take over. Eleanor discovers on the first night that the candle ceremony hAndy been performed to stop her so she mind rapes and drives to madness a friend of Adrienes whose weak willed into digging her out. She then begins to stalk and terrorise Adrienne, mocking her with her creepy face and taunting beflreI trying to kill her. Only stopped by Adrienne locking herself in and waiting for dawn which hurts Eleanor. During dawn she discovers a secret passage where the ghost of Edith reveals the truth. Adrienne tries to reach out to Eleanor who promptly shuts that down and the tries to kill her with sadistic glee only for adriennes badass cat to attack her taking our her eyes. She then summons marrion to help her but adrienne defeats her and then uses fire to destroy her before taking up the mantle of ensuring this monster will never rise again along with edith's ghost. The book ends with the two lighting the candle while she draws a picture from Edith.

Oh yeah. Think of it as a quality over quantity one. For someone who has a power or two. She tried to drown a kid, brutally murders her family in a horrific and bloody way all at the age of eight. Terrorise her sister andand niece. Drives a woman to madness. She also has a shit ton of weakness like photographs and candles which hinder her but still makes it in sheer personal bite. Anyway a decade or two before Elle, the five year old daughter of the newest Gillespie house members met Genevieve whose been trapped on the earthly plane due to her father. She rather bravely tried to defeat him only for him to brutally kill her.
Anyway elle in the present whose been receiving visions and flashbacks from Geneive (whicj is were all the above stuff came from btw) meets her and two go up against Johnagon whose now a rotting corpse who tries to brutally kill her determined to spite his daughter. Toghter they gather enough strength to smash his skull in, destroying him and allowing Genevive peace and giving Jhnaton justice.
No. You see normally being walled alive would be a pretty good fe. Jonathon though was an abusive bastard and murdered BEFORE that happened who was slowly killing his kids. It's treated as an act of self defence. Also if he's so mad at Genevieve for killing him uh,.....why does he kill most of his children w/o don't have anything to do with it or cowardly wait till she's in her 80's and couldn't properly defend herself. Hes just a scumbag who had it commning and that's what it's treated like in universe.

He doesn't talk in his zombie form but Geneive reveals that that he does know what he's doing and is very malicious and more importantly we get flashbacks to when he was alive where he speaks quite often showing his cold, cruel personality.

This dude is horrific. He abuses and starves his children in horrific ways. Before unleashing a plague which mutitlates them as young as four. Hes got dozens of victims mostly kids. So yeah for a horror baseline. Easy pass.
market wherein he'll be able to dictate who gets them as a way to purge the world of any he views as scum (You know poor people) as part of a survival of the fittest mantra if you will. Waverly even killed a researcher who discovered a way to create cheap artificial/organic organ hybrids as a way to eliminate the problems of organ transplants and provide a cheap solution which could help even the poor. Waverly said nah to that as it would sst up his profits and killed the dude setting it up as a suicide.
To do this Waverly experiments on the homeless with and then cuts them up to test the organ succeed rate, the first five we're at least done under anaesthia (force of habit. As Waverly loves his work but not the people involved so knocked then out to prevent them struggling from his knife work) but the sixth wasn't and he got sloppy and cocky causing her to bleed out painfully.
Anyway when Eve is sent in the case, Waverly hatches a plan to totally destroy her. He has a rival if hers who hates her and has her assigned to the case using his connections. The two fight and W Averly later has his pet droid drug her and then kill her by breaking every single bone in her body one by one..... journAls from her implicating Eve in fake crimes are planted. This results in her getting suspended and sent from the case as well slowly falling apart due to sheer pressure. Waverly then he threatened the new locoe officer that he would murder his five year old son and the dudes pregnant wife ifo hd didn't do what he said. Like snuck in well the dude was away. Took pictures of his goon w/o t the kid and then sent it to him. Wasn't an idle threat....
Anyway after spending the book getting over her issues since Waverly really put a numberoved her, Eve gets help from her Louise to find out info on the various doctors that are on their suspect list. Louise discovers Waverly's files but his nurse tries to bludgeon her to death. Waverly then decided to cut out lose ends murdering one of his partners who'd had second thoughts and then killing the nurse after Louise wakes up from her coma and identifies her as her attacker.
Waverly then rushes to the hospital to kill Louise (whose the wife of his applet close friend Cagney btw) and holds her hostage planning to remorselesy kill her(and then dispose of the body) despite the fact he admits it would probably destroy his friend Cagney but then shrugs it off because we'll sacrifices are to be expected sometimes(scumbag) and uses her as a shield against eve. Anyway he know goes on and on on how he'll be able to with the help of the state senator whose in his pocket, he'll be ableable to personally chose a no gets itit and take it nation wide, forgoing the world into his own image (and getting lots of profit). Anyway after this gloating session, Eve disarms Waverly with him collapsing into a crying heap with all his plans gone. They say that he's such a cowardly prick when the
Anyway Holmes is vacationing in London during the first book (stalking jack the ripper) when he comes across Nathaniel Wadsworh (Aubrey's brother) when he discovers him ranting about prostitutes and the diseAses they bring as his mother had died of illness. He senses a dark urge in him and decides he plans to transform him into a monstrous like him. Nathaniel plans to use the organs from the people that Holmes kills (these are Jack the rpper murders btw. Holmes is jack) in order to try and resurrect his dead mother. On board a ship where Harry Houdini is framed for murder during the third book Hunting Houdini. During those murders he mutilated a random woman during the chaos and a mocking note is sent to Aubrey indicating the Ripper lives.

Anyway upon discovering their, they discover that despite many disappearances theirs been no bodies found their oddly. They meet the sweet Minnie and her apparently loving husband Henry who introduced them to their hotel. (Yeah....).
Anyway Thomas and Aubrey's uncle are poisoned in the hotel with arsenic and Aubrey rushes them to help, now figuring out it was Henry (who is Holmes btw if you haven't guessed). She comes to the hotel and he gasses her and knocks her our before taking her to his basement where he tries to corrupt her (His wife Minnie was disposed off and tortured to death. Their now in his basement with dozens of corpses).
He tries to corrupt her and edge her onto violence
My grip tightened on my found blade, which only seemed to delight him more. Thomas had been correct—he’d coveted me. He’d been savoring the idea of this encounter for months. He wanted to draw this out for as long as he could before his knives tasted my blood.

He tries to egg her into evil and when she says no while then he prepares to kill her. She fights back with everything she has and is able to overpower him with the help of Thomas. She stabs him in the legs and is about to finish him but stops as it would rob his victims of the justice of a trial and instead carts him off to prison.
Though in a dark irony, Holmes gets his fame by confessing roto the hotel murders immortalizing himself in infany forever.

No he's a sociopath and self-admitted one. Their is nothing good about the dude at all.
Only thing is despite being the Overarching Villain he's only in person in a few chapters near the end of the last book but he males up for it in having sheer eloquence and a really surprising large amount of characterization.

Dracula has gotten bored off Translyvania, the land does feed his hunger but he wants more. So after the business of screwing with Jonathon Harker, he decides to conquer England due to the empire it would allow him control ov sSeri er 1/3rd of the world under his vampiric control. Through this he uses his powers to corrupt Lucy Wsterna and Renfeld from across the Atlantic to turn them into harbingers when he gets there due to them being well....of the weak minded that their highly suspictible to him.
Anyway he's recruited some of his followers to transport him onboard the Demeter with the fifty boxes of earth from his homeland. Now the current voyage is going well, untill he smells female menstrual blood from Ekaterina. He uh becomes overwhelmed with lust at the idea of an actual female onboard that he can simply not help himself and turns into most to escape. He comes across a random sailor in his mist form and enters through his nostrils, flowing into his lungs through his heart and all across the man's circulatory system in an executing process. He then reforms into human form, blowing up the dude from the inside (This is uh unique.....).
Anyway he bites Ekaterina which allows him to start to corrupt her and bend her to his creepy whimes. Harrington finds her and he's interrupted and tries to recuperate her. Anyway Drac is patient, he would love to just kill the entire crew and size her but he doesn't know how to sail so that would doom him. So he needs to wait till their closer, that said he's kinda a dick and is bored of the prendre of a random sailor snoring at his cabin hold SO uses his powers to summon a deadly storm (calculated go be just enough to keep everyone on their toes but not actually sink it). Anyway as they get closer he starts to pick of the few dozen crew onboard and dumps their bodies overboard. Including one sad case of a man who'd come onboard as he wanted to see his father who was dying for the last time as well as his pregnant daughter give birth.
When the first mate comes to the hold in search of the vampire as the cast have becomes suspicious, he unleashes venous sliders on the man who slowly suck him dry and then cocoon him. Anyway he finds Ekaterina and fully bends her to his will, mind controlling her into sleeping with him and then transforming her fully into a vampire.
Harrington decided to take on Dracula in the hold, he has a fire starter and is fine with burning the ship down if it means To stop this minster. The two engage and Drac turns into a wolf. Harrington gets in some good knocks but he's just sadly outclassed. Drac brings him to his knees and then forces a mind controlled Ekaterina to strangle him to death while he sees. Forcing him to watch his own love interest kill him. He then dumps the body overboard.
Anyway now against the captain Niklov. The two fight with Niklov using his rosary to beat them back but he becomes to scared despite wanting to save the girl and runs.
Dracula well decides that well things gave run their course with Ekaterina.
“Am I dying?” she asked, struggling for breath. Dracula smiled in spite of himself. “You are already dead. You are beyond death.” “But I feel like I’m dying.” “The cross,” he said, “left atop your box all day, prevented your wounds healing.” “Will I heal now?” “In time. Were I to allow it.” She gasped against the pain, holding him tightly. “I do not understand.” “You are a delectable little toy.” The vampire smiled cruelly. “But I have many plans for when this ship reaches England. None of which include you.” “I love you. I am yours.” Dracula chuckled, then roared with laughter. He set her bare feet upon the deck and, supporting her weight, stood her against the pinrail. “Companionship… a pleasure, but always a fleeting one.” Anger flashed in her eyes driving the pain, temporarily, from them. She grabbed the rail to brace herself. “You don’t want me?” “I cannot use you. Still, to show you that I too can love, I offer you something I have never offered another in all these many centuries…” Breathless anticipation took over, the wounded vampiress was wide-eyed. “You offer?” “My pity.” He stroked her hair, watching the anger flash in her eyes, and allowed his hand to trail to the nape of her neck. “And a second, even more rare gift… my mercy.” He snatched her throat with lightning speed. (So quickly she hadn’t even time to gasp). “I shall not miss you,” Dracula told her. “But I will most certainly remember you.” Showing neither hesitation nor emotion, he lifted her off the deck and snapped her neck. Her lithe body went limp as a rag doll. Her face was still alive, her eyes blinking, her protruding tongue lolling to one side, a stuttering gasp escaping her lips in an unsuccessful attempt to talk – or perhaps to scream. He grabbed a handful of her flowing dress with his free hand, bunched it at her knees and lifted her over the gunwale. Then he dangled her above the churning North Sea like a goose in a shop window. “We are undead,” he told her. “We cannot die. But we can be destroyed. Anyway he finds Niklov bundled in a corner.

Anyway Drac vampirizes Nilovic and forced hhim on the ships wheel to carry them the last way with him lashed on the whell. He kills him when they reach shore and Drac takes his leave with renfeld and Lucy. Totally victorious. At least till tHe gets staked by van helsing in the novel proper. But hey victories are fleeting.
In a work that's an interquel to the original novel. Nah.
Other redeeming qualities?
Nothing for the most part execute a few weird passages I want to bring to your attention.
And now a new feeling! The recent revelation of a woman aboard the vessel had aroused in him… something he had not felt or thought of in generations. An image of his wives, behind at Castle Dracula, flashed in his mind and the words of one in particular, spoken recently in spite, echoed in his ears… He’d just returned to the castle with their… sustenance. He threw the bag upon the floor where a gasp and low wail escaped as it writhed with its living contents. Angry as he was, Dracula paid it no further attention. He found them – all three of his women – in a room they did not belong, doing that which he had forbidden; closing in on Harker, intent upon drinking his blood. He’d stopped them, of course, denying their hoped-for kisses. Then Marishka, his fair-haired treasure, with her usual laugh of ribald coquetry, leveled her accusation. “You yourself never loved. You never love!” The others joined her, filling the room with their mirthless laughter. Gorgeous, ageless maidens, soulless fiends, taking pleasure in his pain. But he had loved and told them so. Long ago and far away, he had loved – deeply. Before that love, leading to that love, he had lusted. Now, starving for life-giving blood, insanely lusting for the female creature here and now aboard the ship, he knew these were not dreams (for vampires do not dream). They were all-consuming desires. In his box, in the dark of the forehold, Dracula felt the overwhelming, undeniable ache… For, indeed, one lust fed another.
Now this is interesting admirably. But it's also said in connection to him desiring to corrupt and sexually assault a random women out of naked lust while already expanding his tastes to mina harker and Lucy. There are implications in the novel that they may also have started off like Ekaterina where he twisted them to his will. It's just lust, not love plain and simple. He never speaks of them with genuine love and even admits that relationships are a pleasure he grows bored of them after awihle as showed by the final fate of Ekaterina.
Heinous standard?
Lots of nasty gruesome murders over and entire Crew. Plus the sheDr cruelty of what he pulled in Ekaterina, Harrington and Niklov easily plummets him over the baseline.
Conclusion?
Hes a keeper in my book.
W Ho is The Erl King
A monstrous green tree-person dude. The Erl King lives in the forest where he seems like this enchanting dude and nice guy. In reality he's a huge creeper. He charms women who enter the forest into conning to him where he then seduces or rapes them before branding them with his seering claws on their throat. Or after he's grown tired of them, after seducing them, he then does the whole hand on the throat thing and marks them. He then transforms them into songbirds who he keeps caged. Where they'll be miserable forever. Their voices silenced forever. With him having dozens of cages of them.
Anyway the protagonist is charmed by him to the point they sleep together before he starts to abuse her with her marked. She then realises that when he grows bored of her he intends to get rid off her like he normally does and turn her into another part of his collection. She though outwits him by well he's sleeping, strangling him to death with his own long hair which undies his spell and frees his victims.
Uh none given. He can think pretty human like. Avoiding blue and orange morality concerns..
We don't learn much about where he came from barring this :
Even the homely wood blewits , that you cook like tripe, with milk and onions, and the egg-yolk yellow chanterelle with its fan-vaulting and faint scent of apricots, all spring up overnight like bubbles of earth, unsustained by nature, existing in a void. And I could believe that it has been the same with him; he came alive from the desire of the woods.
Which is a speculation on the narrator's part and even true their is no indication of agency issues or that being of the forest somehow means being evil.

He doesn't kill anyone but rape is kinda rare for this anthology. Theirs only one other case in the sleeping beauty story which involves a creepy count sleeping with the dead body of a child. And we'll that's ick. The victim wasn't alive like here so it's not heinous. He though has raped possibly dozens and then turns them into birds for his collection. Only thing is he doesn't kill anyone but he makes up for it in other ways.

Eventually her curiosity takes over and she discovers his uh room... You see he has a torture chamber in his basment which is where the key leads Tom their are his three wives. His first wife was on a torture rack where he tortured her for his own sexual satiification before strangling her to death. He then embalmed the body so he can uh watch it's lifelessness. Wife number two was tortured to death on a wheel before he took her skull and turned into an ornament. Isolated bride who was just killed a week ago, was put through an iron maiden. So yeah....
Anyway she is able to send a message to her mother who was once a great hero to come save her using het piano instructed . Marquis finds out, and decided he's going to kill them both. But she is going to be the "exquisite" and slow torture while he he'll just knock him off more faster. Hes sent the servants away so he can have time alone here. Anyway before hes about to kill her, her mother who had received the message and raced here ( She had defeated pirates, nursed back to health a plague ravaged village, and singelhandedly shot and killed a maneating tiger, all before she was even 18) and come to save her. Shooting the Marquis right in the head, killing him instantly
a rage she threw her glass. It's shattered and hits the face of her maid. The blood slashing onto her face, Elizbeth becomes intrigued well wiping it out and notices that her skin has deaged where it hit. Remembering the stories of Bathory from her youth she wonders if they were true after all. So she cleans up the maid, takes her to the bathtub and sliced her throat. Her response is pure sociopath.
She should be horrified. She should be disgusted. She didn’t want to open her eyes – not because she was scared to look upon the literal bloodbath she had created but because she wanted her eyelids to receive the full benefit. She reached out a hand and rested it on the cool flank of the dead maid, the woman she had killed. She realised she felt nothing. No, not nothing, worse than that: she felt thrilled. She felt powerful. She felt back in a place of dominance, feeding off the little people, thriving off their devotion. She felt herself.
Anyway her husband finds out and freaks, she coldly tells him that if he wants to even think of winning her back he'll need to help her. He does so he begins to help her drug prostitutes (dozens) whose throated she slits mda whose blood she bathes in. She meanwhile bangs a young actor on the side, Nyland becoming more and more bitter at this. With her threatening him with being the one to take the fall if he does anything. She treats him like dirt throughout this book.
Anyway a detective named Harrison is investigating the maids disappearance and discovers that their alibi does not check out. So he comes to the manor where their hosting a large party. Their things descend into chaos when Nyland's friend Fabio tries to save him. Nyland says he loves her too much though and kills him with . Elizabeth discovers that her blood remedy comes with a price her skin has started to decay and become ugly. What's in the inside is now outside. She orders Nyland to cover for her and used the blood of her young actor lover to briefly rejuvenate herself. She then heads to the barn in order to take her blood bath.....
Only you see them body dumping had attracted coyotes. Who eat her alive in her bathtub.
Oh and the ending.
‘Hang on, though,’ said Vonda. ‘So you’re saying the police only ever found out about Georgina, the maid? All the other women they killed, all those prostitutes, that went undiscovered?’

So her boyfriend Jack decides to give her a present to cheer her up. He's found drew Aldrich. Anyway drew sees her at the bar and panics. He calls his old pal koss who decided to tie up lose ends and kills drew.
He then begins to put a hit on Nadia. He's infiltrated the vigilante organsition Contrapasso which hunts down criminals and turned it into a source of information for victims plus here he can secure hitmen. Anyway in order to cut ties, he has the eighty year old Wallace whose a friend of nadia with valuable information. Beaten, then dazed the slit his throat and sent a coyote to eat him.
Anyway Nadia figures out it's Koss and confronts him where they have a Mexican standoff with his second in called Henry.
- "He's like a feral dog. Intensely loyal, as long as I keep feeding him. And I feed you very well, don't I, Henry?"
- The man's eyes narrowed.
- "It's true," Koss said, conversationally, as if he had no idea how much he was insulting his partner. Or he just didn't give a damn. "As you guessed, I joined Contrapasso for the same reason I made my living fighting for justice for women. It's not just a smoke screen but an unbelievably rich source of information and opportunity. Henry's more like you. He has ethics, damn it. And morals. Unfortunately, those ethics and morals don't play nicely with his compulsions and obsessions, do they, Henry?"
Koss figures that Henry is having second thoughts so shoots him. Jack and Nadia subdue him only for their friend Quinn and other compraso members. They want to talk to him discover how Dar the root goes in the organisation. Quinn, Nadia and Jack realises they plan to release him being more of his goons. Afterwards he's going to run. They go in pursuits and track him to his building, taking down his minions.
In a standoff against him. They offer him a shot that they'll give him around thirty seconds head start I'd he confesses to them. Conrned in his office he agrees. Confessing that he's murdered six girls in total along with his many rapes and pedophilia.
Really? Think about it. You know my reputation. You know what I've done for victims' rights, a subject which seems very important to you. Do you want the world knowing that the man who made those inroads was actually a killer? What impact would that have? Not a positive one, I'm sure."
"True. There will be fallout. But none of the advances you lobbied for will be reversed simply because you're exactly the kind of monster they were meant to thwart. In the end, you may have even done one last great service for victims' rights. You are living proof that not all monsters appear monstrous. That decent-seeming people can be as dangerous as any thug lurking in a dark alley. That's an important message, don't you think?"
He only laughed. "It's a pointless one. Think on it some more, Ms. Stafford. And think on this too: no one will reward you for unmasking me. No one wants to see a hero fall. The families of those girls don't need to know who killed them. Now, let's finish this."
Quinn and I did exactly as promised. We retreated into the office Koss had selected. We closed the door. Koss heard it shut and asked us both to recite the first few lines of our respective national anthems, just so he could be sure our voices sounded suitably distant and muffled.
Then we heard his feet pounding and the door of his room fly open. We heard him skid into the hall, sliding on something in his haste. I could picture him there, eyes wild, heart thumping, gun raised, sprinting down the hall, knowing we'd burst out of our room and come after him.
Except we didn't. We simply stepped out and—
One shot. Koss gasped in pain and shock. A second shot. A thud as he hit the floor.
I broke into a jog and wheeled around the end of the hall to see Jack kicking Koss's gun out of the way.
"Huh," I said as I walked over to Koss. "Seems you forgot someone."
I crouched beside Koss. His face was pale with shock. Blood gushed from his thigh. The femoral artery, I was guessing. More blood seeped out around him from a shot to the back. Neither was immediately fatal.
It took a moment before he realized that. He wasn't dead. He'd been shot by a professional killer, at point-blank range, and he was still alive. Hope flashed in his eyes. Then they narrowed, as his brain whirred. We'd kept him alive. We still wanted something. He could use that.
"Quinn?" Jack said. "Could you guard the front?"
Quinn nodded and headed off. I waited until he was gone. Then I flipped Koss onto his back. He let out a squeal of agony as fresh blood surged.
"Hurts, huh?" I said.
I crouched beside him, staying out of the blood.
"The crime-scene report from Amy's murder said she was found on her back," I said. "Just like this. Is that right?"
Koss's eyes rolled with pain. "I need—"
"You need to answer the question. Was she like this?"
"Yes. Is that what you want? An apology?" He gritted his teeth.
"Fine. I'm very, very sorry—
"Don't bother. I was just checking." I put my hands around his neck. "This is how you did it. right?"
His eyes widened then, panic sparking. "N-no."
He tried to buck me off, but he'd lost too much blood, was too far into shock, too far into death, his body shutting down.
"This is how you killed her," I said. "And this is how you'll die."

He does a wife and kids but not only does he never interact or show them affection. He was cool ditching them. They too are part of his facade.

The worst in the series. Nadia is a Noble Demon and Magnificent Bastard who only goes after the truly guilty and well she dOes execute badguys. They had it coming.
Koss is a predatory, pedophilic rapist with many victims whose killed 8 people with a shit ton of personal villainy.
I might also try for the Helter Skelter killer from the first book (ten victims in his spree) but in terms of sheer horror. Koss is king

Tricky. But you what I'll give it to him. To generate a four person boycount who he tortured and murdered over jsut days when others have taken years to get even close. Plus the fact he's made plans ro murder at least ten more people all in brutal, grotesque ways and b.s. even set it uo so he can do it. Mix it with like really low resources, a shorter period of time he commits these acts, the torture as well his sheer extreme pettiness of his motivation. Plus the fact he plans t continue and turn this into a job for the foreseeable future make me confident he's a keeper.
Anyway from the top:
- Slashes the throat of Mary Anne Nichols in perhaps the least goriest murder.
- Annie Chapman was disemblowed and had her throat slit after being asphyxiated and afterards having her uterus cut out.
- Elizbeth stride was stabbed multiple times before being butchered (which is the one we see at the beginning of the book).
- Catherine eddowes was stabbed multiple times. While her organs were cut out.
- Mary jane kelly was bucthered with multiple organs removed.
Anyway the book is spent on letting them cross-over. Mary though wants payback and and end to the murders. She teams up with heroine Evelyn and two find her. (see post above). Jack then hits Evelyn's jaw were a part of it was removed and uses the opporunity to flee. The two cahse her to a subway with Mary taking control of her temporaliy to push her ito the incomming train where she dies for good.
The two began clonning women and began to fund themsleves through a truley sick method. Wilson and Ivcoe cloned women and then raised the girls in their academy. Their then raised to be perfect husbands/sex salves for willing buyers when theyve grown up. The process is often fatal the cloning sytem and some cloes have outright terminted themselves when they found out what they were.
Wilson also forces of his clones used as surrgoacy for his new ones. Wilson having designed to keep his facility going has created artfical soldiers bred for combat. After his death, Wilson perfected a way to reveive himself. A special, younger clone with all his memories and personaility. Efeectvily the monster reborn.
Anyway one of his soldier cannon fodder clones Denah meets Avril Icoe (a special clone that Ivcoe made to be his sons wife). The two fall in love (He uses different samples, so their not related since his clients have different tastes) and decide to resuce the kids and payback Ivcoe for what he did to them. Denha kills Ivcoe]] (He was admintgly the only one who treated the kids with kidness comapred to wilson but lets be honest he had it comming) and then his son.
Anyway Eve and Dallas track the two and discover that Wilson is cutting house. He plans to destroy the cloning facility, killing every baby their including Dinah's. So they race to stop him. Wilson inetionally sets his soldier clones against them. Before finding the machine that would revive ivcoe when ivcoe wants to stop this since wilson has gone too far, Wislon kills him.
Wislon has Dinah's baby and is threathing it. While Wislon rants about how he would have rebuilt the human race and how she and who she was based on were nothing but trash.
- "There's every point. Over forty years of work and progress, and hundreds of Superiors. You were a great hope, Deena. One of our finest accomplishments, and you threw it away. For what?"
- "For choice, of living, of dying. I'm not the only, I'm not the first. How many of us have self-terminated because we couldn't go on existing, knowing what you'd made of us."
- "Do you know what you were? Street garbage, a nit, nothing more. Already in pieces when they brought you to us. Even Wilfred couldn't put you back together. We saved you. Again and again and again. We improved you. Perfected you. You exist because I permitted it. That can end now."
- "No!" She jerked forward when he jammed the stunner harder under the baby's jaw. "It won't gain you anything. It's over, you know it's over. You can still get away. You can still live."
- "Over?" His face was bright with excitement. A fever. "Barely begun. In another century what I've created will be existence for the human race. I'll be there to see it. Death is no longer an obstacle for me. But for you ..."
- He swung the stunner up, and Eve was through the door. Before she could fire, he swung the baby up like a shield, and dove with it.
Anyway Eve beats him and gets the baby safely before HE I Niates the count down to blow this place sky high. She then kills him afterwards
"You'll die! And suffer and sicken and stumble your way through what pathetic lives you have. I would have made men gods. Remember who ended it, remember who damned you to mortality. Initiate failsafe!"

Palmer kidnaps people only for the real horror begins. Palmer then hangs them and beats and burns them. Then he breaks their feet then hands. He then has electrodes that when attached to different parts of the body, or placed in various orifices, administered graduating levels of electric shock. Basically Palmer will then torture his victims till their nearly dead then electroshock torture then tk revive then. Rinse and repeat. One of his victims lasted three days of this....
Anyway after he'd killed 8 people. Palmer was arrested by eve after his ninth potential victim escaped. Escaping from his offworld penal colony he was sent to to serve his life sentence. He begins murdering all the the people who sent him to prions. Beginning with the judge and then moving into the witness and his laywer. Torturing and breaking them with his awful MO and sending a mocking message to Eve.
Anyway palmer kidnaps Eve's friend Mira and has her put in g is electroshock cage where he says he'll torture her to death if she doesn't come and face him.

begins experimenting on the children in order to research the effects of typhoid fever and a possible curative measures on behalf of the nazi government leading to various deaths.
Eventually though Schiener decides to high jack this operation and turn it into his own personal laboratory. He has Gittel and taken . The dude wants to surpass even mengele himself so kidnaps those three since they were sets of twin for hisg own personal experiments (These ones were off the books from his bosses). Heck He used three of the most important forced workers in the factory which even had some objecting to it.
So he kidnaps all three and begins weeks of painful and awful experimentation. He would starve them over time, then drain blood for them till they felt Ill and were in dangerous conditions. Before bringing them back from the brink and beginning again over and over again, for weeks.
Finally he starves them for two days straight with no food or water for his coup De Grace. He is going to cut them open while still alive and remove their organs without anaesthia. He murders Gregor in this way. With the dude in agony the entite time. Admiring the removal of his heart. Just as he's about to go to chaim whose next. Madame zersosky who acts as one of the outside German workers is actually a spy sent by the polish resistance. She can not stand by this and carefully un handcuffs Grittil who uses the but of a nearby weapon to hit Schiner over the head as he's about to kill her brother and causes him to skip on Gregors blood and crack his head on the floor. Zednsky is able to cover for them by saying he simply fell down and they didn't have anything to do with it.She suggests burning his body to the guards SO as to not creation suspicions on what happened to the doctor they were supposed to be guarding. After the full moon is over, The Judge drugs them and cuts their hearts out while their still alive and concious as trophies before dumping the bodies. The Judge even proves himself a complete hypocrite in the end by targeting the virginal Lauren, showing himself to be just a sadist who hides behind pretensions of holiness.
- Monsters of Verity: This duology set in the city of Verity features these monsters both figuratively and literally which plague it:
- Sloan is a Malachi
- Our Savage Song: Callum Harker is a former mob boss who took over the north of the city of Verity and proves himself to be worse then most other monsters. Enslaving the bloodthirsty Malachi and Corsai, Harker unleashes them on the city in order to take over, killing hundreds of innocents in his bid for conquest. When the years of peace threaten his position as top dog, Harker puts out a hit on his once beloved daughter Kate and tries to force her Love Interest into killing Kate using that as a pretence to allow him to restart the war which would result in the deaths of hundreds, willing to throw every redeeming quality f his away if it puts on top.
There souls are then damned and sent to hell as payment to Lucifer. Faust having done this to hundreds of his children over his thousand year life. In 1583, Faust was under the alias of Dr John and married a sweet women named Hermoine. She thought he was in love with her. Yeah no. Faust and her created the Mill House mansion. Faust would murder the residents and workers including their kids for power boots, gleefully. When his wife found it, he had accused as a witch and burned alive with a lugh. She was at least able to have there son Nicholas spirtted away from him.
In 1853, conjurer Rowan and some of Fausts other kids (emma, Cage, Andrew, Seamus and Rapley) are given an invite to meet at Mill House. There she meets the adopted son of the head of the house Dr Maudley in Rapley. The two fall in love due to them realizing they were once childhood sweethearts till the man in black (Faust) took him away from her and sent him here. Anyway Seamus and Andrew disappear with Maudley following suit, with the death of the maid Ms. Goode they invetsiagte. Cage reveals hes part of an order created to take down Faust for good and that Rapley and Rowan are half-sblings...after they'd already slept together (I am sad at that reveal since they were legit cute together....).
Anyway Rowan meets with Lucifer whose kinda sorta a father too just like with Faust who she makes a deal with in retrun for owing him a favour (She didnt sell him her soul or anything). You see even he thinks Faust is a prick and would love to see it end badly for him but a deal is a deal and he cant quite break it off. Anyway they discover Seamus whose being tortured with all his organs removed on a wall, kept alive if barely in agony. Andrew arrives and in a suprise reveals that he is truly Faust, not Maudly like the book had implied. Maudly was one of his kids and as noted above, he recounts how he gleefly ate him and fed him unwittingly to them. Faust kills Emma and Cage in the fight and relases his gaseoline which he ingnites as a way to escape. Rapley throws him into the fire instead and takes Rowan and runs for the exit. Hes able to just make it by sacfrcing himself for her. Rowan wakes up...and finds out Faust sruvived the blast and is in his carriage leaving. After discvering herself pregnant by Rapley, she vows to end that bastard. With the edning set in modern times, showing she and her daughter still hunt him.
Meh. Immmortaility at the cost of innocent people is never symoahtethic.

So the CDC are nasty with the whol killing of reservoir patients and relasing of new deadlier viruses in a world control scheme. Yet Tate has helped fund them in these efforts and on his own Tate kills dozens with an attempt at hundreds. Hes also a more personal enemy then any of the others. His killing of a main protganist, what he did to Ryman, killing several secondary characters. Plus planning to help the CDC attain power so they contuie the virus spreading thing. Id argue that he makes it due to being on a lower ring yet still horrfically nasty.

I'd say pass.

- Grim: In this anthology with an updated spin on classic stories from the Brothers grimm, these villains stand out as true monsters:
- Light It up: In this adaptation of Hansel and Gretel, the unnamed Ranger is a seemingly kind man who welcomes strangers into his cabin but is in truth a depraved Serial Killer. Bringing people into his cabin with the promise of food, he instead drugs and butchers them for food which hes done to hundreds of men, women and kids proven by the photos of the victims he keeps in his personal trophy case. Capturing the heroine Greta and Hansen, he remarks as he plans to cut up and kill a distressed Hansen, how nasty hes going to be to eat.
- Skin Trade: Helm and Calen along with their repentant brother Locke run the band Skin Trade and are Serial Killer 's. Kidnapping women with flawless skin, the brothers, they take them home and skin them alive in order to sell the skin on the black market with Helm and Calen partaking of their blood and flesh afterwards. After locke fells remorse and falls in love with a girl and plans to leave them, out of spite Helm and Calen kidnap her intending to butcher her. When Locke tries to save her, Helm offers to let her live for perhaps another day before he kills her if hes allowed to butcher and eats part of Locke, being such a gleeful psychopath that hes in love with the idea of eats parts of his own flesh and blood.
So after waiting till after the stuff with the hungry Gods and family of immrortals which has left the Droods devasted and vulnerable, they make there move. Attempting to assassinate Eddie, Peter drags him into Limbo to torture him with visions of everyone whoose ever died in his life. Anyway molly frees him and they had to off to Alexander's building, where they discover his grizzly work. Alexander keeps the beasement of his headquarters, a torture chamber with several bodies kept on disdplay. Outnumbered, they bluff there way, Alexander not sure if he could actually beat them yet, decides to not take the risk and lets them go.
Anyway Peter and Dusk make there way to the town of Little Stoke whhere the gap between Earth and Hell is nearest. They capture the thousnads of residents and experiment on them using the device, putting them in immense suffering that the droods are forced to mercy kill the survovurs as there too far gone. They also kindap the best eapons manufcters in the world for there plans. Anyway with a little help from Heaven itself, Eddie invades there base and shows no mercy to any of them. Eddie is betaryed by Peter who reveals his true colours as the satsanists leader, well trying mocking Eddie for this. Eddie turns the tables and kills Alexandre before destroying the influence machine and trying to trap Mc Alphine in the timeless moment where he'll be stuck for etenity. Anyway Peter escapes and tries to kill him, only for Eddie to jsut shoot him. The Droods then kill or forecfully convince every world leader to stop the sacrfice. And the day is saved.
No. Nothing for Alexandre. Peter's reasoning for doing this is insane and maybe one of the pettiest ive ever seen in any work, Eddie got him demoted so he wants to become a child mass murderer.

Hahah No. If your curious its Peter who came up with this plan and helpefd set it up but its Aleexandre who used his infulecne to help make it work. So I belive they can both count. eddie calls him out on what a ptehtic creep he is in one of my favourote moments in the series:

The Great sacrifice is one of the worst thinsg featured in a Simon R Green novel. Attempting to kill every child o nearth done to babies uh... in order to open up a portal to hell to beirng about eternal dammnation. The two kill thspoaunds on there own. Easy pass.
