She later steps up as main villain of season 8 and nearly desttigs the city as she succeeds in ressurectkng him. Along the way she has her adoptivr parents killed to take control of the city but before it all comes down. She has a moment of clarity when she sees a child with their parents in danger and sscficrces herself to save them. At least till she came bscj in the latest season and helped them beat the overlord. Like the writers said they wanted to create a bad guy who was someone you would have no clue of their identity till the end. Hence why they advertised harumi as a love interest of Lloyd rather than. The leader of the sons of garmadon. It worked tbh. A lot of fans agree she's one of the best vilaisn in the show

He sets the trap hes waited on for: he fakes a papertrial indicating that Burkett has been secretly making some discovery as well as a special speech whose copy Claire finds which hints at a major breakthrough that gets both them and Dick interested.
Anyway he delivers a super charmatistic speech against duplicity feinging that their copmany is an innovater instead to Claire and the rest of the spies to get them interested. He lets Claire get further into the company's good graces to the point he "becomes impressed" that hes going to reveal what the secret is: a cure for baldness which would make the cosmetics company super rich (its not real. You see Annabelle isnt allowed to drink so has been swiggin it in her mouthwash. Megan orders Hemadin (a blood thinner as her dog "needs it") and has been secretly giving it to her for months. The blood thinner will make even the smallest injury fatal which will ensure that her car crash is fatal...
Anyway Annabelle ends up dying when she [[ItMakesSenseInContext pulls a guys dick and his push back cuases her to hit her head and die]]. Annabelle's boyfreind and stunt double where planning to kill her too and find her dead body. Anyway the stunt double is killed in the crash and Megan uses interviews about the double tragedy to leverage in a better career. Anyway Brass and Grissom discover she bought the Hemidan for her dog. She totally delfects and weirdly confuses them with an awseome conversation. Making it clear she wont break or confess, thye got nothing and shes about to get a 13 episode spinoff with her boyfriend as they get away totally and without any repurcessions (I'll show it you below. Annabelle's boyfreind and stunt double where planning to kill her too and find her dead body. Anyway the stunt double is killed in the crash and Megan uses interviews about the double tragedy to leverage in a better career. Anyway Brass and Grissom discover she bought the Hemidan for her dog. She totally delfects and weirdly confuses them with an awseome conversation. Making it clear she wont break or confess, thye got nothing and shes about to get a 13 episode spinoff with her boyfriend as they get away totally and without any repurcessions (I'll show it you below. Its amazing)

Having to take abuse from Annabelle (in what is [[BlatantLies totally]] not lorre doing a dig against Rosenne Barr who was famous for being kind of an abrasive) who is a jerk who will frequently yell, hit, and throw tantrms to everyone , just being kinda of a dick even sexually extorting people.... That said they need to ensure she does die...so Megan notices that Annabelle has minty fresh breath with the smell of alcohol. You see Annabelle isnt isn't allowed to drink so has been swiggin swigging it in her mouthwash. Megan orders Hemadin (a blood thinner as her dog "needs it") and has been secretly giving it to her for months. The blood thinner will make even the smallest injury fatal which will ensure that her car crash is fatal...

Well yeah his murders are exceptionally brutal...because thats what these people did to their victims. Richardson is determined to write these wrongs and he even manipulates and uses and diposes of his corrupt friend to get it. Bad enough imo thanks to the sheer brutality but not too bad thanks to who its being dealt to.

Richardson eventually discovers hes dying of pancreatic cancer...so draws up a list of the worst of the worst to get away with it and sets about fixing it before he passes on.
He convinces his friend Det. Sam Vega to be his angel of justice and communicates with him to have these people murdered in the exact manner of their victims with the exact same weapons (he went to evidence storage) and booked this stuff out before he retired. Talking phone calls with him to plan what must be done as hes too sickly to do it himself:
* Kevin at 15 years of age, beat an 8 year old to death with an arcade ball and got away with it as no one could trace it to despite being the prime and obvious suspect...Vega kills him in the same manner in his victim before dressing him up as the same scared 8 year old he killed.
* Escartio is a cartel member who murdered the innocent girlfriend of his rival by putting car tyres around and setting her ablaze while alive but got away as he went into the wind....Not so now as he finds himself meeting the same screaming and blazing fate.
* A mother forced her 12 year old daughter to overdose on PCP which caused her to rip herself to death...but got away due to contmainted evidence...Richardson has Vega shove pcp down her throat and have her kill herself in the same manner.
Anyway they trace the murders to richardson whose in his hospital bed (the nurses say hes actually one of the nicest patients here). He poitely and calmly greets them before confessing to his crimes having no fear or doubt despite them wanting to know his accomplice. He says they can look around too as hes got nothing to hude...they find dirt in his flower box thats disturebed and find a locked box where the pcp was taht vega took it from. The lockbox also contains a secret compartment with a knife implying another potential victim.
Anyway they trace calls that richardson gave to Vega and get word from richardson's protegee that the next guy would be Alex, a man who killed his wife near a lake but they couldnt convict since the DA didnt want to charge bodyless murders. They find Vega trying to drown Alex and end up shooting him. That said they wonder why in such a large lake...this is where he wanted to drown Alex...its where he wife was killed and vega/richardson forced him to come here. They get divers and find the body with a bullet that matches alex's weapon..so hes going away.
Anyway richardson dies in peace and leaves a special message as a farewell

The knife they found was used to kill an informant who richardson always suspected was Vega who did the deed. he could'nt pin it on him but he did keep the knife....this entire time he manipulated vega into either getting killed or arrested with him none the wiser even to his death.

Thisguy gal appears in the Season 12 8 Episode 8 "Crime after Crime"
16 "Two and a half deaths" which is an interesting episode. Basically intended to be a weird crossover with two and a half men where writers swapped shows and wrote the corresponding episode. Chucke Lorre wrote this one and its one of the goffiest episodes of the series like ever with tons of jokes, quips, and just odd, funny stuff. It's not quite as uh complex a keeper as previous 2 csi ones but I think its worth a shot.

He isnt in the episode very long but he gives one hell of an impression. He's so calm and polite, effortlessly not letting the detectives razzle him and calmly confesses to everything. While tricking them into fidning the lock box to put Vega down/away. Theirs no breakdown or any hint of not being cool, calm and collected.
