Stumbled across TV Tropes while casually searching for videogame cliches. Nearly ended up with a serious case of
TV Tropes Will Ruin Your Life, not because my enjoyment of films and so on is spoilt, but because I became addicted to this site while I should have been studying for my Finals. Fortunately I still got a First.
I'm managing to resist the temptation to go out and create any new articles, but I'm I used to be addicted to
YKTTW, but have had to kick the habit since I left university and got a job. There just isn't time.
Even though I have trope suggestions, I daren't even go back there lest I get sucked back in. Thanks to the new
YKTTW format, I'm able to dabble while moderating my habit. I'm still an avid reader of the
YKTTW Launch List though.
