- A Day in the Limelight: Ed gets his very first side-story of his own, and he's joined by other Arena winners Shockwave and Optimus Prime, along with Onslaught, Sarah Silkie, and Geekcu in stopping Cool Cat's NFT scheme.
- Advertised Extra: Edd, Sarah (as in Ed's sister), and Sakaki are tagged characters for this story, but the first two only appear in the first chapter proper before being turned into NFTs for the remainder of it, and Sakaki only shows up at the end after the adventure had wrapped up.

- Beat Them at Their Own Game: Shockwave and LL!Sarah get the idea to screenshot the NFTs which creates several clones of those NFTs to fight King Eddy and Cool Cat by their side.
- Big "NO!": Ed yells this when trying to convince Eddy not to fall for Cool Cat's scheme and after Dora gets turned into an NFT.
- Big "SHUT UP!": When Ed tries to comfort Eddy after their latest scam failed, Eddy tells him to "ZIP IT!"
- Cool Cat yells one to everyone in the last chapter when everyone puts the pressure on him over him murdering his entire neighborhood.
- Boom, Headshot!: When LL!Sarah finds Ed chasing Cool Cat, she throws her bat like a javelin, which strikes Cool Cat directly on the head, which disorientates him long enough for Ed to catch up to him.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: The last question Ed asks Dora is if his show is getting rebooted.
- As Cool Cat says it's not cool to diss NFTs, he explains what the acronym stands for, Non-Fungible Tokens, "for all you kids out there!" while pointing at the screen.

- As Edd prepares to head home after the failed hedgehog scam for the upcoming semester, he recalls an unfortunate incident where last year his house was stormed of supplies while pointing at Eddy.
- The Cameo: The cast of Azumanga Daioh show up at the end of the episode listening to Ed explain the story to them.
- Continuity Nod: Ed having to close his eyes at the sight of naked women, which he does after seeing Geekcu.
- The Corrupter: Cool Cat, who's able to convince Eddy to join him with the promise of great wealth from his NFTs. And when his NFTs reach the Transformers universe, both Decepticons AND Autobots get physical over debating how much worth they actually have.
- Curse Cut Short: Optimus Prime's big F-Bomb gets cut when it shifts to Ed talking about his adventure to Sakaki and her group of friends.
- Damsel in Distress: Ed's sister Sarah, Dora, Racheal, Mora Linda, and Taffy get turned into NFTs in chapter one and Ed, LL!Sarah, and Geekcu team up to rescue them and stop the NFT threat.
- Double Take: Eddy does this when he finds out that his partner Cool Cat is a serial killer.
- Dwindling Party: Over the course of the final battle, King Eddy turns our group of heroes into NFTs one by one until Ed and Optimus Prime are the only heroes left to face him.

- Et Tu, Brute?: When Optimus Prime tries to convince Eddy and Cool Cat to stop with their NFT business, he adds that Ed told the heroes everything they needed to know. Eddy is actually hurt that Ed had seemingly turned against him, comparing it to a stab in the back.
- Even Evil Has Standards: The Decepticons Shockwave and Onslaught audibly gasp when Cool Cat calls Ed a 'retard'. Onslaught is also deeply disturbed over the lengths Cool Cat went to to stop 'bullying'.
- Eye Scream: During the fight with King Eddy, Geekcu pokes her axe into one of his eyes.
- FacePalm: Windblade does this over Swerve fighting Hot Rod for wasting $340 million Shanix on NFTs.
- Fastball Special: While King Eddy is distracted by Ed chasing Cool Cat, Onslaught throws Geecku at one of his hands, which she stabs through.
- Fun with Acronyms: Onslaught's P.O.K.E. (Punch of Kill-Everything).
- Greater-Scope Villain: Connie, the one who patched up Cool Cat's hole in his chest and caused Cool Cat’s obsession with NFTs, which kickstarts the plot.
- Groin Attack: The bound EEnE!Sarah manages to wriggle enough to be able to strike Cool Cat in the groin, to which he retaliates by turning her into an NFT.
- Scourge fires a plasma-shot into Huffer’s crotch and head when Huffer annoys Windblade with his NFT craze.
- Grievous Harm with a Body: King Eddy grabs Ed and Cool Cat with his tri-hairs and smashes them into the Shockwave clones.
- Hidden Depths: Just before the final battle commences Onslaught gives such a Rousing Speech to Ed about saving his friend that even the NFT minions pause what they were doing.
- Geekcu: "Beautiful! Geekcu didn't know big robot had it in him!''
Onslaught: "I lead a team consisting of a scam artist, a psychopath, a mindless brute, and a narcissist. I should be used to this."
- Hijacked by Ganon: Eddy, feeling like he's been fleeced by Cool Cat’s NFT scam, allows the volts to strike down on him, with all the NFTs being absorbed into him, making him the big threat our heroes have to face, with Cool Cat being relegated to the sidelines.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Cool Cat's NFT business becomes his undoing when LL!Sarah screenshots several of those NFTs, turning those screenshots into her army. Said screenshots then drag Cool Cat beneath the void of the NFT universe.
- In Love with Your Carnage: As Shockwave witnesses LL!Sarah's rampage on the NFT forces, he feels his spark racing and wonders if this is emotion he's feeling.
- It's Quiet… Too Quiet: When our heroes land in Cool Cat's hometown, Geekcu says this verbatim as nobody seems to be around the neighborhood.
- Leeroy Jenkins: When Onslaught reaches Witwicky Island, he screams "FOR THE GLORY OF GIGATROOOOOOON!" while providing no context why he's here. Naturally this leads to him getting attacked by Optimus Prime, with Shockwave having to shoot him to calm things down and explain why they're here.
- Let Me Get This Straight...: After Ed finishes his story to his friends in Japan, Yomi tries to make sense of it considering how insane it sounds:
- Yomi: "So, let me get this straight...You traveled across universes alongside anthros and giant robots to fight jpegs and a rejected American mascot."
- Locked Out of the Loop: After LL!Sarah calls out Cool Cat for killing her, Optimus Prime, Onslaught, and Geekcu are naturally confused, as they weren’t there when that happened and she is obviously still alive.
- Lonely at the Top: Eddy gets this feeling in chapter two. Yes he's now known as King Eddy and is making a lot of money off the NFTs, but aside from Cool Cat he has no one to talk to, as they're either plotting to stop the NFT scheme, or have been turned into NFTs themselves by Cool Cat for not liking them.
- Neck Lift: When Eddy finally talks back to Cool Cat about his NFT scheme and demands he give him whatever he wants, Cool Cat accuses Eddy of being a bully and begins to choke the life out of Eddy. Fortunately, Eddy is saved by the arrival of our heroes.
- No Holds Barred Beat Down: The plot starts with the Ed boys having just been on the receiving end after their 'Free Hedgehog Pets' scam went awry, with Eddy threatening to do this to Edd.
- According to Ed, Kevin pummeled Eddy after they got back to their universe.
- No Indoor Voice: Onslaught; It'd be easier to list the lines where he isn't yelling.
- "No. Just… No" Reaction: When Chiyo thinks that the NFT industry sounded lucrative before it collapsed, Ed tells her while petting her "Oh, silly Chiyo...NO".
- Noodle Incident: Onslaught at one point turned what was the Cybertronian equivalent of a BBQ into a tragedy on 'Gigatron Day'.
- One-Winged Angel: Eddy, feeling like he’s been doing nothing but getting fleeced and being a pawn in Cool Cat's NFT scheme, absorbs all the power from the NFTs into himself, giving Eddy a massive boost in power and becoming King Eddy, turning his body into a giant phone with floating hands.
- Politically Incorrect Villain: After Ed calls Cool Cat a stinky cat, Cool Cat thinks Ed misnamed him, telling him to get his name right before calling him a retard.
- Precision F-Strike: Cool Cat calls Ed a retard when he thinks Ed misnamed him by calling him a stinky cat.
- When the portal to the NFT universe fizzles out, trapping our heroes in it, Optimus Prime decides that before they can think of a plan to get out, he decides to let out a massive F-bomb, which gets interrupted.
- Red Shirt Army: The NFT forces our heroes face off against stand no chance against our heroes are are easily taken care of.
- Riddle for the Ages: How did our heroes escape the NFT universe? According to Ed, the answer is "Pickle!"
- Saying Sound Effects Out Loud: As LL!Sarah fires her laser blaster at the NFT army, she shouts "BANG! BANG! BANG! while doing so.
- Screams Like a Little Girl: When Shockwave fires his Eradicator blasts at Cool Cat, it causes Eddy to let out a girly shriek.
- Ship Tease: Just before the heroes head to Witwicky Island, Geecku tells Onslaught that when they get home, she wants to do some 'experimenting' on him, with Onslaught being secretly excited deep down.
- Shout-Out: When Shockwave advises LL!Sarah to calculate the trajectory of the enemies' movement, she asks if it's like 'Wax on, Wax off’.
- Split-Personality Switch Trigger: Ed gets the idea to pull on LL!Sarah's tail and stomp on it, which turns her into a raving madman against the NFT forces. To get her back to normal, Shockwave grabs her by the scruff of her neck.
- Sudden Soundtrack Stop: The song chosen for the fight against the NFT forces gets cut out when Ed causes LL!Sarah’s sudden personality shift.
- Take That!: This story serves as a massive one for the entire NFT trend, with the servers needed to accommodate for them being very bad for the environment and costing people all of their money when they invest in it. It's to the point that in the content warning, it's called "the worst internet trend since people discovered what horrors they could bring with just a pen/paper on DeviantArt."
- Taking the Bullet: Geekcu gets turned into a NFT while pushing LL!Sarah away from an NFT blast.
- Teeth Flying: When Ed catches up to Cool Cat and punches him in the chest, it knocks Connie's teeth out.
- Timmy in a Well: The first question Ed asks Dora is if Timmy is stuck in a well.
- Transformation Ray: Cool Cat has a phone that shoots lightning that turns anything it hits into an NFT.
- This Cannot Be!: Shockwave is horrified to find out that the one in charge of the NFT invasion is none other than Cool Cat.
- Twisted Echo Cut: After our heroes stop Cool Cat's NFT scheme and defeat King Eddy, things seem to end happily for everyone. Except that the portal they used to reach the NFT universe fizzles out, trapping them. This leads to:
- Optimus Prime: "I'm sure we can think of a plan...but I need to let this out. FUUU-"

Ed: "-uuun as it was, that’s how I spent my first few days of Summer! The End!"
- Uncertain Doom: Cool Cat is last seen sinking into the depths of the void in the NFT universe. But considering how our heroes were also able to (somehow) escape the void, it's possible he survived too.
- Villainous Rescue: Cool Cat had saved Eddy from a beating from EEnE!Sarah when he had tied her up.
- Wham Line: When our heroes lands in Cool Cat's hometown and find it empty, they wonder where everyone is. Then a newspaper lands on Onslaught's face, which Geekcu picks up and reads:
- Geekcu: "Serial killer caught. 10 bodies still not uncovered. [flips page] Killer returns, has not been caught, disappearances continue.
- As Cool Cat is showing the 'surprise' to Eddy, which turns out to be 'Cryptoland':Cool Cat: "I know it looks kinda sucky, but that’s the point! This place is where we'll build our new kingdom together! All three of us!''
Eddy: "Wait a sec. Three?" - Wham Shot: After this dialogue, Cool Cat shows their third member, the mascot of Cryptoland, Connie, who is filling the hole in Cool Cat's chest.
- Where the Hell Is Springfield?: The story begins with describing Peach Creek, with the location stated to be 'possibly Canada'.
- Whole Episode Flashback: The plot is revealed to have been a story Ed was telling to the Azumanga Daioh cast about what he did on his first days of summer break.
- Who's Laughing Now?: Eddy says this verbatim when he realizes that with the NFT phone he can make himself richer than anyone has before.
- Why Won't You Die?: Shockwave screams this after he discovers that Cool Cat managed to survive the events of Infinity Pizza.
