Season 1

1. "I, Robot" - The crew of Sealab is distracted by a conversation about what they would do if put in a robot body.
2. "Happycake" - Captain Murphy sends the crew on a dangerous mission to recover his Happy Cake Oven.
3. "Radio Free Sealab" - A bored Captain Murphy decides to start a pirate radio station, annoying Marco and attracting the wrath of the FCC.
4. "Chickmate" - Debbie's biological clock goes off, and she becomes desperate to be a mother, but is she desperate enough to let one of the men of Sealab father her child?
5. "Lost in Time" - Quinn and Stormy get caught in a time loop, but their attempts to warn Captain Murphy of danger seem futile.
6. "Predator" - The crew of Sealab is picked off one by one by an invisible alien monster.
7. "Little Orphan Angry" - Sealab plays host to a dying orphan, unaware that the kid is actually a young con artist.
8. "Waking Quinn" - An electrical accident causes Quinn to suffer a series of bizarre dreams.
9. "All That Jazz" - Captain Murphy ends up trapped under a jazz-singing soda machine, with only a scorpion for company.
10. "Murphy Murph & the Feng Shui Bunch" - Quinn is convinced that Master Loo, the feng shui artist Captain Murphy hired, is a scammer.
11. "In the Closet" - Most of the crew of Sealab gets trapped in a malfunctioning storage closet.
12. "Stimutacs" - Sparks gets the crew of Sealab hooked on the questionable "herbal supplement" he invented.
13. "Swimming in Oblivion" - Trouble behind the scenes threatens the shooting of an episode of Sealab 2021.

Season 2

1. "Der Dieb" - Captain Murphy enacts "Martian law" when he suspects there's a thief among the crew.
2. "Legend of Baggy Pants" - Captain Murphy tries to turn Sealab into his personal golf course.
3. "The Policy" - Captain Murphy sends the crew on a treasure hunt in order to pay off his credit card debts.
4. "7211" - In a surprisingly serious episode, Captain Murphy must set aside his grudge towards another captain in trouble.
5. "Hail, Squishface" - Captain Murphy's new pet causes trouble when it begins multiplying out of control.
6. "Bizarro" - The crew of Sealab is held captive by the Bizarros, a band of highly confused Evil Twins.
7. "Tinfins" - A promotion for a Sealab 2021 movie is interrupted by increasingly ridiculous ads.
8. "Feast of Alvis" - Captain Murphy tries to celebrate Alvistide, but his attempt to hold a pageant goes awry.
9. "Vacation" - Thanks to Captain Murphy's meddling, Quinn is forced to spend his vacation holed up in his bedroom.
10. "Fusebox" - Sealab suffers serious electrical problems.
11. "Brainswitch" - A freak accident leaves Quinn in a coma and Stormy convinced he's absorbed his friend's intelligence.
12. "Article 4" - Chaos ensues when nearly the entire crew abuses Sealab's "affirmative action" policy to get promoted to captain.
13. "Return to Oblivion" - Sealab risks cancellation due to more behind-the-scenes turmoil.

Season 3

1. "Tourist Season" - Captain Murphy turns Sealab into a tourist trap.
2. "Red Dawn" - Captain Murphy declares Sealab a communist dictatorship.
3. "Meet Beck Bristow" - Sealab prepares for a visit from Hollywood actor Beck Bristow.
4. "I, Robot, Really" - Murphy blackmails Quinn into putting his brain in a robot body.
5. "Frozen Dinner" - Quinn and Stormy mount a rescue mission to an Antarctic research base.
6. "Splitsville" - Dr. Virjay takes advantage of Quinn and Debbie's relationship troubles to try and launch his rock career.
7. "Tornado Shanks" - With Captain Murphy off fighting on the front lines of the Great Spice Wars, the crew of Sealab must deal with their new boss, a former football coach named "Tornado" Shanks.
8. "ASHDTV" - Sparks takes advantage of an Asteroid Smasher/High-Defintion Television being delivered to Sealab instead of Spacelab, but it could have catastrophic consequences.
9. "Chalkboard Jungle" - While "Black Debbie" is taking a day off, Quinn and Captain Shanks cause a ruckus trying to serve as substitute teachers.
10. "Dearly Beloved Seed" - After learning he's the last surviving son of the Shanks family, Captain Shanks concocts a wild scheme to get himself an heir.
11. "Craptastic Voyage" - When Captain Shanks refuses treatment for a brain clot, Black Debbie distracts him while the rest of the crew travels through Shanks' bloodstream in a miniaturized submarine.
12. "Let 'Em Eat Corn" - Captain Shanks declares Sealab an independent nation, but the newly-christened country of "Sealabia" is quickly beset by civil war.
13. "Neptunati" - Captain Shanks manages to get into a mysterious secret society, but when Stormy blabs his secrets chaos ensues.

Season 4

1. "Isla de Chupacabra" - Shanks drags the crew of Sealab to a team-building seminar on a danger-infested island.
2. "Joy of Grief" - A counselor tries to help the crew of Sealab get over Marco's untimely death.
3. "Green Fever" - A bizarre, head-explosion-inducing epidemic strikes Sealab.
4. "Sharko's Machine" - Marco's half-shark son must pass a citizenship test to get a job on Sealab.
5. "Return of Marco" - Marco turns out to not be quite as dead as the crew things, and regales the crew with his strange story.
6. "Casinko" - Captain Shanks lets a Native American man open a casino on Sealab to save it from sinking into an Indian burial ground.
7. "Butchslap" - Debbie finds religion after her latest break-up with Quinn; Stormy confronts Marco about his life as a former child star.
8. "Monkey Banana Raffle" - An eccentric millionaire takes over Sealab and shakes things up.
9. "Shrabster" - A Back to Front episode tells the story of a genetically-altered seafood special gone horribly wrong wreaking havoc on Sealab.
10. "Cavemen" - Stormy's shenanigans lead to a shark trapping him and Quinn in an underwater cave with only ten minutes of oxygen left.
11. "Moby Sick" - Quinn makes contact with a terminally-ill whale, and is torn between honoring his wishes or trying to find a cure for "whale cancer".
12. "No Waterworld" - The crew of Sealab tries to figure out why all the water has drained away from around the lab.
13. "Legacy of Laughter" - The cast of Sealab 2021 gathers together for a retrospective of their wacky misadventures.
